Lovely apartments and facilities

Happily I never stayed at this place. However I did try twice. The first time I enquired the English manageress maybe owner was so rude to me over the phone it left me gobsmacked. It was like she literally didn’t want to speak to me and was very unkind and short not being prepared to ask about simple questions such as room facilities.I don’t usually write reviews so I just thought let me leave it and just vote with my feet.However today I called again for a client Approx 6 months later. A very polite Gambian man put me through to the same lady and she was even worse this time. I was asking her about the difference between rooms and prices and she started her disgraceful attitude again like why am I disturbing her and I should have these answers myself. I was exceptionally polite as I always am and left the conversation incredulous. This time I had to voice my thoughts in this post.I actually came off the phone sad. I will not be contacting Luigis again. Maybe a nice place I’m not sure but the customer service was some of the worst I have ever witnessed in my life.

Amazing place.

Les chambres sont grandes et biens aménagées. Les lits sont confortables. Les tarifs sont avec ou sans petit déjeuner mais globalement le rapport qualité prix est bon. Le personnel est très professionnel. Il y a une multitude de chats avec chacun son domaine réservé (réception, restaurant, cuisine, fontaine, piscine...). Il y a cependant un travail à faire sur les plats italiens.

My third visit to Gambia, stayed at Senegambia twice before so wanted to change. So glad I did. A minutes walk to the beach, quite, cosy, amazing breakfast option, and impeccable accommodation. Super friendly staff. Dont even think twice, you wont regret your stay. Fair warning: place is a cat haven. If youre allergic, stay away.

What s wonderful place!! We sat on the upper balcony nice view of the ocean and a nice breeze, we had pizza and it exceeded expectations!! I had the Tropicana pizza pineapple & bananas

Its indeed a home away from home. Quite hospitable. Have been using them for over 4years. Their maintenance culture is superb! The management is always introducing soft things to make the room and facilities fresh. Their Wi-Fi is very good. Amazing and well cultured staff theyve got. Nice place to be. Guess what, its located just by the beach.

Great place to eat with beautiful atmosphere especially the rooftop area and kid-friendly. When it comes to pizza in Senegambia and Kololi Luigis is the best place to eat. I was disappointed with how my lasagna was done a few days ago because when I last I had it was really good and I was so eager to eat at Luigis again. I have never stayed in the apartments but I have friends who did and they loved it also its a few minutes away to the beach and Senegambia and you can easily get a taxi anytime of the day or at night.

Grossartiger Hotel etwas abseits und dadurch ruhig gelegen. Der Standart ist Klasse und sowohl das Essen als auch das Personal lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde gern mal wieder Gast sein.

Wow what place PARADISE IN GAMBIA.. This is how a hotel should be run. Standard is way above everthing else in Gambia... . if you can get a booking grab it with both hands..

Amazing hotel. Staff and animals were Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely homely rooms! With the most comfortable bed. All animals where so friendly and never bothered us. Pool was clean :I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
