Great customer service, very nice and considerate staff. Rosemary and another server had our table and they made the experience extra special. Definitely going back, food was good and looking forward to trying the other menu items. Any recommendations?

The food is great and our server, Mariam, was very pleasant and efficient.The setting is fine - its a mall restaurant, after all. This was my first visit to any Mambo Italia and though I dont go Garden City often, Ill definitely visit another Mambo Italia in the future. Ive definitely seen one in Lavington.

Quite a quiet and a date evening place is there something like that 😅but honestly I found it a place you can converse with your Date and have an awesome time together.

Great aesthetic. The pizzas are not like any other Ive had. Their cocktails are also really great.Lovely staff and service as well.

They offer an great range of pizzas.. amazing toppings and even a build-it-yourself option of youre feeling adventurous. The milkshakes are good also. Cold reception from their staff, however, would make me think twice about visiting again.

The wait time is reasonable.The customer service is excellent, polite and helpful especially if you want to be sure of what your ordering.My chicken was very delicious. My pizza was a bit floury but the toppings well balanced

The flavour was overshadowed by the buttery taste. I couldn’t taste the basil. I had cappuccino too it wasn’t of high quality and was cold. Their wifi was also extremely slow.

Good pizza but everything else is just 50/50. Cocktails, in particular, are nothing to write home about. Staff could also improve on timely order delivery.Overall, not too shabby, but definitely not worth the price point

I have been a very loyal customer at your establishment, but today, your customer service attendants could not set me up a table with my family despite me demonstrating that there was enough space to do so... I am regretting my loyalty to you pple. Its a shame if thats the way we get treated for our loyalty..

Service was speedy. Nice ambiance but the seats are terribly uncomfortable. I gather theyre fashioned from the canoes hanging around. I was in a hurry to leave because of the discomfort.The food was good though. Beef lasagna and spaghetti & meatballs. Filling portions.

Uniquely designed structure and space, love the use of wood creatively, customer service was great, food came in good time and it was delicious!!! Their pizzas are remarkable.You get a nice view of the garden city water park for kids as well as the landscape should you sit outside.

Best mushroom soup I have ever had. Nice ambience, friendly staff, and sizable portions.September 2021: Some of the meals, mostly meat, are now not freshly prepared on order. I hope they revert back to the usual service. Its been one of my best restaurants for some time now.

Pretty serene, not crowded like the regular food court and dining spaces, the food prices are moderate for an Italian restaurant. You should try the cocktails they are nice. Good service and ambience

Hmm loved the pizza. They could definitely improve on the service. I was the only one in the restaurant at that time and I still felt not very well served. Will definitely try more dishes though because they are amazing.If the owner is reading this please check on the customer service.Thank you 💛

Great ambiance and super view. Waiter service below average. No body was bothered whether we enjoyed our meal or not. Food and coffee arrived cold. Food was pathetic & terribly expensive. Definitely not coming back. Cannot recommend the place to anyone.We just paid for good photos.We had a courteous happy birthday song for my daughter....though it sounded quite hurried.

Staff, service and food are great. Loved the hot chocolate flavour options...maybe the best at the mall (my opinion). Space beautifully decorated. And if you are lucky you enjoy live band entertainment depending on the day of the week.However, I found the menu a bit limiting, not much choice for foodies like me.

A very nice pizza place, went there and built the pizza we wanted ourself, very innovative offer, the combinations available means you can either make an awesome pizza (like we didor your pizza can bomb, I like that their menu has that option.They have made it very hard for you to make a bad pizza which is nice.Awesome decor, fantastic staff, their lemonade is also fantastic.I highly recommend this establishment.

It was my first time trying out Italian dishes. I ordered a pizza (buffalo....), I cant recall the full name. It was good. They have lots of other dishes to explore and lots of pizzas too with interesting names. I loved the service. The waiter was friendly and guided us on what to select. She also checked on us to find out how much we were enjoying the new experience.

The design of the place is definitely unique. The seats are made out of carved wood. The waiters are polite. Their pizza isnt the best, but they do have a variety of cocktails to try out.This is the kind of place to visit when you want to try things that are not from a franchise like Pizza Inn.

The restaurant is beautiful and the hostesses are soo nice. Cant remember the name of the pizza but it was soo delicious

Loved the ambience, nice breeze to feel in the terrace 2nd floor of the Garden city mall. We visited and yes it was happy hour, the experience with the draft bear, our waitress Doreen gave us an amazing experience. Joel was our bar man, made sure our cups full all through. Quiet, peaceful setting with delicious Italian food. A wide range of choices and great pizza options.

I went on Monday enjoying their buy one get one deal and wanted a kamikaze shot for myself and two others but it wasnt on the menu. The manager Rosemary was very accommodating and was able to have those made. Our server Jonathon was also very great. Great food, prices, service, and ambience.

The food is soo yummy and i really had a hard time deciding what to eat first because the presentation is awesome. The staff are courteous and willing to assist customers. The seats are quite unique given that the look like raw wooden logs but with a finesse making them comfortable and adorable. The ambiance is that of the wild but placed in the modern world....quite some place to have a meal.

We loved it.The place is awesome we ordered some pork ribs, grilled chicken with mash potatoes and creamed spinach, chicken caesar salad and grilled red snapper. The service is very friendly.

Epic place. Good for dates and on Sundays, family outings. I particularly enjoyed the "Build your Pizza" option on their menu. It was really great; great food, great pizza, excellent, rustic decor and good service.

Good food. Especially enjoyed the sandwiches. Happy hour runs from 4-8 I think. I hate to complain but though the cocktails were good, the quantity was down right shocking. Feels like they are served in a "half glass".

I love the live band, the place itself is extrodinaly calm. If you love cocktails then this place will amaze your taste buds. Its at a great location you will love.

The servers were attentive. The menu was wider, catering to different tastes in addition to their vegetarian offering: gluten free pizza base, shared jumbo pizzas, shared platters, vegan options, dairy free deserts. The sandwich bread is thick, no need for additional fries.The outside sitting space was nice but could get very windy, shaking the umbrellas. They are sturdy, those umbrellas, but for a first timer they were a distraction - I feared that they would fall on my head.Just one teeny problem - they had no dairy free sauce so my friend had to have a really dry red snapper and chips meal.

I love that it was not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. I had pizza and juice and milkshake. The pizza took longer than I expected to be served but if you dont mind waiting then youll love the space. The interior design is good and calming. You could combine tables if you wanna sit together as a group. The price is slightly on the higher side so you wouldnt wanna come on a strained budget.

The place has a very serene environment and relaxing background music . Perfect for a dinner date .I had the beef lasagne and fries which were quite filling that I carried half the meal home

Mambo Italia at the garden city mall has always been the place to go to for authentic healthy food. The setting is awesome. Outdoor sitting is a default for us. Nearby live bands always give that extra touch... The staff keep changing but theyre still good folk, happy and always willing to help. The menus changed a bit, not so good for a very specific and particular diner like me... Now the portions are microscopic!!!Whos advising you guys!?? (Resolved)Returned for a last time chance... And was surprised at how good the dish served turned out to be...

Great restaurant with eunique decor and a good menu.Popular with young couples.Patience is required on nights will a lot of people dining.

Open area eat out place in garden city and what i loved most is live jazz music while you dine...the best place for family and children to while away

The service was good, staff polite and impressively the food was served within the time proposed at the time of ordering. The ambience was nicely rugged of blocks of cut wood.

Great place with a live band on Sunday evenings. Delicious food and the staff are friendly however ,the food takes a bit long to come since it is prepared upon request. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the mall.
