Food was great. Prices were reasonable. Seems like they were short-staffed though as it took about an hour to settle the bill. Otherwise, I highly recommend it

Guess I was unawares of a closing time, as with the other guest there.... 11:30pm while still dining broom n ting start hit our feet under the table n chair ,while finish up drinks n food. Took that as que to leave n down the stairs I went . Smh

The experience is almost always good. Decent food, great pricing with no hidden costs, and a great central location where theyre always open till late. Before the pandemic you could get food there up to 4am, now its about 12:30-1am.

My group was treated well. Rain fell and they placed us in a reserved area. Had a little wait for food, but it was plenty! Everyone took home left overs.

Nice vibe. Pork chops was great and so was the wings. One of the few places I take pepperpot soup from and it was good.

Well they had no ribs on a Wednesday evening, not sure is thats normal. Ended up having the pork chops, it was flavourful but more on the salt side.

Vibe was good food was good, drink was great and the waitress was awesome…I know people don’t complain about a pasta being too meaty however I wished it was balanced out

Nice atmosphere. Dinner underneath the stars with some of the more affordable options for food. Food was good but could be warmer when being served. Staff was friendly. Jackie was down to earth and showed interest to get you what you want. She could give advice on what was good based on what you are in the mood for. So ask for Jackie 👍🏼.

One of the best restaurant experiences Ive had in a while! Everything was excellent - customer service, portion size, taste, meal preparation time, ambiance (we dined on the rooftop dining area). I would highly recommend.

Worst experience and it was my first time there we went to dine in and it wasnt made clear on the website that upstairs isnt open until 5pm. Also at 5 we still had to wait 20 more minutes because the staff came late. They got out order wrong and even in the bar area we had to wait on the manager to approve a friend of mine choice of clothing just because it was a sheer top...kinda ridiculous because its a bar. They didnt have any wedges which we ordered and the staff just decided that they will replace it with fries and that wasnt communicated to us. Plus the food was really lacking flavor and we got the milkshakes hot. Would not recommend

So Ive dined here approximately four times and 4/4 Ive never experienced prompt service (could be the time of the day or week 🤷‍♂️). So I must point out the time in terms of point of ordering to actually getting the food.Nonetheless, the interaction with staff is pleasant in general and the food is flavorful (Oxtail Pasta is a must try).If youre feeling to dine out, here is definitely a spot worth trying. Very good spot for large group lyme.

However, food was served in a timely manner.... in 30 mins, everything was ready and waiting for us and I didnt even realise the time as the vibe was good.The place was really full too.... about 90% occupancy for the restaurants.Waiters were good. Tyreek (if thats the spellingdid a good job with our table and I was satisfied with his service. He was very pleasant also.The occasion was a birthday and we enjoyed the entire time... we did our little decor and so on but the night was well spent and we will be going back if we ever want to chill out again.Didnt go to the casino but otherwise... Its a really nice spot, and I was treated like a king and my wife like a queen with the most professionalism from my waitress, her name is Abigail Campbell, I recommend that anyone going there and this girl is your waitress. just know the service from her is exceptional. This is the main reason why a 5 star was giving, but her service deserve 6 star ✨

Loved my experience. The portion sizes are great for all meals. Loved my loaded fries and my pasta was good. The wait time for the food was a bit noticable but I had gone on a busy weekend where the restaurant was full, so that was understandable.The drinks are good and they offer a wide variety of them.

Some meals are better than others, some staff are better at their jobs than others. So far, I have been sticking to the wings and the loaded fries (with chicken- those are consistent with quality and serving size. The fish sometimes can be fishy/borderline spoilt, and that accounts for the one time I actually had a bad experience there. That aside, the ambiance is nice and I am usually able to have a good time

I ordered 4 fried lobster tails and when I got them i could smell the scent of rotting fish through the box! I examined each lobster tail. All seemed over cooked but that couldn’t explain the scent: I lifted each tail off the shell and examined underneath. 2 looked normal and the other 2 were completely black and rotten. At first I thought they were burned but I soon realized they were spoiled. Thank God I examined each one before ingesting it. I couldn’t ignore the unbearable smell. The sauce is whatever at best. They charged me damn near 4 grand for contaminated meat and I want my fkn money back !!!! Worst part is, when I called for a refund they refused to give me a refund and instead offered to make me something else. Whhhhyyyyy would I want to order something AGAIN from someone who offered me rotten food. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

The food here was good especially the chicken quesadilla and the wrap. The salad had a bitter-ish taste and the bbq wings wasnt all that. The fries were awesome though. I liked the setting of the place. The menu is electronic so you need a QR code scanner but there is free WiFi so thats a plus. The waiter also used an electronic device to take our order but still got the drinks mixed up so I dont know what happened. He wasnt friendly at all. He didnt even check on us during the meal to see if all was well. At least he wasnt rude. All in all, it was a good experience and I definitely would visit again. I liked the atmosphere.

One of my favorite restaurants in Jamaica. The food is amazing, I have never been disappointed. The staff there are super friendly and welcoming, and a big plus the prices for the meals are not bad at all. I especially love their chicken wraps and jerk chicken pasta. Oh and their loaded fries is soooooo good. The drinks could use a bit more alcohol but they are still delicious. Thank you for your great service!

Not sure what they did to this chicken breast - but it was great ... No dryness or anything, super juicy and succulent. The ambiance is good, food doesnt take too long. Service is good.

The food oh the food is soooo good. Waiting time is relatively short depending on crowd. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Management was accommodating of our large group of friends. At one stage we thought we would have to go elsewhere but they were able for fit a few more chairs to keep us together. Thumbs up!

Great customer service and on weekends exclusive of sunday. The kitchen for the bar located upstairs closes 1:30am. Whilst the gaming lounge/ casino is till 3am or longer. Located on the ground floor. Adequate secured parking on premises.

I had organized a birthday party for my friend and to my surprise, they only had sitting arrangements for 10 persons only to each table. Fine!! we spoke to the manager and she was accommodating enough to allow our 15 party attendees to sit at each table. The service was good and food was ALOT. However, the food was just OKAY! Nothing to excite my taste buds, just regular. The presentation of the food was good though. The prices are definitely affordable. The dessert menu was poor, only had 1 item...

I had a blast. There was ample seating while we waited for a table. The music was not too loud, which made it conducive to conversation. We were seated in Jackies section, if youre going to Macau ask for Jackie to seat you in her Section. Jackie provided phenomenal customer service. The drinks were well-made. The fries were served a bit lukewarm but the pasta was hot! Fresh Off The Grill. I had a great time. I look forward to returning there.

This place is my chill spot, consistency to the core. Their food is never disappointing, some of the waiters and waitresses are not so friendly so if you want a good time and great service go to the bar. The bartenders are on point, welcoming, friendly and great.

Amazing staff and service, but long waiting time for food and entry if its rlly busy. Food was great, you get a lot that u will need a goodie bag to bring it home in. Everyone leaves with a goodie bag

You have the option of paying for your own spot of the restaurant area, inclusive of your food and drinks or you sit at the regular tables and dine.I guarantee you that your appetizer alone should fill you lol. Such a nice place to chill with friends and enjoy yourself.

Dining in a upstairs, out door atmosphere. Pleasant host and hostesses..we were greeted warmly and promptly seated..Orders were taken and meal served within reasonable timing though it was a busy Friday night.The meals were delicious, I would definitely revisit in a hurry to try other meals listed on the menu.The temperature on arrival was high, no fault of the restaurant, it is summer, but cooled down a bit as twilight approaches.Overall a great place to dine.
