Brian our hot air balloon pilot was amazing!!! Funny and a perfect landing definitely coming back again.

My husband and I took my mom on a Shared Balloon Ride for a belated birthday present for her on their large balloon and it was amazing! The pilot and crew were amazing they took complimentary pictures of us before the ride and served us champagne and snacks afterwards, the whole experience was amazing! My only complaint is the cost it was about $600 for the 3 of us which was quite a lot but it was a great time!

We had a fantastic time with Magical Adventures. Danny was our flight instructor he was very down to earth and made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff was super friendly and organized. All the little added touches they had made it very special. Thank you so much we had an amazing and best experience.

We had a sunrise flight today on our 34th anniversary. Our pilot Kim was super professional and nice and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend them!!

Took a balloon ride with this amazing company last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised with how much fun we had. The views were amazing! The crews customer service and attention to detail was VERY impressive. We felt safe and secure the entire time and we were able to enjoy the amazing ride in its entirety. Shout out to this amazing company for a great experience. This was my first time on a hot air balloon and was really excited to try something new. I booked the sunrise ride and was greeted by very friendly staff. Everyone was super helpful and attentive making the experience a blast. They also took pics of the experience and made them readily available via Facebook after. I was very blown away and did leave a generous gratuity; they most definitely deserve it. I def recommend them to anyone

This was amazing! I thought I’d be terrified and it was anything but that. The take off and entire flight was nothing but smooth and tranquil- even when we briefly reached 4,000 feet! I would highly recommend this Hot Air Ballon company. They were very professional and friendly. Our pilot Denny, is the owner, who is also a world class Hot Air Ballon racer! The ride was about an hour in the air, flying gently over the lush and green vineyards. It was gorgeous! Book your flight now! You won’t regret it and it will be one of your most favorite memories made!

We did a private basket for our 12 employees on 4/24/22. Denni was our pilot and we flew in the USA balloon.Although a few of us were a bit anxious about doing this, we all had a great time! Denni had a few "tricks" up his sleeve to keep things light and entertaining.We are already have an idea for another occasion with Magical Adventure Balloons (re-doing our 15 yr marriage vows).

I didnt fly with this company however yesterday morning as our pilot was preparing to land our balloon the pilot in the pirate balloon rudely cut ours off from landing..not professional nor concerned for anyones safety..

You gotta do this! Splurge for the private balloon if you can, its a once in a lifetime experience and our pilot Bryan Lynch made my mother in laws and husbands birthday an amazing experience.

Surreal experience. So peaceful and worth it to fly private. Extra air time was appreciated. Beautiful day and cant wait to fly again. If you are tall wear a hat as the heat gets intense. Arrange drone photography in advance. Lookout for the photographer as you land to be sure of a good photo. Champagne at landing was nice finish 🥂

Denny and the crew are just amazing from the beginning. Jon was our pilot and made us feel so safe while we enjoyed the most incredible balloon experience! Hes a wealth of knowledge and great sense of humor. He made it seem so easy but its truly hard work. He was so sweet to make sure we had champaign after the flight with a heartfelt toast. We highly recommend this opportunity. 👌

This was a very enjoyable experience. The directions given for the day of your reservation are very easy to follow. The communication is very timely. Everyone I encountered that is a part of making the balloon rides come together were very personable and professional. I am very happy I chose to make this a part of my birthday celebration.

I cant recommend this enough! I did the sunrise balloon ride and it was a complete joy. Being a passenger is easy - you show up at 5:30am to check in, quick safety meeting, then watch as the balloons inflate in front of you in the parking lot, and hop into the balloon basket when they tell you to. Then youre just...floating! I was in a balloon with 12 people. The owner of the company, Denni, was our pilot - very friendly, funny, and an experienced pilot. I felt safe and taken care of. The balloon was a lot slower than I imagined because there wasnt much wind that day. It was soft, serene, gentle, peaceful. I didnt even feel it when we left the ground. We floated in quietness over the Temecula valley while Denni pointed out various landmarks and fun facts. After landing, we had an OJ and/or champagne toast and then were quickly transported in a van back to our starting place. The whole thing was 3.5 hours for our particular balloon. The balloons cant all take off at the same time so there is some variation in experience duration depending on which balloon youre assigned to. I was in awe the entire time, big smiles all around. I didnt know this was on my bucket list, but wow it was a life experience everyone should consider. Denni went above and beyond to make it enjoyable and smooth. I will never forget this!

