Nice Swimming pool. Terrible changing room

The hotel has great service from staff. They interact well with customers and clients. They deserve a five star. I visited the swimming pool area and it requires removations. I think the picture appearing in google was taken long ago. No appropriate sunbasking seats after swimming. I wouldnt wish to use the swimming pool in future unless renovations are done. But the general Enviro around the hotel is quite good and relaxing.

Their prices seemed a bit on the higher side...sample this...a quarter chicken @1K while in some neighborhoods a whole chicken goes for a max Ksh 1500. Count me out for chicken in future.

The meeting halls were spacious enough. Needs to improve on food service though

Worst Customer service experience. Unfriendly and transactional front office staff. You can wait in the lobby forever without being attended to. Nothing to take home in terms of food. No Mosquito nets or mosquito repellent in the rooms. Not worth a visit. You can get a better deal elsewhere. Never going back.

I really had a nice time swimming there in the morning hours but as soon as it was 1 more people started trickling in thus making the place congested. It was evident that it was a favorite place to visit by many people. For one to swim you are charged at ksh 350 as at 21st March. Incase you have your drinking water or drinks you will have to leave them with the guards at the gate.

The place is amazing.spacious rooms,clean,excellent service.The breakfast selection though is not much.

Really not satisfied with my stay here. There wasnt any hot water for the shower and my towel smelled strongly of body odor. In addition, there was neither a mosquito net or a fan. I was bitten a few times in the night, so I also dont think the room was sprayed recently either.I give it three stars, because the room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

A serene Environment for private meetings.Proximity to the tarmac is an A+ .Service is timely and professional .A tidy pool are with catchy anesthetics. Hygiene is an all time good.Parking is ample and secure thanks to the tree shades

Cool place for big boys

Booked in BB but were disappointed when the breakfast was not ready by our departure time and only potatoes were ready and they charged us for package yet we missed out on the essentials and felt robbed

The rooms are nice but that is about the only thing: the room service is horrible and the breakfast even worse. They even served us rotten bread!! 🤮

This is the best place to be with your loved ones, everything is just sweet. I loved the environment and the services offered, you should also try the place I bet you will love it.

That place is cool...plus the swimming pool is fancy

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very out dated, there is only five tv channels four of which are music channels the other is a Mexican tv channel. We had a half a role of tolet paper. No heat or a/c. No hot water, the shower has a suicide shower head which can shock you when showering. Our room was full of mositoes. We booked the room for two nights but its so horrible we can only stay one night. You get what you pay for. If this is the only place you can afford then I guess its ok. But we absolutely hate this hotel. By the way this is NOT a 4 Star hotel at all. I have stayed in many 4 Star hotels and this definitely is not one of them. If you have standards and want to be comfortable this is not the place to stay. Cant wait until check out.

My arrival with family on 26th was charming. Our first order of food we received stale food. We asked for the supervisor who when she came never apologized but just offered to switch that plate with another. Water pool was also oo crowded.
