MOD Pizza in Yakima

Everytime I go into this store to get food it comes out great, but when I DoorDash it, it comes with barely anything on it. I’m really disappointed.

First time trying it today. It was ok. Crust was not the best and taste burnt.

I really loved this place so fun and fast!!

Absolutely love mod pizza. Staff is always nice and helpful. Just wish it was a little cleaner sometimes. But always hot and fresh. The ingredients are always fresh.

Worker with purple and blond hair has a serious attitude problem. Shouldnt and cant handle her job... should not be working that day or at all.

The salads are sooo good, since the ingredients are the pizza toppings, which themselves are great. A small salad with half a pizza is chefskiss

Great thin crust for Carbohydrate Haters. Love the fact that one price per pizza no matter how many toppings you want - REVOLUTIONARY!!!

Love MOD Pizza. Its delicious and its made fresh in front of you. Its always good. Salads are good too. Price is average. Service always impeccable.

Yesterday, was my first time at MOD and seriously loved everything about it! Right away one of the gal’s noticed that it was my first time there and gave me all the Tea about the pizza, toppings and salads. They were very welcoming very friendly and they have great customer service talk atmosphere. The gal with short blonde hair was very sweet and friendly and another gal to, that helped make our pizzas she had a red bandana very friendly as well told me, I could add as many toppings as I wanted for one price etc. Big plus that I loved they’re open late until 11pm 🙌🏼

Just before 7 on 4/27 the crew was amazingly friendly, fast and helpful. We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 salads. Everything was cooked and made perfect!Update. End of March 2022. Antone was super kind and friendly, remembered my name when I left. The store was clean, and stocked and the captain made a perfect pizza again. .

i’ve been to this mod maybe 50 times. i used to live just up the street and this was my favorite spot to go with friends and get a pitcher of beer. i don’t know if they still offer the pitcher, but they still know how to have a good time.the pizza is always good (for a chainand the service is always friendly.i took my best friend here who has p specific diet restrictions and they were able to make Mod work.my partner and i split the no-name cake as it is a tradition and we often sit on the patio with our dogs.

13 May 2022 - 4.5 StarsIve been here many times. Had another great lunch today. The ability to customize each half of my pizza is wonderful. The speed (and friendlinessof service is very good.Today, the store could have used a table wipe down and a floor sweeping.

Great food, hard working staff. Enjoyed a pie with my brother.

Ive always loved the food here. Decent prices. I love the vibe although the music playing makes it hard to hear the staff while making the pizza.

Usually its a quick wait if there is a line, with friendly staff. There is a lot of staff turnover but I think that is the nature of fast food.

This location has gotten worse. Gave me thin crust after reciting back mega dough, cheap on ingredients, undercooked, soggy overall, severe stomachache followed. Thought Id try again after being away for a year to see if they got better. Made me sick Wont be back..again

Really nice pie and super quick thanks to the brick oven. I was given the advice once to order a plain cheese when trying any new pizza, as you can more easily test the quality. I did, and it definitely checks out!

We arrived shortly before 5:00. Nobody in the lobby. When we entered someone shouted out the typical "welcome". We stood there no less than 3-4 minutes with 3-4 people standing right in the order are (not to mention the others cooking, etc.). A couple of those people were reviewing what appeared to be perhaps call in orders...? We stood there ready to order and not one person made eye contact. I saw one female tell a male worker "go ahead and get them", however still nobody engaged with us. After another minute or so we walked out. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Great place for a fast pizza or a big salad. Get to choose your own toppings for your meal too. Great atmosphere. Employees are friendly

MOD has been consistant over the few years Ive been enjoying their fare: tasty food made your way and quick service in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. I love their open air feature in good weather, and the music is always right on.

I like this mod location more than the one on 1st street. The nobhill location has a cleaner surface the condiments and toppings look way more organized and fresh they actually pay attention to your order and what your saying. The 1st street location gets 1star you have to repeat yourself over and over they have no clue what the word extra means I have to say more more more like 3xs it makes me feel uncomfortable I thought it was unlimited toppings

Very hardworking and kind employees. I love this location and their food. They also have good parking, which is always good.Wonderful salads and great Pizza. If you love woodfire pizza MOD is definitely somewhere you should try out!!

Mod is a good option for family food anytime and is a life saver when on the road. The vegan options are good but this location did not have any vegan meat substitute. Still had a good vegan pizza even without the “meat”.