Wow! This was a magical adventure indeed! I went on my first ever hot air balloon ride for my friend’s 30th birthday last weekend and we had such an amazing morning. We rode with Denni, the owner of the company, in the balloon, “Luna,” and he was professional, informative, and had impeccable comedic timing. They run a tight ship (or rather, balloon basketand all of the details of our morning felt thoroughly and thoughtfully planned. From check in to landing, I felt safe and taken care of. I would 100% recommend taking a ride with Magical Adventures and I 100% will not stop talking about it. Thank you to Denni and the Magical Adventure crew!!

I get this is a small family owned business and they need the money and hence don’t like to provide refunds, but they purposefully withheld how many total people would be on the balloon, making it feel cramped and unsafe, especially during covid. They like to make it sound complex with talking about separate compartments within the balloon and how there’s only a couple people in yours with you but these compartments are just shallow partitions that separate your legs, the overall basket is still overly crowded and shared by everyone. Not only that, but they withheld the actual flight time which is much shorter than they advertise. They wouldn’t refund me, which is especially upsetting considering this activity was for my birthday. There’s other hot air balloon businesses with actual ethical business practices in Temecula. Read the other 1 star reviews on here and notice how unprofessional and rude the owners response is to all of them! I do not recommend this business!

My boyfriend proposed to me on the ballon ride on 07/30 through their engagement package that comes with a sign and roses. The staff was amazing they were all obviously in on it and I had no clue. They take pictures free of charge and we were able to capture the moment. For those afraid of heights you will still love it as my now fiancé is also afraid but loved every second of it and is talking about doing it again.This was the best experience ever you won’t regret it.

We felt comfortable throughout the entire process as we were all first time passengers. The ride was calm and peaceful with an excellent view. This is an experience that I recommend everyone try! The views of all the vineyards and mountains and Temecula were absolutely breathtaking. Our pilot, Denni, had lots of great facts and stories to tell which added another layer to the experience.The crew members were very professional and efficient, which made me feel very safe, given that this was my first balloon ride. A couple members of our party were afraid of heights, but were so drawn in by the views and calmness of being in the air, that they were comfortable the whole time.After landing, we participated in the balloon ride tradition of popping a bottle of champagne, and were taken back to our vehicles. We we’re given certificates and coupons to some of the local winerys as an added bonus and spent the rest of the day hopping from vineyard to vineyard. If you are planning to do some tastings, this is a no brainer! We saved a lot of money on wine tastings, and got some amazing views! 10/10 experience!

I booked an early morning proposal flight with this company and was very impressed. Denni was our pilot and made it a very special experience being our first flight, and also was quick to record on his phone for an extra angle while I popped the question.Along with the pilot’s and amazing support staff, Wesly and David are talented photographers who you can book on site. They provide high quality pre and post flight photos, as well as drone footage.If anyone is looking for a hot air balloon company to book within the Temecula area, I would highly recommend this company.

