A place I will continue to return to. Lovely spot looking out onto the river and even better cocktails. They update their menu with a new theme each time and it is yet to disappoint. Not just a good drink but an amazing experience, the staff are invested in the process of the making of the drinks and they clearly respect the art of it. Doesn’t hurt they also have some of the best chips I’ve tasted!

Had the high tea. It was amazing the sandwiches, the sweet treat and the scones. The highlight of it all for me was the eclaire. The decor is very cool, next visit will be for cocktails.

Great cocktail bar with great views of the Thames and amazing vibes. Our waiters gave us superb service and were amazing at helping us decide on drinks. They also helped us with suggesting other cocktail bars to check out around the London area.

The drinks we had were incredible, incredible flavors, really great menu with neat infographics about how the drinks came to be and the ingredients.Our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Very limited mocktail options and some werent available. The taste was quite diluted and watery. We were sat quite close to others despite it not being very busy. Service was attentive but there are better options elsewhere

Visited three times during a stay at Sea Containers. Incredible, super-friendly staff. Cocktails are delicious and well-priced considering the quality and the Thameside location. Afternoon tea was also very nice. The cocktails included with the cocktail tea were tasty and creative, though perhaps just a tad on the weak side (though maybe this is a good thing, unless you enjoy getting blitzed on a Sunday afternoon!). Definitely worth a visit.

Lyaness is an experience - if you are going to go I would say to be aware of the prices and go there to enjoy yourself. You have an amazing view of the Thames and london sights. You will have absolutely amazing service, the bar staff are all so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. They really all made the effort to say happy birthday to my sister and get our opinions on the drinks. All the drinks tasted great and they will give you advice based on your taste so to get the most from coming here. The cocktail flavours are complex and the drinks have a lot going on. There is no pageantry, no gimmicks and no novelty glasses. The drinks speak for themselves. I would also add that it is not pretentious at all.

Had a lovely drink here. Olives are delicious and they bring lots too. Sofas are confy. Was with my kid and we had a lively hour here. Staff is fast and lovely.

Interesting and exciting concept cocktails but the concepts were executed more in service of style than practicality. I had both the (Im)perfect martini and the chestnut rabble. The martini was a little too sweet and much richer than described but an interesting idea. The chestnut rabble was much more balanced along however it was not as rich as expected, along with the garnish which was a little impractical. I also had a rum sour which was made very well, I think showing that the quality of drinks is not sacrificed but the concepts need more work and practical application.

Came here for a birthday celebration and had a great time. The drinks were delicious but what was really outstanding was the service. Everyone was super friendly and eager to share notes about the drinks and recommendations for other places to go to. The attention to detail was crazy, everyone wished me a happy birthday and we even got a a little desert treat. Ill definitely be coming back!

Had an amazing evening here during my recent trip to London. Drinks were great, awesome atmosphere (even on a weekdayoverlooking River Thames, and superb friendly service. Will definitely come again on my next trip to the UK!

The place is very elegant with a very beautiful view on the riverside and the rest of London lit by the night lights.The service is impeccable. We tried 4 different cocktails from the menu and the bar kindly sent us a taster of the main ingredients with the cocktails, together with a welcome glass of prosecco. Prices are good for the quality of the drink and the nice atmosphere of the place. Definitely recommend it

Great value for money.It’s a very cute/instagramable location. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food and cocktails delicious and the selection generous. Everything from the scones, over the sweets to the sandwiches was amazing. Once you have finished a part of your food, they offer to bring you more.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious and relaxing afternoon tea!

Delightful spirited tea! All the cocktails were marvelous, so was the food only I wish there was more of it.

intriguing ingredients and comprehensive guide to cocktails for easy ordering. the flavor was great and the bartenders were friendly and funny. the cocktail options are all quite strong but a lot of them can be turned boozeless at request (still very delicious!would definitely recommend this place for catching up with your mates.

Nice welcome and although 20 mins early shown to a nice table by the window. Great cocktails and looked after superbly by Duncan who took the time to help with all our cocktail choices.

We came here last night (11thfor my girlfriends birthday and were very impressed by the setting, location and hospitality. A special mention to Andreas who definitely made us feel welcome, providing complimentary champagne and a tiny birthday cake, complete with candle, to help us celebrate. Staff were very attentive, topping up our water when needed and the cocktails we had were delicious. We will definitely be back in the future, thank you again for making it such an enjoyable evening.

The waiters were AMAZING, it’s been a while since i went somewhere were the people who work there seemed this passionate and aware of every detail! They also have a good range of alcohol-free options

Very knowledgeable bartenders and staff, happy to hear your palate and suggest a drink. Me and a friend went "booze free" and the cocktail menu provides options with or without alcohol which is awesome and v inclusive! Imaginative drinks, excellent service and nice nibbles menu too. Come here for a classy drink, treat yourself :)

Amazing staff and fantastic experience. We were honeymooning and they took great care of us. The approach is so unique and very intentional. Cocktails are fantastic.

Chic and cosy! We went to Lyaness on a sunday afternoon to try their Spirited Tea! The sandwiches and scones were delicious, staff is friendly however the cocktails were average. Overall it’s a nice place to celebrate something special.

Wonderful venue. Great service. However, kitchen meltdown on 25 Jun. Food was super late but drinks were on time. Ended up spending 3h to complete our afternoon tea. Scones were very bad, tasted like bread. Scones arent supposed to be gluten free!

