Stopped into eat breakfast a few times the food was amazing the service is top of the line and the owner is very fun and easy on the eyes. definitely want to make this one of your stops if youre passing through the New London area

If you havent been here since it was McKales you should give it another try. The menu is relatively the same but the quality of the food is twice as good. Ive gotten something different the past five or six times Ive gone and havent been disappointed in a single choice. It retains that peaceful, small-town feel that you dont get at most sit down restaurants these days. The waitress is lovely, kind, and attentive. Im the type that likes to eat my meal without interruptions and she picked up on that right away, asking only the most necessary questions. Im making it a point to go here every Friday for lunch.

Me and my daughter went for brunch. Of course I had a breakfast! eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon with marble toast, delicious! My daughter had the turkey melt with her choice of seasoned fries. She really liked it. The service was great. We will be back.

Our absolute Favorite restaurant! Just for breakfast, or family comes into town, special occasions! They have the best food, & service with a smile! I must say it was hard to get use to the name change. But, they have only gotten better! Planning on having our small wedding reception dinner there next month!

The food has always been good every time my family and I have gone there! I definitely recommend it for other people. We’ve never waited long for our food and the waitresses are always nice and welcoming!

First time at this place. Stopped in as I was there in town to drop my dog off at the Groomers. Cozy little restaurant. Even serves alcohol. The food was absolutely wonderful and the waitress was absolutely amazing with my daughter as she brought her over to the sink and helped her wash her hands. I definitely look forward to stopping in again sometime. Highly recommend.

We have eaten at McKales off and on for many years. My wife was often less than enthusiastic about it as a dining destination.However, since the change of ownership, she has also become a believer. We have found both the food and service excellent and the additional hours convenient.My wife loves the, "So you forgot to eat breakfast burger". Im more of an equal opportunity eater.McKales has become a go-to dining destination for our family and friends.

This is a good place, lunch and dinner has always been good. I took the family for breakfast today, the waitress brought the pancakes and then left for several minutes and we didnt have any silverware, by the time she came back the pancakes were cold. This is not the first time the food came and we did not have any silverware, I suggest you have silverware on the tables at all times. I think the food mustve been done and was sitting for a while because when the waitress brought the breakfast they were all cold and not hot at all. I think they tried real hard and we will be back because this is a good place but just was not today. We come here once a year on vacation, see you next year.

Stopped in for some lunch on a long drive west. The chicken and waffle was delicious, and service was quick. The restaurant and restrooms are tidy and comfortable.

September 2012Small local restaurant, pretty good food, and fair service if they are not busy. Over the last 8 years weve learned if they are half full or more dont bother. If they have more than 16 of the 23 tabled filled they all get stressed out, craby and you wait 10 minutes for a menu and another 25 for food. If they are busy save time and stress and drive 20 minutes to Willmar to eat. If its slow its a great place to stop.December 2012Menu has been cut in half, and prices went up 20%August 2013Got there at 11:10 am, where able to finally order at 11:35. Didnt get food till 12:40. 25 min to take order and 1 hour 5 min to get food.