This hot air balloon company was amazing! My boyfriend and I went for the sunrise tour and had an amazing time. The staff, especially Sanya and the owner, were so friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to fly but felt so comfortable once I met the staff. The views were beautiful and so peaceful. They also take your pictures for free and give out champagne and snacks. Got their private engagement flight for 2 and couldnt have been any happier with how everything turned out.Denni was our pilot and was super accommodating. The flight exceeded my expectations.I really wanted the proposal to be extra special for my fiancé and Denni caught my vibe and MADE SURE that happen.I got a custom banner sent to him and he discreetly hid it until we landed so we could take photos with it.All I had to do was email him my proposal plan and he had no issues.I accidentally forgot to give him my phone to record the proposal and he was quick to react and recorded it with his phone.He was very respectful during the flight and gave us the alone time we wanted. Its almost as if he wasnt even there.Landing was super smooth.Champaign and roses were included our package.There will be times when they may be overbooked due to having to reschedule flights because of bad weather. This affected their ability to take post flight pictures for every balloon. There is nothing they couldve done about this. Denni alerted me about this before our flight and recommended I hire a photographer for pre flight, post flight, and filming of the proposal during the flight.Wesly and David are their premium photographers(I think theyre affiliatedand theyre usually there in the mornings during check in and offer premium photography packages and drone footage.Weslys the drone expert and he took all the drone footage. David took majority of the pre flight and post flight photos and videos.I called Wesly the day before got signed up with their their premium engagement photography/drone footage package.I honestly couldnt have been any happier Wesly and Davids work. Several groups of people signed up for the photography package and they managed to still get us more than enough photos, video footage, and drone footage.We had a few poses we had in mind, but they knew the exact poses that would look amazing and they instructed us for every photo. They know a lot more than just looking at the camera and smiling.Pre flight photos were amazing. They had a gopro set up in the hot air balloon to record the flight. Post flight pictures were even more awesome. They took a bunch of photos with different background, poses, and made sure the ring was seen in the photos.Wesly made us an edited video with drone footage, photos, video, and the actual proposal which included a song of our choice.This was our first time in a hot air balloon and we couldnt have been any happier with our experience.Denni, Wesly, and David couldnt have made this proposal any better.If youre on the fence with another hot air balloon company, JUST GO WITH MAGICAL ADVENTURE BALLOON RIDES. They gave me the best value for my money and went above and beyond.

I surprised my mother with a hot air balloon ride 4/25 for mothers day. They jammed over 20 people into a tiny hot air balloon basket not abiding by the social distancing rules what so ever. The reservation promised pictures to be taken. They were so unorganized with mostly high school boys working who appeared to have little to no training they completely forgot to take our pictures. I was so uncomfortable with 6 strangers jammed into a space large enough to hold 3 at most. I was unable to see anything let alone enjoy the ride. When coming down our hot air balloon landed on its side injuring several of the people in the balloon. My legs got twisted between several people in my little section and various items from the basket fell on our head. Once we were able to get out of the basket the pilot dipped out for 45 minutes no where to be found leaving all of us in an abandoned field. I have been on hot air balloon rides before with 9 people in the basket max. There was also a crew following us waiting when we came down from the flight to pull us in with a rope gently. There was no one but the pilot who was injured himself bleeding following the crash. Nightmare experience!!!

Not worth it for the money. We had to wait for more than 1 hour to inflate and another hour to deflate and pack the ballon. Overall we waited for 3 hours just to fly for 45 mins. They could plan things in a better way to avoid this bad experience. A definite no to anyone who is planning to do hot air ballon with Magical Adventure.

Really liked how Phil mixed up the flight with a little contour flying as well. It was awesome to float up thousands of feet up in the air and then come back down to glide alongside the hillsides as well. Super fun experience made perfect by the all the beautiful photos Tonya uploads to FB and IG free to access!

WOW!! Words truly can not express the experience! Beautiful scenery shown by Beautiful people. Tonya, Andre and John were all so interesting and friendly. As soon as we pulled up Tonya was there to greet us; Happy and smiling! She takes the most beautiful pictures, you could see she truly enjoys what she does! My daughter found a new bestie in Tonya! Andre is such a STRONG hard working and Smart young man . My daughter loved helping Andre and John deflate the balloon (pack up). They were so kind to her, My heart smiled! John had nothing but excellent things to say of Andre ! And we experienced why! Now John ballonist,this guy made my face hurt! Laugh after laugh with soo much knowledge. The man flies as if he has wings . Or as if mother nature was whispering in his ear !He told exactly what and where he wanted to the balloon to do.. and holy poop!! He did it! This man is awesome. My family and I felt as if we were reunited with old friends! We miss them already! My little one is still screaming " BEST DAY EVERRRRR!!" Thank you all for a truly Magical memorable morning! It was a wonderful experience flying over the wine country in the hot air balloon. The early morning ride was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly, too.

hello, I would like to recommend never to go here, firstly we went on a very inconvenient transport, then we were brought to the field, where we waited for 2 hours and sat on a muddy field, then we were put in a ball where there were a lot of people and it was very crowded and not convenient. also my dad had a birthday and we gave them a cake and candles, and asked to be congratulated. but as soon as we landed, they gave us a cake and they said, congratulate yourself, and also said that they lost our candles. after we landed, we waited another 1.5 hours until we were taken home. in general, a very bad service and for $ 660 we got negligent treatment from the workers. I do not advise anyone to come here.

