We were there for a birthday party. The place was fairly empty. My kids had a great time.

Great place for older kids or adults, we bowled 3 games, plays pool,.laser tag and arcade games, food was good too

Birthday party..... very busy day..... was ok, have been for others that were better..... overbooked today for sure.... but kids enjoyed so that is main thing

Good family entertainment or group day/night out for fun. Some menu items were sold for the day. The waiter, AL, was great and worth a good tip! The burgers were not the best, but the sociable, fun atmosphere helped to overlook the food issues. Would visit again.

Bowling was fun. About the same price as other places maybe a little better. Laser tag was fun and the boys enjoyed it. We didn’t play pool or shuffle but they are 15 and I’d rather not play a game with the kids that I do when I go do adult fun. The games where good but the cards can get expensive. There is no unlimited option. Video games today all just look like phone app games but on a cabinet and for like 75 cents to 3.00 a play. I like this place , location is good and the service was good. We didn’t eat there tho.

Booked a party for my sons 13th birthday and was super amazing. He had a blast. We had 10 kiddos there and they did laser tag and arcade games. Our host was amazing and was very accommodating. New quest cube game was tons of fun. Adults had a blast playing it as well. Playing it is a must. Great for date night as well. Was our first birthday party with main event and it was excellent! Will definitely book again.

Usually, we have a great time, however this evening was not so great. It was Thursday afternoon and we were there to celebrate my daughters eighth birthday. As her and her eldest brother (22went to play the video games, the rest of us (four adultstook our seats at a bar table near the pool tables. First, our server took an extraordinarily long time to even greet us. This, of course, told us how long we would wait for everything else. And I mean everything. We had to get our own napkins from the bar and food and drinks came slower than molasses in the winter time. To top it off, the amount of disrespectful, unruly, and unsupervised children was insane. While we were attempting to shoot pool, we were constantly bumped, ran into, interrupted and knocked to the ground by at least 15 to 20 different children. It was unclear if the kids were there alone or there with adults but it made our bonding time very frustrating and my 74 year old father was nearly run over by a group of about six kids (none of the kids were shooting pool either). At this point, we stopped playing as we didnt want anything to happen to my father. Needless to say, this pretty much ended our evening so we waited another 15 minutes to find our server so we could pay and leave. Overall, my daughter had a great time alternating between us adults to play air hockey and other games with her, then visiting the store in the back. Maybe next time, if we go, we will go at opening time in the hopes there will be less craziness.

This location is great. Parking is sufficient, and there is lots to do for everyone. Recently had my sons birthday there and while we didnt go the party package route, they still accommodated a large part of 20 people. Really pleased with the service we received. They really work with you to make your experience a good one.

could give one star if I could. am allergic to eggs, so ordered wings. they gave me wings with no sauce. I asked for sauce. they gave me sauce. they could not have the wings with the sauce because wings with the sauce would mean eggs are in the ingredients. but I could have the sauce separate from the wings. what.

This location has become run down. During our bowling game, the game kept adding pins when it wasn’t supposed to. We played laser tag and two of us couldn’t participate because our vests kept turning off. There were other players with the same issue. Short staffed. Took a really long time to get our food, when we did the order was incorrect. It took a half hour for the waiter to bring me the missing items, my food was cold at that point so I had him just take it back and I ate somewhere else when I left. Games don’t work properly. Air hockey doesn’t have enough air so the puck keeps getting stuck. Overall, it was a waste of money and a bad experience. We won’t be returning. Dave and Busters up the road is nicer and better taken care of.

I recently had my sons birthday party here, we had it here last year and it was amazing. This year everything was different. They made us eat during the second half of the party, we had to lug around his birthday gifts and cake during the whole first hour of the party. When we asked why our official birthday contract was changed we were given an excuse saying that they just simply “changed” the way parties are thrown. Will not be coming back.

