Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant & Bar in Addis Ababa

Very nice place with nourishing and delicious Italian cuisine at a reasonable price. As for the atmosphere in the restaurant, it is very cozy, I liked to watch the calm and professional work of chefs and waiters through clear glass🤩. Communication with the staff leaves a warm, friendly feeling 🥰. I was here for the first time. I advise you to visit! :)

I can state that this is the best pizza in town! We work nearby and often treat ourselves in this restaurant. Nice lunch combos. However second floor has some severe delays of serving food. Two times in 1 week, meeh. Please fix :)

Bonuses not working for 3 month, I spend 6000 uah for the platinum card. Manager refused to give book of complaints, despite I asked 4 time

The Gelato is out of this world. I would fly here from London for this, it is that good. The pizza is pretty awesome too, and significantly better than Dominoes Ukraine. The homemade Gelato it good, really good, it might be better than in Roma, or I might just be really hungry. If you are in Ukraine definitely go here, even just got the ice-cream.

I have always enjoyed pizza here, restaurant is very quiet and you will always find a free table.Service is good, fast and staff if polite and welcoming.They have a lot of choices when it comes to pizza, all of them are delicious.My wife says that their chicken wings are good, I haven’t tried them personally.If you are in the area I would recommend visiting and having a nice meal!

service is slow, worst than a turtle. waited for 20-30mins for an order. not first, second but third time the same problem. if u dont wish to do a proper business suggest to close it even u have the tastiest pizza in town!!!

Over-crowded and very noisy. The pizza is pretty discent though.

The wheat beer was sour. After they agreed to change the beer, one of two new glasses was sour as well. The crisp on the pizza wasn’t baked properly. After complaining what one of the new beers is also sour, we weren’t offered to take it out from the bill or anything, the answer was “well, it happens”. Wouldn’t come back there.

Every time we try to order pizza, their staffs are trying to ignore us. They are very disrespectful. 😡😡😡

The menu pricing is way too complicated for the staff to explain properly in English and the menu is only partly translated. They have no parmesan cheese. The salad is mediocre. The pizza is just OK. The pasta dish I had with meatballs was very good however. The interior is also rather nice.

The premises smell bad, the food is ok for its price

It is a lovely place, pizza is good. But if you are tourist, you have to pay double price of the pizza, for sauces that you did not know you ordered until the bill came.

A good pizzeria with an ok selection of pizzas. my recommendation is "make your own pizza" where you choose between various types of ingredients, sauces, size and type of dough... Etc.. :)

Mamamia is a very cozy restaurant where they offer pizzas and others types of meals, like soups, salads and french fries. It is a great place to go with family, friends and co-workers. The pizza is tasty and I recommend the place. Foreigners can check the menu in English, which helps a lot!

Most places in Europe have terrible pizza, Kyiv included. MammaMia is the exception. Sure you can get weird flavors, but the base pizza is really good. Atmosphere is cozy and modern, staff is very friendly, but the service was a tad slow. Very reasonable prices too. All in all, good pizza, food prices, and a nice place to just hang out.

Their new menu is very tasty ( tempura shrimps and new gazpacho!!! must have)Its normal place for eating pizza or dining beer with some special dishes. But not more, unfortunately...

The pizza here is not very good - bland, undercooked crust. For some reason, they brought our pizza 20 minutes before they brought our ravioli - this shows poor kitchen management. Other than that, the service was good, the cushioned seats clean and in good shape. Cutlery was shiny and clean, nothing was sticky. Overall an OK experience, would come here again if Im ever int he area, but would not make a special trip.