wanted to celebrate my husbands birthday. Make a surprise. When I called I was told that in the air it pozdravte will make a surprise. Well drink champagne. But he was not congratulated in any way. I was very disillusioned. I bought a cake and candles. they lost the candles and just put the cake on the table in the carob. And no congratulations. When we were brought to the field, we waited an hour for them to inflate the balloon. They could have Packed everything up and taken us so that we wouldnt have to wait in this heat . The nightmare didnt end there. It was very crowded. We couldnt move. They make such a lot of money and such a terrible service. They put everyone in a very tight Department. When preselis also an hour in the dark waiting until they collected vsoy ball. They could have taken us there later. It was awful. I didnt apologize to my husband. My husbands birthday was ruined

Second time flying on a balloon with this company ! Flew 15 August after buying a discounted gift certificate due to COVID. First time in January 2018 was magical since it was winter time and the chill gave a different scenery as well as weather. We were able to see the pacific over the mountains to the west and enjoyed some time at a local petting zoo with a camel. The pilot was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist having us all laughing and teaching us of the history of ballooning. We did land in a funky spot but the pilot was confident in his skill and while it was new to the passengers, he knew what he was doing. The mimosas were nice too ! This past second time was a bit different. While still fun, it was HOT. This isn’t to the fault of the company but man it was warm and the heat from the fire was making it even hotter. We from SoCal are alright with it, but others from different areas may feel differently about it in the summer. One passenger began to feel sick but the pilot was more than willing to check in on her and offer water. It was a much slower flight than my first and in a different direction but my wife Still loved the experience as it was her first. The pilot was nice enough but he seemed very concentrated in his craft, and I’d prefer someone who is focused on safety vs someone who is a talkative and distracted so I didn’t mind it too much. But I think a lot of people became more concerned when we were landing outside of the nominal location between two horse ranches on a dirt road justMissing power lines and trees. Again, take it with a grain of salt. Pilots can’t control every aspect of a flight but he did his best to ensure our safety. His crew on the ground level seemed to new guys so I would probably have liked that if there needed to be two on the ground, that at least one of them had experience as it seemed the pilot struggled to communicate and direct them to do what he needed. Either way, I still give this company five stars as as far as providing a great experience, they do just fine! Thanks !

Amazing views. Great pilot! The location of meeting and the method of transportation could be a little better but it was still lots fun.The meeting starts with donuts and OJ, so that’s always a plus!Remember to do your research and know how many people fit in the hot air balloon, because we were crammed in with other strangers and it can get a bit awkward or very interesting. Either way it’s a great ice breaker for dates, but also a wonderful experience to be in the clouds with someone special. I went with my girlfriends, and we all had spectacular views, but it can be a little tricky to see a 360 views.Back at the meetings spot, they have mimosas and some snacks waiting for us, along with a certificate of being an Aeronaut, it was so fun receiving it and being part of their community! They included a voucher to spend at Bomb Shelter Cafe, to grab a bite to eat before people hit the road.Overall, it was a great experience, but there can be some improvements here and there.

I called several places and read many reviews before I decided to book our trip with Magical Adventures. It was the best decision we made because not only did they meet our expectations but they exceeded tenfold. Denny, Philip and the rest of the crew were the nicest, kindest, funniest and super professional. We had an amazing time they certainly know how to entertain and accommodate your needs. We did this on a Sunday (8/11/2019It was a spur of the moment thing we planned for our cousin’s birthday. We were paired in a big group of about 18 in the biggest hot air balloon the Red Pirate one and our pilot was named Phil. It was all very exciting, awesome and the staff were all very nice & very professional in orientation and explaining all of the thing we needed to know to new safe & have a great experience, and we did! It was all so magical, peaceful & a little warm at times due...it is a HOT air balloon but it was all really amazing! Phil our pilot had a slew of information & nice stories and anecdotes while we all were on the ride and answered all of the people riding with us their questions all while piloting and navigating the way for us to see as much of the spectacular views around Tamecula.I would very highly recommend doing this activity again and even though there was a big number of people riding with us it didn’t feel all too crowded as there were a quartered panel section to the basket we rode in. After we landed very safely and smoothly on the ground, the other staff members were kind enough to offer us so me snacks, orange juice, champagne or mimosa while they were fixing up the ballon for our return to the parking lot where we came from. As with all their information you would need is explained in their website, make sure to layer up cause in their morning it is quite cold and when you get in the balloon it can get a bit warm but still comfortable in my case. Thank you so much to Magical Adventures for this wonderful & marvelous adventure that I hope I’ll be able to do again!