Worst customer service ever!!!! The app or the website does not work to book a bowling lane … they won’t let you schedule a birthday party instead .. I have spoken to the manager a male and a rep a female and neither one would help .. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is a disgrace… all I am trying to do is take my kids bowling … def will take my business elsewhere

Had great Friday night with cocktail, pizza and bowling. Drinks were nicely presented with fair prices. Their basket fries is a BOMB, very delicious and crunchy. Fries are mixed with some type of salt, which makes the taste be unique.

Went to main event for a fun time and it never fails service is always slow even when its not busy food comes out cold attendants always walking around careless the main cashier by the front door always chit chatting away with someone im just sitting in line waiting to pay and they are just talking away laser tag never has anyone and if they do they have attitudes I spend alot of money here simply because I love to show my kids a good time but honestly its worthless the food has gotten worse pizza wings are always cold like the server just lets it sit there and brings it when he wants drinks are flat games some barely work I want to do my sons birthday here hopefully by November they fix the attitude and the staff

Been bowling using two lanes and we have asked for a server for over 30 minutes. Tried to get a drink at the bar and that took 25 minutes. Never again will I come here. Dave and busters will be the place I take the grands.

A lot of cool activities to do with friends and family including laser tag, bowling, pool, and arcade games! A little pricey if you want to do all of them, but the front desk will work with you if they have promotions or special deals going on.

Booked a party here, they assigned us a private room that was only available for one hour (I did not request a party room). All my guests had not arrived yet and the pizza was already being served and we were rushed to finish the pizza and quickly sing and eat the cake and the cleaning crew was basically kicking us out of the room. The host was super nice but the party was a total disaster! Not worth the price I paid. I even sent an email and they didn’t even bother to get back to me. 0 stars Don’t waste your money on booking the party.

ME is a fun place for adults and kids. They have bowling, a large arcade, good food, a great bar area and plenty of sports TVs. They are even adding a Virtual Reality game room.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought the all day pass and we’re enjoying it. (Aside from the attitude at the front desk from a young lady We were in the middle of a bowling game and we’re told we needed to move lanes because someone reserved it. Cool. Understandable, but in the middle of us eating our food and a game? Unprofessional. We then told them we wanted to go home. And were offered a refund due to the inconvenience. We were never told we needed to pay the food or bar tab. Once we were told we returned to pay it and figured the food and bar tab would paid at the same time. We paid for food, and walked out thinking bar tab was closed as well. We were followed by managers Jeremy and Jason who were taking pictures of our car plates and some random people cars driving by.. We never wanted to “walk out” on a tab like Jeremy stated. The miscommunication was not our fault and the managers are obviously not trained in how to deal with actual people. They assumed the worst and it wasn’t even a disconnect in our part. We were just trying to enjoy a birthday. I wonder if the customers had been another race, they would’ve been followed out the door like we did. Will never be returning to this place.Side note: Al was our server and was awesome. Unlike the managers. Something you’d expect from them. I just hope they treat their workers with more respect than they do their customers.

Bowling services were awesome but getting a server on a slow day . Lanes were not packed. Guests who arrived after were greeted and served. Every time we asked a different server if we could order food and beverages they’d say they’d get us our server. No one ever arrived for the entire hour. We got drinks from the bar 30 minutes after our ghost server never arrived. 4/10.

I think I love it, its the only a place we go for a celebration, its been like the best day and fun, Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcades, Games, but not with Gravity Lift, its always the best just for my Birthday and others too.

Awesome place. Clean facility and friendly and good food as well... I would recommend calling ahead and reserving a lane. It gets busy...

What more could you want? Bowling, laser tag, billiards, karaoke, arcade, good food and a full bar….it’s all here gang. The only reason I didn’t give the full 5 stars was because of the service during our bowling session - it was a bit slow when we got there (took us nearly 30 minutes to secure a server for food and drinks, and there were only 2 other lanes in use at the time, so it wasn’t busy). We had to ask several people and also asked the front desk several times before they finally sent someone. Other than that it was a great experience, and we will definitely return again.

