We reserved this hotel based on our experience from the Najaf location....the difference is like day and night!!This hotel is not worth more than 2 stars whereas their location in Najaf is truly a 5 star hotel.Service is awful and food is even worse!! We will NOT be coming back to the Karbala location for sure. But the Najaf one...definitely!!

Some of the staff at this hotel were incredibly rude to the visitors staying at this hotel. They were very unprofessional as didnt provide the rooms they had formally agreed to provide and the rooms were not left in the best state. The management of the hotel is very poor. I would advise others visiting Karbala not to stay at this hotel. I have visited Karbala before and stayed at other hotels nearby and they have been much better.
