The hotel is old, but presently going through renovation which is a good news. The price is moderate for Aba standard, the renovated part is beautiful. From the walk way to your room, beautiful environment. But the room lack little and basic things, like mirror, no mirror in the room or toilet. No waste bin, no receptionist directory, water heater, not working in all rooms. But the exterior and the interior of the second floor is amazing and beautiful.

When we arrived nobody even attended us, the lady on the counter was busy with other guests, but even not talking to them she never said a word to us, we wait for some minutes and left the place. Sad experience

Nice place in general but the entrance is always flooded when it rains, not good for those on foot. You will have to wait for 45 minutes after the rain for the flood to go down. However its not a problem if you have a car.

I paid very high. Everything else was cool

The only hotel in aba that welcomes you anytime any day. If you arrive aba, abia state very late and stranded. Just go to luxury city suger land and be safe till morning 🌅

Its a good place but need to be improved upon

I am presently lodged here, and its an awesome experience more than usual. The hot water of the bathroom in Luxury Executive Room 321 were I am lodged is mad. Ill send in the video of how I feel exactly. Its exactly where you can come to rejuvenate, then fly again, as a business personality. I absolutely love me more when I am here.

The rooms were okay and above the average that anyone can get within the town. Initially had issues with the refrigerator but it got replaced with another that was working perfectly. They have a lot of side attractions such as the Bar which usually comes alive at night time. My favorite was the barbecue spot. It was quite tasty and affordable. The front office staff were courteous and also willing to assist at all times.

Its ok. My initial room had issues with the bathtub. Another room was given to me.Food is good. Alternative power was available.Overall, neat, secure and serene environment.

The name says it all, the staff are up and running, the rooms are nice, the food is great too but you should call for food ahead of time!

It’s probably the best hotel in aba!

Top notch security24/7 hrs light.Customer care service is poor.The prices on the food menu is different from the actual price.Not enough parking space.

A good place to experience Luxury

You should try their chicken... I love the effort to create a unique bar ambience using an elevated pool and keeping it partly shaded. But, given the fact that when it rains, Ive an uneasy feeling and want to get out of that space; that whole effort was for nothing.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Between the two luxury city hotels this one supposed to be „new“, but the rooms where all used, old, dirty and didn’t look new at all. Definitely not worth the price, which was too high for a room below standards.The room was very dirty, bedding was not washed well (dirty spots on the blankets, etc.). Tv didn’t work properly and there was no way to set the Ac. WiFi works only on one device and the time is limited (supposed to work all day from check in to check out, but in reality worked for less than an hour).Poor breakfast including one cup of tea and few slices of poor toast bread however only for 1 person (even if you booked and paid for a double room). Unfriendly stuff - the lady at the reception hang up the phone when I called to complain about the breakfast. This hotel is everything else than luxury!!!