Over priced. Low quality food and drinks. Staff is a bunch of 16 to 20 year olds, some of which have an attitude problem. We get it, it is a place for kids... But adults want to play pool and bowl too... It doesnt help that you have the police posted up outside, mean mugging and intimidating customers on their way in and out.

Fun for the whole family. Food and drinks are good. They have bowling, Lazer tag, large video game arcade. All kinds of prizes to win and fun things to do.Id say next time youve got the kids in the car, go check it out

I dont think I will go here again it was my first time and it didnt go well. Kids wanted to go so I took them when it was time to bowl I went to the bar to pay my bill the lady at the bar took my card and the the server (2047/Melissacame and said they cant take payments at the bar so she ran my card. I was charged twice and I talked to a manager (Isaac Grajalesand was told by him to wait till it post. I asked to speak with his manager but he would not come out his office to talk to me. I called the main office and was hung up on twice. I hope someone from main event respond to this and can help me get the money that I was over charged back. Be careful and if you go take cash.

Simply appalling. Hundreds of dollars on a birthday party spent by our friends. I am 50 years old and they refused to sell me a beer without an ID. My 46 year old wife then bought me a beer with a valid ID and the barman and manager came over and proudly informed my wife and I we were both banned from being served. Manager then went on to explain to me it was the law and if I was 90 he still cannot serve me without an ID. A world without any common sense and pragmatism does not function, and companies like this will go out of business.

Had my 3 yr old sons birthday party at Main Event. Was a great time.

Very clean facility and nice setup. Lots of games and the staff are very friendly. We had an issue redeeming points but the manager was amazing and made it right! Thank you so much for excellent customer service!!

Horrible.The bowling is fun and amazing, the arcade is good for just a few games, but the service is just sad. I went to Main Event to go bowling and have have some fun in the arcade with my family but in the arcade half the games didnt work. Me and my family ordered 3 drinks after 45 minutes we finally got are drinks but we only got 2 and they messed up on both of them. The staff are rude and dont listen to you. Ive been coming to Main Event for years now and over the years the place has just got worse and worse. This was a sad experience.🙁

Had a great time spending time with my family while bowling, but I think its not the best if you are trying to have a serious game, since the lane we had (20th lanewas glitchy and didnt count stuff like it should. So, if you want to have fun and nothing else, just go for it.Staff was friendly and attentive! Had a pizza, it was ok.

Nice place to take the entire family. The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. All Play Pass was worth it. We had unlimited bowling and laser tag. Of course the VR activities arent included in the All Play Pass, which I think it should be. The triple Strawberry Margarita was on pointWell definitely be returning.

I had fun with coworkers and the price for 3 lanes for 2 hours each wasnt badly priced. I got a few drinks from the bar which were very good and not badly priced.

Awesome customer service and friendly staff upon entering the building. Been going to this Main Event since I was a child. Still just as fun as an adult 😊 Hadnt been back in a while because of Covid, was cool to see a lot of new updated arcade games. The pizza is really good here btw, hits the spot! 10 out of 10 experience.

This place is our go to main event. Always clean. Lots of staff that knows what to do when games dont work. The prizes are 🤌 exceptional lol.Food has always been pretty good. Wait times for bowling and laser tag arent ever really crazy.In a good area with lots to do outside of here too.We had a birthday hosted here and that was a good experience as well.

We generally enjoy coming to Main Event but earlier this week we had an unpleasant experience during the day. My husband and I came in with our daughter to get a quick snack to eat and play a few games of pool. As we were walking to the pool table a young lady greeted us by the bar and said she would be right with us. She then proceeded to walk to the bowling area and clean tables. We waited for her for 10 minutes before I walked over to her to try to give her a quick order because we only reserved the pool table for 30 minutes and didnt have a lot of time. When I approached her she was standing and talking with someone who I assume was a manager wearing a black shirt and she immediately said "I will be right with you." before I even said anything. I asked if she was the only person we could order from because that attitude was rude and I would rather have someone else wait on us, to which she replied yes she was and that she would be right with me. She had an irritated tone and rudely responded to me. If the person she was standing with was a manager thats very disappointing because he said nothing to me or to her. She still took another 5 minutes to come over to us and take our order. At that point I didnt even want to order anything but my daughter was hungry. I saw her standing behind the bar on her phone multiple times during our 30 minute stay and feel like if you do not understand that being in the service industry means that you are expected to have a pleasant attitude toward customers then you should probably seek a different industry to work in. Her name was Desiree.

