Maiko Fusion Food in Amsterdam

We went to Maiko with friends and the poke bowls were really tasty. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. Overall, the French waiter was adorable and professional. Despite all the pressure he was under (lot of orders), he took the time to make us feel at home. Great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, we’ll definitely come back !

Very tasty dishes prepared fresh. Great flavour combinations with something for everyone. Personal, friendly service too in a quite relaxed atmosphere.

Probably the best donut sushi place Ive ever been to in Europe so far, and thats not an exaggeration. The shop itself was relatively small but cozy with adorable decoration throughout. However, I have to state the biggest reason why it deserves the 5-star rating: the service. Even though there was only one person whos in charge of almost everything, we (surprisinglydidnt wait too long for our order to arrive. The guy was extremely friendly and professional. Overall, highly recommended if youre craving for some Japanese Cuisine whilst in Amsterdam!

Ik begrijp niet dat ik om 20.00 uur eten wil bestellen in de winkel, maar het was al gesloten. Dit is niet de eerste keer en de winkel moet open zijn tot 21:00.

Maiko Fusion Food es un lugar ideal para comer algo saludable. Os recomiendo un “create your own bowl” regular y un smoothie. Te lo preparan todo al momento.

Putroppo era una giornata no per questo posto.Abbiamo ordinato il piatto personalizzato con ingredienti a nostra scelta, dopo aver preso lordinazione la commessa ha cominciato a cucinare e ci ha portato dopo 20 minuti i piatti.Ci siamo accorti poco dopo che gli ingredienti erano mischiati tra loro.Io ad esempio avevo gli ingredienti nel piatto che venivano da un altra ordinazione di un altra persona, stessa cosa per quello di fianco a me che si è ritrovato un piatto con parte dei miei e suoi ingredienti.Quando siamo andati a chiedere la signora ci ha risposto solamente "sorry " e concludendo con un "have a nice good day".Quindi non ho capito se la tipa non aveva voglia di lavorare o voleva soltanto che ce ne andassimo, sta di fatto che abbiamo buttato molti soldi (perché si, il piatto era pure costoso).E non abbiamo neanche ricevuto la richiesta di cambiare piatto o di rimborsarci.Quindi non posso consigliarvi questo posto.

Geweldige restaurant Met een nieuwe frisse inrichting geeft het restaurant een relaxte sfeer die waanzinnig lekkere zalm en wagyubowl . Die jongen achter de bar was super aardig en maakt je bowl met liefde echt een aanrader

Ik ben veganist en heb de vega tofu bowl gegeten, super lekker! Zelfs alle sauzen zijn vegan GEWELDIG! Ik ben nu al verslaafd aan Maiko’s vega tofu bowl!

Super staff hyper souriant, le bowl tuna special (avec de la mangue wakamé et sauce mayo épicéeétait délicieux mais n’hésitez pas à demander si vous souhaitez modifier un ingrédient! Je conseillerai de mettre moins de ciboule dans le bowl

Interesting fusion food with pretty pop colour interior. Tried lunch bowl of beef with brown rice and quinoa which was filling, healthy and nice. More different flavour sauce such as wasabi mayo or teriyaki sauce will probably make it better.

A bit disappointed, food was quite different from their advertisement photos.

We were so relieved to find somewhere that actually offered wholesome foods in the centre of Amsterdam. The staff were so lovely and really welcoming! The food was awesome- we went for the vegan tofu bowls. Affordable and great quality!