I normally really enjoy Mod pizza. The environment and food is phenomenal. Unfortunately the other day i witnessed one of the managers being extremely rude to one of the staff. Me and my wife were ordering a couple pizzas and a very friendly young man was helping us. I asked him to wait on the first pizza, while we started our second. One of ladys (im guessing a managerstarted yelling at him to hurry up and stop standing around. He eventually got sent home by the manager. I felt extremely awkward and really bad for the kid that got sent home. He was just doing his job. Because of what i witnessed, i wont be visiting that location again. Treat your staff with more respect!

Its an great pizza spot to eat. They have cauliflower crust as well if youre a fan of that. Really quick, so if you go in and you are in a rush it wont take long. I recommend stopping by and trying it out.

Im a regular customer at Nob Hill MOD Pizza but I am so upset with the most recent order. As usual, I ordered online and Ive never had a problem before... but this time I decided to go for a thick crust, ended up being black and burnt on the bottom. Also, I ordered BBQ swirl and mikes hot honey to top it off (not realizing bbq swirl is already on the normal orderthey completely covered the pizza and all the toppings with bbq to the point its overwhelming. I drove all the way out there just to recieve this, so obviously Im super upset with this experience... Its my fault for not checking the pizza upon arrival, however, I have ordered the same thing multiple times and this has never happened. I tried to call to see if I could be accomadated for next time, but was sent to an automated voice message system... I am very upset for this Im atleast giving the online ordering process 2 🌟 ⭐ :(

The Nob Hill MOD Pizza location is great. The people are welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. It’s comfortable inside and the pizzas are delicious. I’m not a huge thin-crust pizza fan, but they do a good job here and I like their pizzas. I appreciate the individualised attention they provide each time I order. Topping selections are great, pizzas are ready very quickly, the lemonade is amazing and they have Ding Dong-like dessert cakes wrapped in foil—like the way Hostess used to make them. This is one of my favorite places to go in Yakima for something quick and tasty.

The staff is friendly, and helpful! There are plenty of selections. If not sure what something is just ask and they are knowledgeable and patient. I love being able to put whatever I want on my pizza for one price! The brick oven cooking gave the pizza a wonderful flavor! Had a great first time! Will be back soon!

Always great service at MOD Pizza. Prices are decent and the food is excellent and filling. A good variety of toppings and options are available for the pizzas. The salads are good as well, and have the same options. My kid really likes the no name cake. Be prepared with the cake, as explained by my child, "Im going to need more napkins".

I was craving pizza and salad for lunch so I immediately said MOD. As I was sitting enjoying my salad they called me for my pizza, anxiously I come sit down quickly to enjoy it and my 9 month belly hits the table. Spilling my water all over myself and my pizza. So embarrassed I quickly try and clean up the water as quick as I can. Within seconds this nice lady comes up and asks if I’m ok and quickly takes my pizza and asks the crew to make me a new one. Mortified I finish cleaning the table and before I know it a fresh pizza is brought to me. I ordered a mini and she brought me a MOD size. I couldn’t be more thankful to the attentiveness and the care. Being almost ready to pop comes with a lot of accidents. They were very understanding and made me feel un-embarrassed. Shout out to the boss and the crew for the incredible customer service and for making sure this soon to be mom enjoyed her pizza and not the soggy mess she created with the water spill!!

My family really enjoys mods pizza. The fresh ingredients are tasty, the service provided by the employees is pleasant and the serving time is quick and efficient. One thing, maybe its just my household, but every time weve skipped out on Mods for a while, it feels like it tears up our tummies... but if we have it again within 2 weeks or so no issue? The taste is amazing but Im hesitant given the aches and pains that sometimes comes after.

This place has an amazing helpful staffs and I love it when they throw in their creations when customizing your pizza or salads. If you see anything on thier bar that seems yummy, ask for it to be put on and dont be scared to ask for extra, like extra olives or whatever too. When they call your name for you to get your pizza, ask for their amazing sauces to be added on. It is so worth the wait in line.

My friend and I went here not knowing what to expect. We did not know it was a fast food restaurant! Mod Pizza is like a Subway for pizza. Its a great idea! After ordering our customized pizzas, they were done in no more than 5 minutes. I love the crusts flavor and style! I was happy that this was not the typical greesy pizza you get anywhere else. After finishing the meal, I didnt feel sick after either. To me this is a healthier way to enjoy pizza!

