MRA Bakery & Restaurant in Doha

Food was amazing.love it.need to improve service of each staff. No smile,no welcoming,no attention to guests,no thanks.most dishes not available for dinner.we came around 5:30 pm,i asked ghee dosa,not available, i asked thali set ,not available, i asked karela fish fried,not available, i asked chiko juice,not available.so bad.....,place was so noisy because another group table, each person was talking non stop and loud. Only food tast good .thanks to all chef.

Please ensure to check the order while purchasing. I personally went and ordered for 30 samosas and they had packed only 26. Trusting the brand I didnot check it there now I am being calling them and they say they are not in position to deliver it as they have a busy schedule

Such a pathetic service took 1hr 15min totally cold food…wastage of time and money…extremely poor customer service

I would like to thank Mr Amal from customer service for his support and kind coordination to surprise my husband in Doha with diwali sweets while I placed the order from Dubai. It was a pleasant and smooth experience. My husband and his friends enjoyed the surprise.

Me & family went for dinner it was not worthy for the price and food compare to other restaurants nearby and taste also was not we expected .. At least provide good meal to your valued customer and price menu also need to change…( visited old airport branch)

Visited old airport branch.tried their evening snacks - shawarma, pazham pori, irachi pathiri..None worthy, oily and NO TASTE. Killed the mood...will not visit again

Very bad experience. The staff behaviour here at old airport branch is very bad. I am a regular customer at other MRA branches at Markiya, Salwa, etc. Here I ordered one biryani and they awaited me for more than 20 mins and replied the dish got finished. They insisted me to order other dishes. I will never come again here.

Ordered fish mango curry it is totally waste of money tastes very sweet they use too much coconut milk powder. All of their food items they are using too much coconut milk powder or ajinomoto it is very sad 10 yers before they are one of the best Indian restaurant in Qatar nowadays they are the best cheaters in Qatar

Always very bad experience...Very bad service.Staffs are waiting to fight with customers..If they correct this attitude we can compromise on Taste of the dishes

I have placed an order for simple lunch meal at 12:30 and the order taker promised the delivery within 1 hour, even after 2 hour I did not receive my food. Not even a call from the restaurant mentioning the delay. Such a pathetic service from MRA restaurant. I will never place an order again in future with this restaurant. If you have atleast 2-3hours time then I suggest you guys to place the order. Very poorly managed delivery system. I would have rated Zero if possible.

Friday morning planned to go for a Kerala style breakfast and landed at the new branch of MRA. Ordered Appam, egg roast, egg curry and chicken stew for kids. To my surprise I really wonder if the egg roast n curry was prepared by a chef from Kerala, I asked the supplier and also with the supervisor..as per them food is prepared at their central kitchen and then distributed at all branches. For a real Kerala breakfast..NO to MRA.

Totally waste, if you looking for good dine in go for. Another restaurant ..there is no quantity and quality but prize is high

We usually like MRA food served at most of your outlets. However, our experience at the new MRA at old airport road was extremely bad. The service at this place is pathetic. We need to keep waiting forever for people to come and take orders. Once fed up of that, we decided to go for buffet which they suggested and saw that most of the food containers were empty and nobody was refilling it. Most of the dishes on the menu that we asked for, they said, they dont have. It was really disappointing.

Today am sharing my own experience which i faced from MRA behind Alwatan center branch.Ok now I will come to my points,When it came time for orders We waited around 10mins until we approached them at the counters( you may check the CCTV cams), Eventually the person on the cashier counter (I think the in-chargesent a person over to take our orders (tall manOMG his attitude toward us was Rudy (like we were there for free foodsI was surprised such branded restaurant keeping poor level of customer service from top to bottom staffs. Finally I dropped my feedback to the in charge and we left from there with out having our dinner.MRA is growing with customers money don’t forget that .

Very bad experience 😕 actually i love MRA mango lassi the thik one in can QR.10 but today they give me the another lassi QR.12 and taking more 2 riyal but given very bad lassi 😠 😡 actually i ask to them but they said the same which we selling in can but when i drink that time it was different so what to tell now i will never buy again anything from MRA near toyota signal.

Never ever, ever ever order food for delivery, belive me it will be nightmare. They will say delivery within 1 hour after 1 and half hour if u try to followup they will tell u food will reach in 10 mins and then afternhalf hour they will say in 5 minins. Belive me I ordered food at 12:34 and now its 2:35pm still waiting for the food. Same attitude happened even if u give order for take away. MRA can never impove their atritude towards customer. Littrally they are shamless.

Great dine-in restaurant with top notch service when you are looking for Indian food. Great dhal, pratha and all sort of curry.

Need to be aware of their takeaway process before ordering. Was waiting in the car with starving kids irrespective of ordering prior an hour. Still haven’t got the food and forced to cancel the order. First time such an experience from MRA. Hope they will improve.

