As we came early to this place, I would rate their service was not upto the mark. But they really have good food and drinks. It was my first time trying arabic foods and shisha. The ambience was really nice. I would say it is a place to explore once atleast.

They say we dont do service charge, so whats this ?a place you come to show off, thats all there is to it, and as for lentil soup.. call it water soup its mostly water. Shisha over priced 23 for 1... as I said show off place. they charge you 5 times for a coke that is normally 0.50P and on top they charge you service charge at the end without asking you. thats a scam in its own way. how can you charge someone service charge without asking them

The food and shisha here is absolutely amazing, the service is incredible - I would fully recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a great evening with friends or family

We went here for sisha, dessert and some authentic khawa. Staff were approachable and helpful. Price was affordable as compared to other sisha places. Sisha was also decent quality. We ordered kunafa which wasn’t bad but not the authentic taste I expected. They also played live music, majority of the songs in Arabic. I would have liked to hear English songs too. Will be visiting again very soon.

Amazing décor and I personally loved its ambiance. It was so refreshing and the staff was so professional.

I always look for places that offer great food with reasonable prices. Bamboo lounge is the right place which has amazing variety of food with reasonable prices.

Not at all satisfied with the food. The meat was beyond salty which can be dangerous for those that suffer with high blood pressure. The grilled wings especially disappointed me as they tasted like they were just thrown onto the grill without any seasoning. And finally the strawberry lemonade was extremely sweet and just tasted like strawberry without the lemonade. The only good thing I can say was the chips were lovely. Aside from that, I would not eat here again nor recommend to anyone.

Bamboo lounge is the best, not just in terms of food, but also in terms of its staff. So professional and highly cooperative.

The food was fresh. We ordered a platter for two and it was so yummy that we packed one for home too.

Honestly, do yourself a favour and visit this lovely shisha lounge. For sure you can not find any other lounge like Bamboo. Music never stop at Bamboo. Excellent food, shisha, music, singers...Its been about a year that we dont go to any other restaurant except Bamboo because there is no better quality restaurant and shisha lounge.We are so fortunate to have this place In London. Just went there today the food was embarrassing. So cold tasteless the kebab was so dry and not fresh at all the rice even was full of water and smelly .I would never recommend to anyone to even try. I wish I could give zero Starr. I’m a head chef and would like to try different variety of food but really disappointed.

Mediocre service, with bad food and aweful shisha. Overpriced and tacky. If youre starving, stay hungry. Drive on. If you feel like a shisha or a mixed fruit cocktail, dont - its just so poor. They obviously use cheap ingredients. They use the wrong shishas with the wrong molasses. Its just so bad.

Amazing service I gotlrdered the chicken soup and they didnt have any so they offered to replace it for free and give me complimentary lentil soup

Avoid at all costs, so many other places you could get good food and an actual service. Got food poisoning from their chicken wrap was sick for two days throwing up. You can’t even get service despite 500 members of staff walking around. One person takes your order for the food another for the shisha another does the coal another does the payments it’s confusing as hell. Never paid money to get sick never ever going back!!

Delivery continuously delayed for a whole hour until it was cancelled. Why advertise and be on Uber eats if you aren’t actually going to deliver?Cancel the order from the beginning. Don’t make me wait 1.5 hours, ‘accept the order’, ‘prepare the food’ and then cancel.I doubt my food was even made. Thanks.

The lounge is massive lots of seating inside. The staff are very friendly they provided us with dates and nuts due to Ramadan which was very thoughtful. They had warm heaters around the lounge. It become busy after 22.00.

I had lots of fun and danced A-LOT at this place. Its more middle astern, the crowed is older i would say 30+On Saturdays you need to spend £20 per headThey are very friendlyHowever regarding service they need to hire more people for their weekends as we had to wait good 10-20 min for us to catch someones eye to order.However they got a live singer and live musicShisha was great lasted LONG and didnt get me light headed.Head over to their gram if you want to see the atmosphere

This place is just amazing. The manager is so welcoming and always greets his customers and when they leave he never failed to ask us how our experience was and if everything was ok. He is a good man and deserves every success. The staffs are all polite, I never experienced anything wrong at this place. Perfect place for an evening out with friends or with your partner.The food is good too, I usually order chicken burger or wrap with mojitos and jug of lemonades.I hope this place will not change and will always have this amazing service.

This place always has top singers, the vibe is very pleasant and culturally enriched with an excellent friendly service. As a customer I can appreciate how much investment is done to keep the place among the best and affordable at the same time. No compromising when it comes to making it enjoyable and safe . Security and all members of staff are always in the lookout to make sure no harassment is experienced by the ladies and is a family friendly environment. The food is delicious, I love the grilled baby chicken. One of my favourite places in London. I enjoy always excellent customer service.

The service here is absolutely terrible! Where do I start! Came here late afternoon the place was relatively quiet. They sat us on a temporary table while they clean the other tables, which took forever! The sofa seats we sat on which they said they cleaned were dirty. We waited for ages to get our order taken and waiter seemed rude. When we went to pay they charged for the things we didn’t order and when asked about them the supervisor was unapologetic and grumpy that his waiter was wrong. The service was so bad here, honestly don’t expect to be treated nicely here unless you’re friends with the staff. The only thing that was good was the ice cream and the coffee was ok

Nice place and atmosphere some seats are really uncomfortable as the waiters pass by too close every time you can be annoyed when they pass near you .After few months coming again and again here all I want to say Hassan is great man looking after all his guests . Salama the waiter was excellent food nice and Shisha good I would give 7 stars . So I am updating my review thank you bamboo.i would highly recommend this place .

Bamboo Cafe Lounge a place of beauty and quality - My first time at the lounge and i must say i am truly amazed. The atmosphere was amazing lovely lights all over great seating arrangements and over all lights.The entertament was fantastic! i have never had so much fun in one place at all. we ordered some great looking food which tested amazing too and shisha.if you planning a night out go to this place you will love it. it felt like home so amazing!!!! thanks you amazing people at Bamboo Cafe LoungeI must stress the staff and service was amazing love it will go again. great priceses too.Alhamdulillah very satisfied. please check out the images of the quality food.