We decided last minute to call them up for the sunrise adventure. The staff ( Pete, Phil, Brian and the sweet lady that takes pictureswas absolutely amazing. They all went above and beyond. The day before I was originally going to go up, my mom had a terrible car accident and I had to cancel at the very last minute. It wasnt 48 hours in advance (like the website warnedbut I still was able to reschedule with out having to pay the full price again! My dad and I had a great time. Its so peaceful up there. You can even see the ocean far off. And the petting zoo and chocolate shop were great too. Id never seen a camel before, it was very cute.

We were so glad they waited out the weather and still took us up for a morning flight. Enjoyed the celebration after. Everything that is included makes this well worth the money. Was very safe with experienced pilots and crew. A great way to experience a hot air balloon flight.

Magical Adventures Balloon ride was a great addition to the weekend. It was an early start, but well worth seeing the sunrise over the Temecula Mountains. The Pilot was extremely skilled, and knew what he was doing with the wind directions, speed and altitude. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a hot air balloon ride. Note: dont forget to wear a hat, as the burners filling the hot air balloon get alittle hot and can keep the tops of your heads alittle warm from the heat.

I took a private tour to propose to my girlfriend in Del Mar. The office ladies Joanna and Christy, I believe, and our pilot Denni were very, very helpful. It felt very safe and yet we got close enough to see a rabbit and deer on the ground. Denni was very helpful in staying in contact with me while I was trying to surprise my now, fiancee. I recommend this company.

I took my sweetie on the sunset tour in San Diego for her birthday. It was a perfect experience! The company communicated with me multiple times before the trip so I knew where to go, when, and what to expect. Watching the balloons be set up, including inflating the massive 300,000 cubic foot balloon and heating it up was spectacular! The flight itself was magical, drifting without vibration or noise above the beautiful homes and landscape of rancho santa fe, the ocean and mountains on the horizon, able to see from Mexico in the south to San Jacinto (near Palm Springsin the north. The pilot OBVIOUSLY knew what he was doing, even as he grazed the shrubs with the basket as we flew over an unoccupied flat bit of land. The stories were fun as we sipped Champagne and waited for the crew to pack up the balloon at the end of the flight. At every point we were treated politely, professionally, and the experience was just beautiful! Our pilot was Philip Branch (Hi Phil!), he was great.

I recently went on a hot air balloon ride with this company and was unsatisfied with my trip and posted a yelp review. After this the company manager not only didnt apologize, he actually went as far as disparaging me on their facebook page (really, how old are you?)Basically they place a filming crew on our balloon, making a very tight space even tighter. I was a bit annoyed by the incessant questions the film crew asked which I also felt distracted the pilot and took away from my experience. I wanted to enjoy the view in peace, and hear what the pilot has to say to us, not constantly being harassed by the film crew.Do you know why no one on our balloon tipped the pilot even though your company repeatedly emphasized that it should be $30/per person tip? its because the experience was not good! this speaks for that, go ahead, ask your pilot to confirm it. This is the first time ever in my life that I didnt leave a tip for a tourism service. As far as Im concerned, your company owes him a lot of money for tips and all the passengers on our balloon an apology!Disparaging your customer is no way to run a good business! I would be careful booking with this company because you will be treated very badly if you have any concerns.

From my first call to getting our free pictures after the flight, I knew they wanted my business.The companies launch or land near each other, so I can tell you there is a major difference in the quality of equipment and space in the basket. If you want to ride in new balloons and vehicles go with Magical. I did NOT want to be butt to butt with strangers.Denny made us feel very comfortable and safe. Our pilot was also very skilled and informative. These guys dont make enough money for the excellent service they give, so be sure to tip heavy!
