El único tiempo que tenía disponible para usar la piscina era después de las 7pm y ya estaba cerrada... el baño fatal me dió asco... El precio muy muy caro para ser un Hotel de media estrella... el peor lugar que uno se puede quedar el cuarto estaba super sucio. Tenia pelo de mujer por todos los lados las savanas tenian manchas amarilla y el baño super sucio . El servicio de el dueño no tiene modales ni respecto . No boten el dinero en este lugar

Requiere de más limpieza, sábanas con olor a humedad, baños parecen públicos, supuesto cable Tv q nunca se conectaba. El aire tenía un liqueo por falta de limpieza q estaba tapado y mojaba las camas, No lo recomiendo

The view from the hotel is amazing, beautiful pool.. Kind staff and quiet. Reasonable price and the rooms are small but clean with good hot water for showers. There is a lounging area and mountain view with a small menu daily for room service if desired.

Excelente lugar para escapar de la ciudad.

Nos quedamos una noche. Hace como 5 años nos habíamos quedado y no ha cambiado. Cuarto amplio, tres camas, neverita y baño, aire frío y no se podía controlar temperatura. Camas no cómodas, el inodoro tenía hongo en la tapa. Pagamos casi $100 con la tercera cama. TV antiguo. Es al lado del motel. Tiene estacionamiento. Linda vista a las montañas. Piscina estaba limpia. Tiene restaurante. Habian goteras.

Stayed here two days in a row. Loved everything except the rooms. Its pretty dual in there. Beds are so uncomfortable and furniture is very out dated. I didnt believe that such a nice place outside would actually have the throw back box TVs. As for the air conditioners our room was luck out with a unit that was direct so talk about we froze because if we turned it off the room would instantly heat up. Besides it all, the room service and food was good and the pool was very nice with water falls and lights.

The hotel suffer Huracan Maria damages , is not fully functioning and may take some time to recover, sometimes no wifi or any other signal , but great customer service. Rooms are not so fancy.

Staff was not welcoming. The blankets and pillows were dirty. Broken vanity in the restroom. TV remote did not work. The AC filters were not cleaned and it also di not work properly. On a good not the hotel has alot of potential if managed properly.

Bathroom dirty, dusty smell on bedrooms. Terrible service, we asked to change us to another room and they told us NO because then they have to clean two rooms...WHAT? People in other rooms making noises until 4 am and they did nothing... Do not recommend.

Fun pool. Not upscale. Took a group of 4 kids and two adults and was accommodated with 1 room 2 full size beds and 1 twin and paid $52 each adult. Nice views. Very secluded and quiet. Nice friendly staff with free WiFi. Air conditioned rooms. Smaller rooms are nicer. Our friend went with 1 adult and 2 teens stayed in a room with 2 fullsize beds and much nicer set up. Only paid $92. Pool goes to 3-5ft with 3 small water fountain like contraptions. Super family friendly environment

Es un lugar familiar tranquilo es en lo alto de una montaña y tiene una vista expectacular los cuartos son comido y sobre todo tiene buenos precios. NO TIENE restaurant pero si vende picadera. Una pequeña pero linda piscina.

Mi experiencia durante 15 años hasido excelente.

Terrible service. Staff is rude. Pool water is freezing. Rooms are too small. Food is terrible. Wondering how it has remained open for so long. At 70 dollars a night minimum might as well book in ponce or costa bahia hotel which is 13 minutes away.
