Maison H is one of my best places in Douala Cameroon. Very clean and Tasty things Specially Ice Cream.

Good Pastries here, service is good, staff are friendly, Parking is a big challenge, you should try it. Good place to meet and relax.

Seems to be a hypish place ein. Plus the prizes phfewwwww... but totally worth it. It has mostly baked products (cakes, muffins, fudges...and ice cream (Marcelline, my beautiful friend strongly recommends speculoos caramel 🤩, it was finished when we came, that must be an affirmation to her preference 🤣)There is seat-in space that could make for a great date aith a partner or group of friends.Great hygiene I observe. I rated a 5/5. 🤣. But pricey goshhhh

Cozy and lovely place for groups, families and friends; well located (on Avenue Njo Njo in Bonaprisothough the parking space is quite limited. I particularly like the cleanliness of the place. The service is quite fast; we did not spend more than 15 minutes waiting. Prices are also very affordable and the food including the ice cream, very tasty! Still love it. 😍

I would recommend the pastry but dont waste your time ordering food there. Price wise its OK but the taste is rather subpar considering that the country has a lot to offer from a food standpoint. Ive tasted street food that was way better than this lol.

Always clean Everytime I go there.Excellent ice 🍨 cream, excellent food, tapas, coffee, tea ,name it.I really appreciate tree of the waiters each time I go there.Joseph, Alain, Noé.If you go there ask any of the tree waiters.It those not mean the rest are not good.they are are all good.That is why I keep on going there.If you need excellent cakes and ice cream you can go there.And you can start by trying this ice cream ( Spéculoos , noix de pécan , caramel ).

Maison H… well, hygiene is impeccable, covid 19 rules well respected, the pancake as you can see on the picture, looks good. But what’s the point of having a meal and not be able to enjoy it to the fullest because of terrible service? Two stars because their staffs are rather full of themselves bruh, unprofessional. But I understand, it’s camer 😉

Lovely environmentIll personally recommend their coconut flavoured ice cream.But the mint and caramel flavoured ice cream tasted bitter.

High class restaurant and ice cream shop. Very welcoming and polite personnel. I absolutely loved their pineapple juice. A bit pricey so you should check out the prices before visiting to avoid any surprises. Loved it!

Clean, great food, afordable for these having the demand for such places. The concept is great. I love the know how of the staff saling at the bakery- good recommandations skills and patience: 5 points: cause people with money that come to such place in Cameroon have the tendence to behave rudely and impolite to workers- sad and regretable attitude. Theyve got the best ice cream in Cameroon. Clean and nice place. Their pasteries are on point as well. Their staff are very professional and welcoming.Only issue is where to find parking when all parking spots are taken.

The place is neat, well decorated, the enviroment with the music was quite impressive and the food was absolutely delicious...However, the waiters need to be more careful to their corresponding Customers. In my case, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive my bill.

Best exterior of places for getting ice creams and chill. Excellent service, theres never a point where the waiters/waitresses are condescending. Not a large enough menu but the rest compensates for the 5 stars.

Definitely the most visited place in douala and there is a good reason behind.Nice deco,food and cream are pretty appetizing and the services are good.Most of the time the place is overcrowded so if you don’t mind coming in the morning for breakfast you wouldn’t regret that too.The only drawback is the food which is overpriced.

I wish I could give a 0 star to this place. I’m beyond disappointed, I’m furious. I ordered a bIrthday cake for my daughter. It was supposed to be 3 tier. I got a cake filled with polystyrene. Only the sides was actual cake. The middle was filled with plastic. I’ve never seen anything like this. How can the love of profit make people do such disgusting things? Someone actual had a bite of the polystyrene which made us realize the thing. I’m beyond furious. Never ever again am I buying from this place

The place is really cozy classy and clean. The service is really professional and the area is airy and clean. The area is comprised of a restaurant and another area for snacks, pastries and ice cream. They clean up an arrange the chair cushions as soon as someone leaves. Their food is great. Especially their pastries. I had pancake and fruit juice here. The plate was well decorated in a very professional way. It was just really delicious. The service too is very spontaneous. The order comes in very fast. Its an upscale place for a daytime hangout to enjoy some ice cream or pastries or juice. The restaurant offers a wide variety of continental food and drinks. Overall its a great place.

For the area its really good. The people carrying metal detectors outside are a bit throwing but the food makes up for it. The Risotto is very flavorful and the salted ice cream is one of the best Ive ever had. They have ice cream filled macaroons which are really yummy! If youre in the area its a must try.
