Maestro Pizza in Dhahran

There is a significant improvement in the overall cleanliness of the shop. The service is good but can get even better. The pizza is very nice and tasty. The order finished in 15 minutes. I do recommend it.

The order is not as requested online.. chicken alfredo pizza is ordered and No chicken added !!!!

There is only one employee that take the orders from the customers, and his service is unbelievably slow. Despite that the Pizza itself takes a while to be prepared, you have to wait for at least 1:30 hour. Besides if you want to order from the app, your order will not be displayed in their system.

I ordered online and had to wait 40 minutes only to find they forgot to do half the order and I had to wait another 15 minutes

Best shop of maestro making pizza

Generally very nice. Hot and fresh with a distinct taste. The staff is helpful. The sauces in their toppings are generous. However, about an inch and a half of their edges are empty. What they need to consider is their pizza size. Their large pizza is around 11 inches while the competition is going up till 13 inches. However, nobody can beat their prices and orders.

Waited 50 minutes for a pick up pizza, that their app told me was ready for pick up. While waiting, they ignored the number sequence and prioritized delivery orders over mine. Absolutely disrespectful system for pick up orders. Get your estimate times fixed and respect your customers.

I started to get annoyed by the "everything online policy"Some times the app crashes and in many times it says we dont have this order right now please order later !!! ... yah tell that to my stomach and it will eat you alive 😡.At least dont make pizza that is only available online! Come on gays.I only gave it 3 stars because i like the pizza and because mistro pizza destroyed the monopoly of pizza in saudi arabia

The pizzas are just ok, nothing to crave about, in my opinion. They have no one dedicated to taking orders. During busy hours, you have to wait a while before anyone of the staff members comes from the kitchen and takes the order. On the positive side, the prices are reasonable according to the taste!

i love this pizzeria place but one thing that bothers me when it happens is whenever i order and i check on my order its wrong, like one day i ordered a margarita pizza and i got grilled chicken like bro thats not even what i ordered. Simply I paid SAR.123 for my SAR.123 order, and received a receipt for SAR.104; even after i insisted on having a receipt.

Great affordable pizzas with fast service. They pride themselves on the 10 minuets period of making a pizza. Recently, the quality is degrading but still with a fast service. Chicken wings are ok, and their sauces are over priced.