Okay guys, for one thing, this place is freaking delicious. You can make custom pizzas that are done within five or six minutes or order from their pre-designed menu. Absolutely my new favorite pizza place.The thing that makes this restaurant truly exceptional though, is the staff. During the February snowstorm, the staff publicly thanked and bought a meal for a group of 3 First Responders that came in for a bite. It was a notably kind gesture from a group of young people.

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient. My wife and I hadnt gone together and werent sure what we wanted. We got helpful advice from a patient staff who let us take our time in ordering. Its Chipotle but for pizza. Ingredients are fresh and you get to style your pizza how you like. The only way the food is bad is if you mix the wrong flavors. We loved it and will be going back a lot for the foreseeable future.

What a great experience! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The store was very clean and well kept for it being lunch time. It was my first time and everything was explained with ease and clarity. The final product tastes wonderful. No lack of options here!

My kids love their personal little thin crust pizzas. Theyre inexpensive, tasty and just the right amount of food for a child.Vegan options are plentiful and their salads are delicious but if youre oil-free, youll have a difficult time eating here. Everything is infused with the stuff, even their GF crust.They do offer a vegan cheese alternative, however, which is nice.Will definitely return.

Mod Pizza has friendly service and employees were very efficient at taking your order. I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Food was great because you can choose a variety of your favorite toppings. Would definitely recommend.

Im a fan of MOD. Honestly, its one of the best pizza places in town. Normally, I go to the one in Union Gap but I was in the area so I stopped in. The service was good and the pizza was tasty. I marked it down a point because some of the roasted garlic was burnt and my wife had a huge piece of charcoal stuck to get crust. Nor a deal breaker, though.

This place was awesome. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my first time there and they explained it in an easy way. The pizza was incredibly delicious, I was surprised that I could just choose any amount of toppings and dipping sauces without price variation. The atmosphere is fun and the prices are very reasonable. Totally would go back!!

we loved the pizza here. You can get as many toppings as you want and its still the same price and their creations are awesome. When you pick up your pizza at the end there is a whole bunch of dipping sauces to choose from which really makes the pizza pop. We were also given free milkshakes while we were eating our pizza. The customer service was great and I recommend Mod Pizza to everybody.

I absolutely love this MOD location. Of course the pizza is always delicious, but what really stands out about this location is the customer service. Ive had 2 particularly outstanding instances Id like to share. The first was a little while back; I had decided to get a lemonade with my pizza but they were cleaning the machines at the time. It wasnt a huge deal to me at all, but a little while later as Im getting my pizza, an employee comes out with a lemonade and gives it to me for free. That really impressed me; I wasnt expecting anything like that at all.And then tonight, my boyfriend and I stopped in to grab some dinner to take home and apparently my phone fell out of my pocket into the snow. Someone found it, and the staff called and texted my boyfriend to let him know it was there, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they had even put it on the charger! These guys are awesome, and they definitely dont have to worry about losing my business. Good going, guys!

First of all the staff is very friendly, personable and sanitary. We saw someone cleaning the entire time we were there. Second, the pizza and salads were extremely good and fresh. We really cant say enough about this place. When we visit Yakima again we will definitely be back and hopefully the next time well be able to sit down instead of ordering to go. Ive been threatening to go to MOD Pizza for about a year. For whatever reason, Id never made it here. Finally, I met a friend there for dinner. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I was quite impressed! MOD Pizza is basically a build your own pizza place. You pay for a specific size - and it comes with whatever toppings you want. For those who have a hard time deciding, theyve got a slew of "classics" that have suggested toppings, however you can add or delete whatever you want! Thats right....adding BACON is free (everything is better with Bacon!). Theyve got a great selection of toppings (Im a meat pizza guy myselfand was not let down! Theyve also got 5+ types of cheese, which makes it interesting.The regular size pizza ($7.75is plenty for a big guy and the small one was enough for my wife (but it seemed pretty small to me). You also have the option of turning it into a salad....if that yous your thing. The pizzas are cooked and ready in about 5 minutes - so the wait isnt bad.The only critique that I have is that the floor was NASTY. Our baby was playing and dropped some of her toys into an actual pile of dust. Aside from the lack of cleaning at our feet, this place is great. Check this place out, the food is awesome!
