Description
Very classy hotel. Absolutely no complaints or criticisms. Staff are without exception super professional and welcoming.
MoreExcellent stay ! Looking forward to coming back again soon :)
Vibe was incredible, super relaxed but still 5 star. Unfortunately I wasnt able to eat at their Michelin starred restaurant, but the food from the Brasserie and Bar were top notch so I can only imagine. Speaking of the bar, great cocktails but dont go looking for beer options - they could use some improvement there!
MoreExcellent hotel, we will definitely go back, only negative was the rooms were a bit hot and the air conditioning was not very effective
MoreA restoration well worth waiting for - the grandeur is all the more appreciated because of the attentive team, who’s willingness is carried out in actions. You cannot fault their warmth and friendliness as though you’re visiting old friends. The food and drinks at the restaurant are excellent, equally so are their facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym and relaxing spaces amidst the tastefully landscaped grounds transport you to a place of bliss. Thanks for a memorable experience.
MoreVery fancy address, wonderful "jewelry box" in the sense of the inside design & architecture (great taste for design, furniture, extremely elegant). However poor service for a 5 star hotel (the staff sounds unmanaged, disorganized, spread attention, despite their willingness to make admirable efforts). Sense of luxury is outdated: arrogant, tacky, slightly despising. Maybe not well trained but definitely a Sr Management issue. Disappointing.
MoreVery friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping does the job very well. Nice rooms, good breakfasts (but after one week I would appreciate more variety in their flagship breakfast). For the mistake their made (they forgot to bring the car in the morning, so we had to to wait more than 30 minutes for it. Meanwhile nobody offered us anything to drinkthey apologised and offered cocktails and tapas. Everyone makes mistakes ;)I would like to return. Great place :)
