Our server was great, the whole staff was very welcoming, loved the food, and the drinks were great (stiff😮‍💨 haha. My picture doesn’t do this place justice it was great. Would totally come back again when stopping in PR around the San Juan airport.

We sat at the outside bar and they have TNF on Prime so we were able to watch the NFL in PR! Service was great. Food was good. Drinks were reasonable. Would come back. Very nice TVs!

Loved this place! Our server was amazing and the food and drinks were phenomenal. We got chicken nachos, a steak asada and a strawberry daiquiri. The portions are also fair for the price. If you’re looking for a good mexican restaurant while visiting, I highly recommend!

The waitress was super nice and got our food right away. I got the golden enchiladas and they were awful.The chicken was dried and had no spice or flavor. This is if you want to compare it to what a real enchilada should taste like. The Mero fish sticks were good though!

Customer service was not great walked in no hello no great welcoming feel only patio was open with pigeons flying and walking next to your seats should be screened if the inside isn’t open horrible feel to be vacationing don’t go here did not eat here

Amazing place to watch NFL on Sunday, every game is available. Valentina was our server and very attentive. Recommend the fajitas and margaritas, they need to work on their queso, it reminded me of Applebees, sorry lupi! My only regret is I think I left my umbrella here.

I use to love this place until today I guess they don’t like money and they discriminated. I can’t believe they did this, also I’m a Puerto Rican. Definitely this place shouldn’t be on this island anymore, you guys been serving people for so long taking things for granted, God gives and takes. And you guys turn away people who want to spend money. Sad 😞 Puerto Rico needs it. I hope you guys recognize that money is green everywhere in the United States and this island needs it the most.

Classic tourist trap. Expensive , barely eatable. Whatever you do don’t order the Rivera Maya tacos were disgusting. Lupi chicken burrito was bland but eatable. Pork tacos eatable, out of everything the least bad. Guacamole and chips eatable nothing out of the ordinary seems guac on a budget. They took way too long for premade food. Waiters are slow or clueless but they were nice. We didn’t drink Alcohol I guessWith blurred judgment can be an ok place.

Great place to catch a NFL game. They were happy to change the channel and turn off the music to turn up the game volume.First class service.

Service was very slow, unfriendly, incompetent. Had to wait 20 min for a beer…Pigeons were sitting on the empty tables. Decided not to eat here as it looked just unhygienic. Definitely better places to go in the area.

Great service, great food! All ages of family were very happy we chose this restaurant for dinner! Margaritas were out of this world!

I sat at the bar with friend and experienced the rudest most ignorant bartender ever. When he finally decided to say, "what you want!?" I knew I was in for negative experience. So, I said to him,"seriously?!" He gave me the dirtiest look as if I was not liked for being there. My friend and I ordered 2 drinks he made time to punch them in as i saw he was going to charge me twice $8.50 for total of $17 for a simple wiskey and cranberry!? After he rings us up he continues to help others and make there drinks purposely and well knows what he is doing is being a douche towards us, after a while my friend looking at me in amazement said, " dude lets just go" I ended getting up leaving as he embarrassed us further claiming we was to blame for just canceling order which he didnt even make after us sitting there in front of him several minutes. This was the longest 20+ minutes sitting at bar getting charged and not served in my life. I will never touch this place with a 10 foot pole. I called up the store to inform manager about my experience and he said he knows who it was cause bartender went to him stating another story and supposedly would speak to him of situation and that he would tend to it. Hopefully cause wouldnt want anybody else treated as we were.

The food was okay. The pork was dry and the Quacamole was prepackaged. The Service was good. It is a high tourist area and I could have found more quality Mexican food in Michigan.

Ive been there twice. The first time was about 18 months ago, so it was still the middle of the pandemic. The service was incredibly slow. It took probably 45 minutes to get my food, and I was eating alone. It took more than half an hour to get my ticket. I almost left that time without paying because I sat there so long waiting for the check. But because it was during the pandemic, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At least they were open. Last night, I went again, just me and my wife. We were seated immediately and ordered our food right away, but then we waited over an hour on our food which never came. We finally told the waiter we were leaving and to cancel our order. He said there was a large party inside that they were working on, so everyone sitting on the patio was not being served. He indirectly blamed the kitchen for the hold up. He was friendly and understanding, but we had traveled all day and it was late. If he had warned us there was an issue, we would have gone elsewhere, but by the time we left, many of the other places nearby had already closed. I cant comment on the food because we never actually ate anything, or drank anything.

Pretty good Mexican food for Puerto Rico. Average prices. Our waiter gave us excellent service! 👍 But sit outside on the terrace - inside had no AC, no good fans, very poor light. Not comfortable at all. Glad we ate outside!

