We had a bd-party for 9 person.Ererything was good-and servise and interier,and food!!price same good for good quality.Location in thecenter.Music nice.Inside many location for a fotos,it is important if youhave party.Inside the restoran no smell by shisha!!!i think the aircondothion work well.Clean!Good security and gentelman.Hostess smile and try to help you everywhere.Many place for intertayment.My recomendet!!

I lived in Kiev for 4 years and we are experiencing some new problems with restaurants like this.I had dinner with my friend girl who recommended new place, but I was completely disappointed eventhough thay will have some music nights with DJ. I love music and would have enjoyed, but the problems....The restaurant is OVER PRICED and takes advantage of digital menus by making it difficult to understand prices.The food is simple. Frozen potatoes and 2 chicken skewers, 1 shrimp skewer. With 3 glasses of wine, 1 tequila the bill was $100. They charged $25 for standard hookah. 10 percent service was automatically added to bill. The waiter had no English and made mistakes and the manager intervened with a long defense and said he would remove second tequila that I didnt order. The big shock is the when ordering Tequila. I was charged 25 percent more because menu has small 40 ml as standard size, unlike all other restaurants in Kyiv. Apparently designed to deceive customers.Dont waste your money on this place. Kiev has some honest, good places,🥂👨‍🍳

Whatever you order they will charge you 3 times. Complete fraud. They offering me money back to buy my silence. I refused their money and a meeting with manager whos also offering to give me some money back.

This restaurant made my trip to Ukraine worth it. Being from Canada, even the fanciest restaurant in Toronto or Montreal cannot compare to the Normal. Never have I had better service and food. The machete steak is to die for, and the service made me feel like a king. I unfortunately do not speak Ukrainian very well, but the servers made me feel at home regardless. They even offered me a free (deliciousdessert.Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service. If I could give the Normal more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation.

Nice place with good food. Allthou No matter, this place is a conplete fraud. Asking for a steak and they cut off whatever big piece they like, to then charge you 3x the amount thats stated on the meny.In most countries this would be illegal, Allthou here corruption is running wild.There are enough honest places to eat, advice to stay clear og this one.

So first off, I would like to give some praise. In all honesty, the place was really nice, they served good food and drinks and the waiter was really friendly.I would normally give this place a 5-star rating, but I cannot in my heart do so.The prices were stiff, but they had good enough food to defend it. I wanted steak first, but it seemed you have to order all the side dishes aswell, so I dropped it in favor for sushi. Which was very good.Allthou, due to some misunderstanding between Russian and English, I ordered both.Not the waiters fault, so thats OK.The price for steak was around 520uah. Have eaten in about 40-50 places the three times Ive been in Ukraine, and this was some of the more expensive places, but 520uah for a steak is OK still. But then, they charged me 1750 for the steak, cause they multiplied the price with 3,5.They explained the price was 520 for every 100 grams, but this was not staded what so ever in the menu. They stated that they could not cut off smaller pieces, and therefore they had to give me a huge steak... Absolutely ridiculous, by that logic they could serve me the whole cow and charge me for it!I could easily cut smaller pieces with my knife. The cheff should be able to do so aswell.After discussing with the manager, they agreed to cut the price in half. I accepted as I didnt bother to argue.Allthou its no matter, as they did not state the price as such in the menu. Making this a complete fraud.In most countries, deceiving people like this would be down right illegal, making them subject to legal prosecution.

***Warning!! SCAM ESTABLISHMENT***I went to Normal Art Bar tonight (20200224), and not only was the staff extremely rude.... But this place is an absolute scam. The water cost 315 UAH ($12 a BOTTLEthat is sitting in the table. The water is not advertised with the price and the waiter immediately asks if you would like water. Once you order it, he opens the 315 UAH water without mentioning its ridiculous price. No water costs $12 in Ukraine. The food is also awful and the DJ (when they have oneis below average. Avoid at all costs. Worst place in Kyiv.

The food is good, dessert also. A downside for me was that we did not had time to breathe between meals. When we finished something, in the next minute we had the next plate of food in front of us. Felt like someone was rushing us to eat, drink and leave.
