Our family really love this place. Good kid friendly swimming with Dock. Turtles, Sunfish and bass always visible. Would easily get 5 stars but for the trash, especially in the parking lot. Volunteers clean every spring and many people pick up through the season but are out done by the few that dont care ....

cute place, not much of a trail, good for hanging out in the designated swimming area in the midst of the summer heat, better with swim shoes if you dont like aquatic plants grazing your toes as you swim. LOTS of mosquitoes, bring bug spray.

We love going there. There’s swimming and the water is clean & clear, you can walk on a nice little trail, have a picnic on the beach or simply bring a chair, set it under a tree and read.

A nice place for a short hike around the trails. A lot of people like to bring their dogs year round and the kids like the swimming area during the summer. However during the warm months the ticks are abundant along the trails and in the bush so you’ll need to keep an eye out for them and take preventive measures.

Very nice tails, but its a shame that other visitors leave such a mess. Garbage everywhere, too much for one to keep up, the township needs to deal with it.

Nice spot for an easy hike. Not as picturesque as other hikes in the area, but donde nice spots to discover.. like the quarry for example. Can get a little mucky during wet times, so be prepared!

A little-known gem located outside the village of Lyn just 5mins drive northwest from Brockville. It used to be a rock quarry that flooded with underground water. At the east end there is a cute beach with a long dock, staffed in summer by shifts of young lifeguards who also provide childrens swimming lessons. There is enough sand in the beach for kids to construct things & parents can sit at one of picnic tables featuring umbrellas which the lifeguards put up each day. Other than the beach there are two lawn sections on rolling hills that kids can run in or families can play spots. There are also some walking trails but I havent done these yet. The west end is open water where theres a bit of a boat launch. Parking spots are at both ends, but u need to walk in from there. Plz note the only facilities are a men & womens outhouse. Its hard to change here as its small & has no benches, & is smelly. It would be nice if they could build a separate change room or proper flushing toilets if feasible.

This is a nice little park with a swimming hole and some decent trails. The trails arent very well marked, unfortunately, but its small enough that it would be hard to get lost.

Trails are cut but not marked and do not match the online map. Also watch for wild parsnip and hogweed, its in multiple spots along the trail. Dogs allowed on 2m leash.