1 star is too much. The bartender with the braids totally ignored us, never acknowledged us, and we sat there for over a 1/2 hour and no one ever took care of us. We ended up leaving. Terrible service for such a wonderful place.

Choice of outdoor sitting or inside. Servers were great and attentive from the beginning. Started with fries. Good taste, crispy but soft inside, not greasy at all, perfect! Then the fish burrito, nice portion. Then the nachos with hot sauce cheese to finish. Not really impressed but overall was good.

I’ll give the two stars because our waiter was nice and gave us a little history on the restaurant and area. Love down to earth people.However the food had no flavor & it seemed like everything was just heated up.Burger was dry and they didn’t have frozen margaritas. That would be okay except the other guests in my parties food was bland as well.Let’s discuss the pigeons. As I am eating they are pecking my feet. Flying onto our table and it’s disgusting.If you like dancing while eating to keep the birds away, bland food & being left for over 40 minutes to request items. Then this is the place for you!

We only went for drinks and appetizers. The staff is super friendly and service is great. The drinks were strong, we got the Boricua and the food was tasty.

Good Mexican restaurant in the town. Have good Veg options. Staff is bilingual and understands the order. Indoor and outdoor sitting options. Best part is FREE PARKING next to the restaurant. They do have Bar as well. Restaurant is very close to another Mexican restaurant so GPS does get confused some times. They also have Kids menu as well. No wifi. Quick Service.

Mojito excellent. Shrimp fajitas yummy, also fried grouper meal. Tres leches cake for dessert delicious. Waiter very nice.

This place was absolutely awful. The service was SO SLOW. The appetizer took 45 minutes and came out wrong with no explanation or apology. The food was the most disgusting looking plate ever, all mushed together and way overpriced. Server would not give us tap water after a day at the beach so we needed to buy multiple water bottles to hydrate. The manager LUIS has ZERO customer service skills and does not know how to respectfully communicate with patrons. A total disappointment and they could care less about feedback. Don’t bother going here.

Well, I had a different experience than the reviewers that talked about fast service, so this review is my experience...The time we went was Monday, 8-10pm mid-March. First, there is a sign at the entrance saying something like See Hostess to be Seated....well there is nobody there...it was just a line of customers waiting. After standing in line for about 5 minutes and not seeing any staff, I asked the guy at the front of the "line" what the process was, and he said he didnt know for sure, but every so often a different staff person would come out and ask different groups of people how many in their party and if you answered with an acceptable number, you would be seated. It didnt matter the order you showed up, only if they could fill a table. I guess, me being the paying customer, I dont think that is fair. So, we waited for about an hour, while parties of 2 and even 7 were seated before us!! At this point a server came out and asked us how many in our party, we said 4. He then told us to stand by the railing at the front of the line...he even pointed to the spot he wanted us to stand. So, we are standing there for 15 minutes or so when another server brought the table that was in front of us their food. He then said rudely to us to move so that we werent so close to that table while they ate. I told him that we were instructed to stand there by another waiter. He became very aggressive and even more rude to us. At that point I was ready to go some where else, but then we finally were seated. Another waiter came and took our drink order...about 10 minutes later he came and took our food/app order. The app (chips and salsacame out about 10 minutes later, but the drinks took another 10 minutes after that...so we were basically done with the chips before we had our drinks. The food took about another 30 minutes. My girlfriend and I just shared a skirt steak and plantain dish...it wasnt good, but it wasnt bad either...just bland...nothing special. All of that waiting, dealing with a very rude waitstaff, and in the end the food was nothing special. I was still hungry, so I went across the street to Chillis. I: 1.was greeted right away; 2.treated like I mattered; and, 3.my food was ready in 10 minutes!! So, I guess you can chance going to Lupis, maybe youll have a better experience than I had, or you can just go to Chillis, or there is another place down the street called Hijole which was really good also.

Lots of flavor in the chicken breast. Very fast service. Hit the spot for a quick bite after CryptoMondays at the Fairmont.

We stumbled upon this gem walking around Carolina and we were not disappointed. Staff were excellent, food was served hot and fast, and the drinks were superb. Sit outside on the deck is my recommendation. The expensive menu had us wanting to order more than we could eat. We can’t wait to return the food was delicious!

Its right down the road from a great Air B&B.She got upset we put 2 tables together but it was alright. Food was good!

My food to a long time to get to me, didn’t bring my other food and took another 20 min to get my salsa for my tacos. Not authentic Mexican food, not much flavor but we were hungry so we just ate it.