This is one of the famous Kerala cuisine (The idyllic Indian coastal region Malabarrestaurant located in Qatar. Great prices and good customer service...nice atmosphere, comforting ambiance, great for family get together as well as for business meal. if you a regular customer and have always had great food and pastries and fruit cocktails, many variety of fruit juices. If you a food lover, its worth to try-out this place, you will not regret it.

This was one of our favourite Kerala cuisine restaurant in Qatar. Recently it is disheartening to see that quality of food is below par. I did not want to give up so tried them, expecting a change. The last three times I had bad experience with the quality and taste of food.

Worth fooding, delicious kerala style. Had spent time here with family and friends. Such a beautiful food serving system and good manner staff for customer service and care. MRAs backery session is fabulous with taste. Most visited branch is in Asian town

MRA Indian food factory where you can have all the Indian recipes mainly Kerala dish, here I have shared my recent visit .

Good place for dinein , little rush on the weekend but the place is big and has many tables, so no issues in getting a table. Ordered mutton ghee roast, chicken shahi kurma, chilly chicken, tawa chicken, tandoori chicken. Mutton ghee roast is a must try if u like ghee dishes and grt masala, they have put good quantity of it and u can smell the fragrance while eating. Chicken shahi kurma was good too, little creamy and sweet on the taste. Chilly chicken was like chilly chicken. Tandoori chicken tasted soft cooked well and marinated. Tawa chicken was not so good, had ordered one full place, quantity is plenty, but taste not so good. Tandoori roti gets a little hard, nan is ok. All in all an average good experience

Foods are tasty but very expensive,ok we can agree with food ,then how we can justify 1 riyal water bottle they are charging 2 riyal

Craving for appam, parota, chicken or fish curry? Drive down to MRA Bakery and Restaurant for a feast of Kerala cuisines! MRA is also known for bakery products. You will also find native Kerala snacks like pazham puri (banana fry), unniappam etc. The staffs are friendly!

Great food. I order one special plate with a lot of varieties. The waiter was nice but gave me the bill while I was eating. That wasnt so good... An explanation about whats spicy, sweet and salty would have been good as well.

Walking distance from Bank Street Doha City , bear sword signal . Bit difficult to find the parking in this area specially in peak hours. You can get best tasty Indian lunch buffet it’s diffidently like by Sri Lanka too. Tasty food.They have seating area for dining in upstairs and ground floor. They serve buffer in the upstairs only. I personally liked the ambience. Theyre professionals and I think theyll go places. Very helpful staff too.

Top quality. Food is authentic and freshly prepared. The setting and a slightly dark ambience goes well together, its kept nice and tidy. Staff were hospitable each time we visited.I love the karak chai.The bakery items and sweets are excellent and they have a very good range to choose from.

Travelled 30km from Mesaieed to have buffet lunch and had the worst experience. Insipid food. Very few items in the menu. Two waiters were occupying the dining table and chatting. Even when I went beside them they didnt move away.

That restaurant and bakery is always busy and they are located in a very busy crowded neighborhood.Finding a parking lot nearby is totally a nightmare but their quality makes me come again and again.I wasnt a red Velvet big fan until I tried theirs, after trying them once they became my first choice for red Velvet cake. I never recommended it to a friend and gave me a negative feedback.They also have other delicious items I loved like sesame balls and karak and a lot of other items I plan to try soon.

This place serves Indian food from the costal belt, authentic malabar dish with modern twist. Would have definitely given a 5 star rating if it was not for the smell this place smells fish. Other than that they serve good food , good ambiance. Highly recommend Tawa chicken, prawns masala (dry, squid ghee roast (dryand chicken tandoori masala (gravy). They also have the best lemon tea one of the best is town or at least what Ive tasted.

I have been many times here.. I strongly recommend this place for South Indians and for Who ever would like to try South Indian cuisine. I really loved the buffet lunch at an affordable price. Great thumps up

MRA is one of the sought-after Indian restaurants in the neighborhood. The interior design and the colour scheme of the restaurant is astonishing, coupled with impressive seating and table arrangements.Weve tried fish biryani. When I threw my first glance at the plate it looked like it was mostly rice, but large piece of fish was nicely stashed away inside the big pile of creamy spiced rice. The rice was perfectly cooked and spices were precisely combined together. Biryani served with salads and pickles, though we had to ask for the crackers which doesnt come with the main course. The fish, that was crisp on the outside, moist and tender in the middle. Overall we had an exhilarating dining experience that wed never forget along with the commendable dedicated staff with good service. Highly recommended.Gracias :)

One of the very good restaurant in Doha. Awesome and traditional Malabar food is available here. Buffet is reasonably priced.
