This hotel Malaya is near beside town Taiping ..just nice when youll stay there because when you hungry than can walk by a many of food courts at bazar Taiping...very famous is mee mamak combat..so delicious..and popia basah near there...ok enjoy while youll go there....bye

Like the name of the hotel, the place is dingy. Everything is old but still in good working condition. The air conditioner is not modern as well as the windows, water heater and television. You can get basic channels with one of the channel connected to the main television at the main lobby. Basically, you can watch Astro movies (HBO, Cinemax and etcbut a little warning that the channel changes based on what the receptionist watches. The water heater can be controlled by trial and error. The bathroom is not in its best condition but tolerable. During my one night stay, I paid RM 62 (via onlinefor a standard double room provided with basic amenities like towels, cups, soap and wi-fi. Regardless, the hotel is recommended for its strategic location and for those who like to experience living in the old days.

Hôtel bien situé. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, la salle deau nest pas très propre, tous les meubles, menuiseries, plomberie sont dans un très mauvais état et mériteraient quelques réparations ou même changement. On a limpression dêtre à même la rue tellement le bruit des voitures et autres est présent. Mais la nuit, cest quand même calme.Le plus : eau chaude et climatisation.

Its a budget hotel. You get what you pay. Its hard to find Halal food here. Just Marrybrown or KFC only that certified halal.