The drinks was delicious and the waiter was nice. However, the only thing that was delicious was the rice. Every thing else was bland and the chicken was disgusting.

Regular food, regule service. We ordered 3 different plates and apps. Very bland and flavorless. The drinks from the fountain tasted funny and we had to change them.

Service fast, it has parking, customer service good. My fish taco was very salty for me. We sat close to bar and the smell of car pollution was strong. No sure if because constrution. Decent portion of food!

The food here was very mediocre and the service wasn’t great. We had to wait for 15-20 mins to get a refill on water and because we were 6 people they automatically add a gratuity of 20%. We ordered the stuffed jalapeños which were a 5/10, cheesy fries were a 7/10 and nachos were 7/10.

Absolutely amazing food and service! Our waiter recommend most of our dishes (per our askingand I am so glad we listened. Everything was so delicious, we went here 3 times in one week. Well be back on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Thought I was ordering regular nachos but they came out with plantains nachos. The menu doesn’t say that it’s plantains and the manager came out and rudely ask me why did I order it as he waived his hands across my food. Don’t waste your time. You better off going across the street to chili’s. Never have I been somewhere and ordered something that I didn’t like and wasn’t able to swap or get a refund.Advise no one to come here. Manager has a attitude and no customer service at all.

Very expensive. They do check ur vaccination card and id to eat here. The food had good flavor but the pork chops where very over cooked and so they where very dry. Our waiter was very good. Excellent service. There is one guy There that is a horrible waiter and a jerk. If you get that guy just ask for another one. They charge even for water so just get a drink if you like. Look at everything in my pics cost 80bucks and its all pork. So very expensive here. I would return but not a place to eat everyday hehe.

Felt very safe because they check for proof of full vaccination. Robert was super friendly and made the absolute best Puerto Rican margarita. Pork chops were delicious.

Pretty nicenplace. Attentive staff my server Ray was attentive and nice despite me camping out for multiple hours waiting for a coworker from another flight. I got the Lupis chicken burrito. It was pretty good. Sides were all good. Rocking hot sauce if you are a chilehead. Definitely a good stop. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Service was ok... the drinks did not wow me like most places have here! As far as there rendition of Mexican is concerned...well I am from Texas....IJS....

Service was inefficient. Server was courteous but needs to learn tio work the floor efficiently not 1 table 1 trip which left us having to wait unnecessarily.Mexican food is bland and not authentic at all.My enchiladas had Colby cheese instead of authentic Mexican cheeses and the sauce was not cooked. The chimichangas were more like a eet burrito not crispy. The meat inside was not shredded as it said. Like they cooked it to the point of shredding but never did so. 😮If you love authentic Mexican did look elsewhere. If you love taco bell then this would be to your lunch.Dish looks great, but the flavors are not there.Another customer told us the fajitas were good.ProsThese 2 dishes didnt seem to have MSG. I didnt get sick 👍Also if you have a gluten sensitivity and know how to order, this works. Corn tortillas instead of flour. 🌮🌮🌮

Good atmosphere outside. They take your temperature before entering and require you to wear your mask only until your drinks and food come even though you sit outside. Came here on a Monday morning(2/22/21). Great place to eat at and hang out while youre waiting for your flight(just less than 5 mins from the SJU airport).COMBO Quesadilla was huge good for 2 maybe even 3 people!!! This beef quesadilla and pork quesadilla (keep in mind, beef and pork is not mixed together... instead it seems as if you just ordered 2 different quesadillas and they put both on one platewas full of flavors!!!Mojito was just another mojito in my opinion.Server was busy and running all over the place. I had to get up myself to go search for him to ask for hot sauce and also the bill. But this is usual in PR, I dont mind. Most businesses use 2 people to run the whole show so they cane make more profit.Parking was comfortable.Bathroom was clean, and the restaurant in general looked clean.

Good location. So they get 1 star. Very pricy for what it is. The fish tacos hardly had any fish in them. The ‘soft’ corn tortilla was just too dry. I’d recommend this place if you’re stuck in rain and there’s nothing else exciting around you. Then this is a good pick. Gave a very commercial vibe, slow service. I had to get up for silverware because they forgot to give it with food. Also, Definitely not Mexican flavor. Below average experience, and pricy.

We stopped for lunch at Lupi’s the first day of our trip to Puerto Rico. It was close to where we were staying and we were hungry. Service was very slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and the restaurant was not busy, so I’m not sure why it took them long to get our food out. There was nothing special about the food. My husband ordered fish and it tasted like fish gone bad. The refried beans was hard and not blended well. The food was over priced for no good reason as the food was not at all good.