I would highly recommend this location. My nephew lost my wallet the night before. I honestly didn’t realize it until the next morning. I called as soon as I could. At first they said that my wallet wasn’t there. However I got a call back about 15mins later saying that they found it! The women who answered the phone was really nice and followed up with me. As I picked my wallet up after work, I was greeted at the door. Me me kindly brought my wallet out with a smile 😊. I also had the pleasure off meeting some other wonderful staff. Let’s just say I will most definitely be back!

Had a great time with laser tag and games. Bowling was booked but plenty of games to choose from and have fun. Enjoyed a few hours here and won some great prizes in the end (it helps when your kid is lucky and hits 1,000 tickets on multiple machines!). The staff was helpful from the get go and a great place for indoor fun.

We came to play pool. The prices was great for an hour with a Veterans discount. After we finished playing pool, we played video games. Their video game selection is the same as the other entertainment and use but the prices are so much higher. Chuck E. Cheese has the same games for a quarter of the cost.

Great experience for friend groups or to bring little kids as a fun activity to do as a family. We had a great time and the people that work there were all very friendly and awesome with little kids. Would definitely recommend it to anyone whos curious about trying it.

The employees here are very nice. This is the first place I have been where all the machines were working. The adults along with the children were having a great time. The bowling lanes were reserved, so call in advance to reserve a lane. I was there for an unreserved birthday party, very enjoyable. They also have a reserved party area.

Awesome place! Best for family fun!!! From the tons of arcade games, crazy 2 level laser tag, billiards tables, bowling lanes or the bar you cant go wrong! Super friendly employees ! We live 1,116 miles away & come to visit often and we make this place a must for our family gatherings!!! Wont be disappointed thats for sure! Food was delicious! Only complaint honestly is they could use more restrooms...

Me and the extended family got together here for a family outing. It was so much fun as usual. We had really great service and everyone had fun doing the many different activities. That Monday special with all the activities for one low price is awesome. I will be taking my nieces and nephews back soon!

What a great place for family fun and a place for the kids to burn off their energy. We got there at 11am, paid $14, which included bowling, pool, lazer tag, and shuffle board for the full day. Bowling has bumpers for individual players and dinosaurs for your little ones learning. They have an arcade with several games for all ages. Our waiter/host Christian was wonderful and attentive. Games gave lots of opportunities for points that could be redeemed for prizes. There is also a bar lounge with big screen TVs. Thank you Main Event, it was a great time.

This is an overall good place to go with your family. Kids will have fun with all of the activities that they have here but it can get expensive quickly if you do all of them and then food and drinks. It probably has to do with the surrounding market being able to afford this place with no issues. The place is clean and there is a good crowd. Service is pretty good, but teenagers work here as well. I have not had a bad experience here. Some of the bowling balls and shoes need to be phased out. I blame those for bowling in the 50s.

We visited Main Event on my daughters birthday. It wasnt very busy on a Tuesday afternoon in early June. We loaded $35 onto our play card and went straight to play some games. Woah, the prices to play games are crazy high these days! Each game was around $1.50-$1.75 for a few seconds of play. Needless to say, our card was used up within about 20 minutes. Several of the games needed some TLC. Workers were close by to help out as needed, though. The area was clean. When we finished, we went to the ticket counter to cash in points and see what prizes there were. My daughter decided to get a Pikmi pop donut looking thing for 900 tickets. Overall, it was a decent trip. Pricey for the amount of time with games, but my daughter had a blast on her birthday.
