Mang Inasal Lingayen keeps the quality of their meal but they need to change a lot of things in their restaurant.As an avid Mang Inasal eater, their menu is compact and quick to browse. The problem with their setup is that the line tends to get crowded considering the space between the counter and the front door.The food itself has no problem. Chicken taste the same, palabok taste okay, halo halo is superb, and their other menus are good. Sometimes, though, they get overwhelmed by the surge of customers that their service declines immediately. Messy tables, rice server goes missing, people end up confused whenever their numbers are called to get their order picked up but it’s not their order, and the constant clatter than comes from the kitchen.The worst part about this establishment is how dirty their washroom. The last time I went here, the smell of stale water lingers around that it literally makes you gag while eating. The sink when washing your hands are filled with rice, oil, and other nasty stuff that customers couldn’t bother cleaning up. (Seriously, at least remove the rice on your hands before washing so it wouldn’t clog up the sink!)It’s a decent restaurant but they need to update their service and remind customers to CLAYGO.P.S. — since their recipe has been disclosed years ago, the taste can be copied at home. Saves you some money at the comfort of your own home.

Place is a bit chaotic, obviously they crammed up as many tables and chairs there. Piece of advice if your planning to go lunch come at 2pm to avoid the peak times. Also they have only sharing toilet.

Someone please explain to me why i was left in a que waiting to order for 15 minutes while 20 Inasal employees were performing a choreographed dance routine out the front of the restaurant. When i say que - im lying - there is no queuing system. Four people jumped in font of me and were served first by the one checkout girl.This hurts no one but Inasal. I ended up loosing my temper and ate at Mc Donalds. I probably wont eat at Inasal ever again.
