Good and clean hotel. Definitely one of the best in Minya. They just opened a brand new building next to the main one. Basic breakfast. No internet connection in rooms.

Very nice Place to have fun with family

The housekeeping entered the room while i was in although i stated I don’t need room service and the keychain was hanged and when i called the receptionist to file a complain he brought the houseman who said he didnt hear as he was talking to somenone else !The room didn’t have the don’t disturb sign , balcony was full of dust through the whole stay even though i left a note at the reception asking for cleaning it.Definitely not recommended.

Staff down stairs were great. Shower created the great flood into the room, air conditioner noisy, tv didnt work and internet noisy

The hotel has potential but it needs much better cleaning standards especially in the bathrooms, including bath tub and all other accessories, the room floor and lobby toilets. Staff was nice and spoke English. Food was decent and beer was available.

I’m being generous with the 4 stars.. the room was good and clean but the food is extremely modest. I didn’t like it but others from the group found it fine.

Its supposed to be a 4-stars hotel. The price doesnt match the value for the accommodation, however, its valid for short stay. theres no diversity in their breakfast, its the same everyday.Theres no coffee maker in rooms.It has perfect view to the Nile river. The staff is so friendly.its location is good.

Its a very good hotel. I enjoyed my time there. However my only complaint is that photos are not allowed in the pool area, even selfies which is strange since its a hotel and its not located next to any restricted zones.

A typical 4-star rated hotel in an Upper Egypt town. Clean and refurbished rooms. Beds are on the hard side, clean sheets, bathrooms are very modern and clean, no Wi-Fi in rooms (although the hotel claims there is), nice view on the Nile from all rooms, door lock fidgety (room 208), hotel technician busted into the room accidentally and apologized.

Predominantly nice for sleeping. Good service, average food.

The staff are excellent and the room was comfortable with a balcony to enjoy a view of the Nile. Theres also a great garden for relaxing in. I highly recommend this hotel
