Tom the maintenance manager is awesome, he is good people! He will go above and beyond to do what is right for you!! And maintenance man Chris was always there to answer any questions we had.And our house keeper I believe her name is Maria/Marie was there for all our needs!

If I could have given ZERO stars I would. This place is disgusting. We had black mold on the carpet, roaches in the bathroom. I became very sick after staying here when we were displaced from Hurricane Ian. They charged us $30 saying we took a blanket. The day prior the sheets on one of the beds got wet when my husband spilled water on them, this was in the evening. He was told by the front desk to put them in the hallway, which we did. Then she gave him a bag of sheets, NO BLANKETS! I always travel with my down comforter. When we received our final bill we called and were told that we would have to wait two weeks for them to check security cameras? Seriously! We called back and were told that we did in fact take a blanket! We didn’t even HAVE a blanket from the hotel, just sheets!!! Disgusting hotel, the hallways smell like animal urine, mold and smoke! Be warned. We have contacted our credit card company and will be filing a BBB dispute.

Bed bugs, mosquitoes and flies, oh my! Found them all in our room. If anyone would like to argue this, I have the bed bugs in a bag. Just disgusting. Smelled like bug spray in the room. Bathroom shower peeling away from the floor. This is what horror stories start like.

Fair warning to fellow reviewers I would write a negative review under a fake name or after checkout if you write a negative review while currently staying and wish to continue your stay here you may be subject to retaliation such as refusal to renew your room rent hikes maximum tax applied and discounts removed from your room registration based on personal experience just being honest but that being said if you can handle that kind of thing the rooms are decent the locations great and its actually not a bad place to be overall I am happy and satisfied with the hotel despite two members of Staff treating me poorly everybody else here is great Im happy to be here and kind of sad to see the place being torn down Ive stayed here many times over the years since 1994 until now and my parents have stayed here many times since the 70s or 80s until now the place is kind of a local landmark with lots of memories for a lot of people but its being torn down at the end of the year to put luxury condos in its place so its kind of sad to see it go if anyone has any memories of this place or wishes to capture any photos I advise you to do it soon while the place is still here

If we needed anything we just had to ask. The staff were very helpful and nice. All of it was very clean and smelled nice. I slept well. Loved the quietness with stores nearby.

5The place is in a great spot. BUT you have to enforce the no smoking rule. My room was a non-smoking room and only smelled of cigarettes, apart from that my 5 year old son found a cigarette butt under the bed. They have to work a lot on cleaning the rooms. There was a bandage in the closet. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. The tiki bar next to the pool is a very good point in favor. And the cleaning in the pool area must work very hard on that. The pool was not very clean and neither was the area. In everything else they have an excellent staff. Very good comfort. They just need to work on cleanliness in all aspects and it would be great for a vacation. I would go back again because the place is in a great central spot.

There were roaches in the bathroom the carpet has to go it smells really bad ,the pool is decent but you have to screen the bugs out first! The place is really falling apart needs a paint job, oh by the way somebody used my girlfriends credit card we used for the room days later to buy themselves something. Location was good love the outdoor bar scenery was good so if you can Overlook all the rest we still had fun!