I have been to a lot of cocktail bars through my life and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best one I have ever been too. Every drink I had even if not my style was executed amazingly! The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They have a menu with some of their signature cocktails but dont be afraid to go off menu every drink our group ordered they made very well. We loved this place so much that we went back again within just 2 days. I dont live in London and was just on vacation but you can bet I will be back.

A decent bar by the Thames path. It’s part of the Sea containers hotel. We managed to walk in without booking on Friday night. Has in-house DJ playing house music which was such a nice touch, I really appreciated that the volume of music was at the just the right level so that you can have a nice chat with your company, no need to shout to each other. They have 5 different categories of cocktails based on the ingredients which is an unique concept- **just beware of the oyster and pig blood based cocktails, if you are vegetarian. ** We found the cocktails here were interesting but quite tricky taste to enjoy easily but that’s not a deal breaker.Nice ambience with the partial view of Thames, comfy sofa sittings, polite staffs and reasonably priced cocktails. Oh, Olives are top notch here, you should try them with your drinks.

Great bar with fantastic cocktails. We came for the Spirited Afternoon Tea 🫖 it includes three paired cocktails, all of which were stunning!

Such a lovely experience. For someone who is a bit of a cocktail novice, the servers were extremely helpful, and the service was impeccable. Slightly expensive but given the service and product, as well as the perfect view of the river, well worth the cost.

A great spot for views of the river and top tier cocktails - both the classics and some very unusual new creations. Hands down the best espresso martini Ive had in a long time too so its worth visiting for that alone

Beautiful decor, lovely and bright. Great afternoon tea concept with the spirited tea. Delicious loose leaf tea. Food was amazing. So fresh and varied. The scones were so good! And the little chocolate eclair. The cocktails were all delicious and the staff described each one when they were served. Would definitely return again! Perfect for a special occasion or a treat

We had afternoon tea here with cocktails and tea. This is recommended! Reservations required and only in the weekends.

WOW, this place has it all!From the great looking design of the bar within the Sea Containers hotel, to the friendly and attentive staff and the amazing cocktails, it’s a must try and retry place.We came with my wife and another couple and got advised from the waiters on drinks and food. Loved the booklet about the cocktails, their inspiration and it did not disappoint. Plus the cocktails actually deliver a tasteful punch.We’ll be back very soon!

The venue and location are so pretty, with a high price, but its worth it. Been there for the afternoon "tea" as a birthday present. The deal includes salty and sweet bites and 3 drinks plus a final cup of tea. As a drink they give you the option of choosing between cocktails, tea and bubbles. In our case one of the guests could drink alcohol and get they give as the option of have virgin cocktails. I loved it and I hope to go there again

Expensive, cocktails were OK but didnt do it for me unfortunately. Think I chose the wrong thing because I wasnt sure of some of the ingredients and this was whisky tasting, but I didnt realise. It was well presented though. Decor is lovely. Nice ambience.

The team take the Lyaness Rare Tea blend and put it through a number of different processes such as fermentation before blending it back together to create an alcoholic ‘vermouth’ made entirely from tea.The bar is very big, not so cosy but the stuff is great and always on duty for fresh water

Came here on a Friday night at 8pm with 3 girlfriends. It was busy but not packed. We were served by Will who made time to listen to our preferences and suggested elegant, and delicious cocktails. The service was impeccable, Will went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The aesthetic is gorgeous. Music was pleasant (a mix of funk soul jazz and contemporaryaudible but not too loud. The view was lovely and seating comfortable. Lighting is soft and flattering. I would definitely recommend.

The Lyaness is my favourite bar in the world. The location, tasteful atmosphere, wonderful staff, and inspired drinks elevate the experience to a level normally reserved for Michelin star dining. Five stars.

I had the most amazing drinks here last night. To think it was a Sunday night too.Im glad we came.I had multiple cocktails. They have a nice version of NegroniThe vibe here is fantastic. The DJ was excellent, spot on.Immediately we sat down; we were served 💦 two glasses of water. They continued to top up our glass of water all through the night. I have never experienced this before. How encouraging.

Quick cocktail at the counter, this Winter Spritz was refreshing, alcohol content seemed relatively low. Top venue and staff, expected to be pricey so, if you plan to book a table, better dress up a little

The bar staff Emmy was amazing I cannot commend her enough. I went here to celebrate a birthday and the experience could not of been any better. Emmy went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. She was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable about the different cocktails on the menu making it easier for us to pick.The drinks was very nice and the views of the Thames was nice.Definitely recommend for drinks as its classy but chilled vibe.Thanks again Emmy

A stunning place to drink, all of the staff were so polite and welcoming, a great chilled vibe with a lot of different drinks available. Prices are fair considering where you are and the views you have too. Very classy and will definitely be returning. Next time will eat in the restaurant and potentially book an overnight stay! Highly recommend.

Loved this bar, it felt very spacious and not crowded at all. We were given complimentary drinks for my birthday.The service is exemplary, our water was constantly topped up and they were on the ball for when we needed to order more drinks.We had the best seats in the house and special thanks to James who accommodated us to stay from 6 to indefinitely. Finally left at about 10.30 pm.A really enjoyable evening for my first visit to London since lockdown ended. Would definately return.u⁷
