The steak is so good. Visit everytime Im in Germany.

Food decent, but, they had no burgers, no jacket potatoes and no apple crumble. Seriously, a chain of this size could be out of the basics like that?

Good steak , just during busy period like exhibition time you need to reserv before .. also you have access to city center easily after to walking there .

Racist, rude and only nice to white people. I went with my elderly foreign parents and they made us move tables in the middle of dinner as there was a pre made reservation, they changed our order, took 1 hour to bring the bill and overcharged our side order. The worse part was when my dad asked for help in translating the name of a dish the waitress said: I’m not a translator, order it and find out.

I love the Maredo concept and I go there for the do it yourself salad. I go for the all you can eat option which was about 10 euro last time I was there and is worth every cent. They have a very large number of options to satisfy any taste. They also offer stakes there and some soups but I only had the salad and for that salad I will go back any time I visit a country with a Maredo. The service was excellent in Hannover, where I last wnet and so was the location, right in the Centre of the city.

One star less only because I ordered well done and they got me medium. But, do go!

The waitress bring wrong food 2 times and we waited total of 2 hours for a piece of steak. Than they bring for 4 people instead of 5. We waited another 20 mins for the last meal. Their HR must resign to get that waitress.

Need to learn how to cook a steak. Not pan or grill not like warm. Let the steak rest before serving so it does not flood the plate with meet kicked and oil. Mediocre at best.

Good service but food is not prepared with soul

Medium quality steakhouse with the correct pricing. Well positioned in the city center, opposite to the Opera House. Just in case.

Tasty steaks, but salad bar not excellent. Some vegetables looked not very fresh, especially onion. All side dishes for extra charge.

Not suited for groupsWe were at the Maredo with a larger group (>8 peoplefor an office event. We pepared everything by choosing the dishes ahead of time and mailing the list to them. Nevertheless, we had to wait more than 90min before the first dishes started being served. Furthermore, more than 10% of the dishes were wrong or forgotten.The quality of the food was good but in no way able to compensate for the lack of service we experienced. While colleagues also reported about their previous good times in the Maredo with families, the restaurant seems to be not suited in anyway to accommodate groups.

Very good steak level! Honest prize. Very good service from a Macedonia s waiter! He makes you feel welcome! I suggest this place!

Nice place! Good food!

The steak was good. The salat buffet is great but I wouldnt pay extra for it. The steak wasnt on point, I ordered medium and got rare to medium rare. The restrooms are unpleasently smelly - there is a printed out sign saying that the problem is going to be fixed, but it looks several months old, so I have my doubts about that. Nevertheless the restaurant is fine for having a meaty dinner and you will enjoy it here.

Food ****Service *Short version: Good food, very long waiting (slow staff)Long version: The food was great, BUT we had to wait 20 minutes before someone noticed us (we sat outside, but inside was almost empty, so not a lot of people to tend to..). The waiters seemed a bit confused, maybe because there were constantly changing and did not know what was ordered by whom.. Also they did not bother to tell us, that we should go inside to pick the salad we ordered (you pick what you want to the salad). So we had the salad after the main course (and after the waiting...)

One of my favorite restaurants in Hannover! Super Salad Bar and great selection of steaks.

A proper steakhouse with a luxurious feel to it. The food is delicious but moderately expensive. If you have an occasion to splurge a bit of money this is the place to do so.

Expensive, bland. They are on an expensive street in town so its understandable that they charge more for the food. But a mediocre streak, with no sides, unless you pay for them, means that I wont be going back there.

Actually i prefer t go to BlockHouse but there was no place and too long queue , that is whay i ve choosen Maredo , normally i dont prefer Maredo

Great steak and prices and a great location. Very nice place with tasty meat.

Like always reasonable food for a good price. The ribeye steak however this time was so-so. Rather tough and I had to cut away a lot of meat. The salad bar was good like always. Service was rather slow, but not annoying.
