Mercedes and her staff were perfect on the day of our sons 16th birthday. Food was really good and service was outstanding! Lots of activities for 10 teens and it was very clean. We recommend it and will definitely be back as adults to have some fun and definitely hit up that huge bar with all of the amazing options that they had as well.

I like this place for its bowling, atmosphere, and pool tables. There’s also a nice staff. However, on an extremely busy night, they staffed the bar with only one poor bartender. Extremely under staffed. One employee stood at a bar register entering tips while people waited 25 mins + for a drink. I politely asked for a manager and was informed the man doing absolutely nothing but ruining the bartenders workflow was the manager! How terrible of him to not pitch in and at least pour a few beers. He was rude. He should be setting an example for his staff. Also, if he cares about his bottom line he’d make sure the drinks are flowing quickly. Obviously he’s a grouch and doesn’t value the morale of his staff and customers. Corporate should reconsider his employment.

Gregory and the rest of the staff were so sweet and professional. They checked up on us to make sure everything was good. The food and drinks were great. Definitely the wings and cookies!! Me and my friends had a great time.

So today, my family and I came to an outing at Lucky Strike. The lady at the front desk service and professionalism was amazing. The bartender was great as well! Now, here’s why it’s getting 3 stars. 1. We RSVP’d a lane, the server never came over to bring us water, a menu, or anything. We noticed other lanes receiving services (water, menus, food etc.). I went to the front desk and expressed my frustration. I don’t want to be one of those people who use race as an issue. However, all the other people being serviced promptly, and efficiently were White. Then, I ordered Buffalo wings @ 2:47pm I didn’t get them until an hour later. I asked the bartender where I had to keep going over and ordering drinks and food due to no service being rendered from the server, and he was baffled like you still didn’t get them. Overall, I enjoyed myself but I most likely won’t be back due to how we were treated. I gave the bartender 5/5 and the front desk 5/5

Been there so many times but today we ran into the AGM, Gregory Smith we were having a great night already. But he really put the cherry on top. Great personality, great vibes & overall an amazing experience.

Ridiculousness.....I live all the way in Delaware and Google map shows that theyre open till 1AM on Sunday I called and he said that they closes at 10...PLEASE FIX THAT ON GOOGLE MAPS. GAS IS EXTREMELY HIGH!!!

Went to bowl. Very hot during a hot day, sweat to the point of having trouble holding the balls. Food service is available right at the lane. Bit pricy especially if the delivery of the food prompts an additional tip.

Cool, chill spot. I liked the aesthetic here. Its cheaper to go on the weekdays of course. There were 3 of us/$16 per person. Each game was about an hr. but the longer you bowl, of course the price will increase. They have socks available for about $5 that are one size. Children are welcome up until 8pm which is cool. They have a ping pong table, pool table, and at least 3 huge connect 4 games which I enjoyed. There is also a nice size photo booth but it was out of commission this day. We didnt try any food, as we ate prior but I did have a special drink made by the ever so sweet bartender. I forgot his name but his sign is a Cancer. I dont like to actually taste the liquor in drinks but whatever he made me was very good and gave me the buzz I needed. Enjoy!

Great boneless wings and staff

The lanes are decent,and a few of the bartenders are topnotch. However, the staff that oversee the lanes are disorganized. They need more training. If you decide to come here, bring a big ole bag of patience.

A multi storied building with lots of lanes and bars. The 2nd Floor made a mean Ukrainian Mule (sign of the times).They play great music (the 80s ruled on that floorand we had a blast!You have to make a reservation or the doorman wont let you in.

Great time drinks on point

Clean and good service. The food was subpar, but the bowling was good!! There was plenty of space in your lane and you didn’t feel rushed by other parties. Overall it was a great time and I would recommend going back to Lucky Strike in Philadelphia. Enjoy!

I had theeee best experience! First of all when me and my gang walked in we were greeted by the Assistant GM Chris who was soo lovely. We told them it was my sisters birthday and he gave her a birthday shot on him! Then Alydia was very nice as a hostess or greeter (not sure). Only con is towards closing the food options are limited. But bowling and wings plus drinks! Cant beat it also it was pretty affordable. Honest review.... you can see the places I liked and dont like.

Overall everything was good. The drinks are good its not too pricey and the fact that you dont have to go to different levels to do different activities is great. The only thing that didnt make this experience 5 stars was the issue me and my lady had with our server. We waited around an hour until we saw her again and by that time I had got me and her 2 more drinks that I had gotten from the bar vs. getting it from our server. Other than that we had a good time

It was a very fun experience. Customer service was great. Very accommodating and always with a friendly smile. Prices are fair and the ambiance (for a bowling alleyis unbeatable... More upscale and modern than just relying on video game/prizes machines.

Terrible experience with even worse customer service. I came on a Saturday night and put my name on the waiting list. After two hours, we still never received a call or text. After calling, I find out they took down the wrong number but was told to still come because they had a lane for my group.We went inside 5 minutes later just to find out that they gave our lane away because we took too long, despite us coming well within the 15 minute grace period. After explaining the situation, I was basically told I was out of luck but welcome to put my name on the list to wait for another lane, after waiting well over 3 hours for my original lane.The two hostess we spoke with were extremely rude and condescending and I will never step foot into this establishment again.

Nice place. Good vibes. Fun games. The hostess gave us a long Wait but it didnt even take half the time. There are games to play and a bar you can sit at while you wait for a lane.

Pricy for bowling but you get cushy seats. A bowling shoe was wet which was gross. Give yourself time to find and pay for parking. Burger was good. Chicken sliders were cold. The worst is the draft beers were not that cold.

It was fun last night. Nice atmosphere and ok food. Thursday was Salsa night so it was a blast. Our server didnt seem thrilled to be working but other than that all other staff/workers were nice and curdious. If I would of had a different server I would of given 5 stars. I would definitely come again.

Its not your typical bowling alley. Theres a DJ that plays popular hip hop, pop, and RnB music. The music is quite loud. Its more of a younger hip vibe. So if you are an older person that want a nice quiet environment, dont go here.

walked in 7pm on a saturday night. Drinks and food was good! Just know if you expect to bowl youll need to reserve a lane well ahead of time. We put our name on the waitlist but it took forever because it seemed like only 2-3 lanes were open. They have ping pong and pool to play near the bar

If you love spending money, being flashy, and showing off this is the place for you. The more you spend here the better you will feel. extremely small lanes, strict one lane group policy. With a group of 8, everyone is allowed one turn, food and drinks takes a half hour so by the time the first round in complete your already a half hour in. Pro tip: scarf down your food and wash it down with you weak drinks while bowling is best way to conserve time. Because you only get a hour. Pro tip 2: if your a creep trying to meet people go by yourself hopefully they will set you next to some venerable women.The best part is about this place is for a group of 8 people and a $2 shoe rental fee for each person should cost $80.. Not Joking we asked the lady twice about her math she was dead serious..reminded me of Morty Town. Pro tip 3: bring a calculator with big colorful buttons it does not need to add but its probably the best way to get the host attention. Pro tip 4: the server are young pretty girls so dont read the recipes and call them by there name they will flip out and think your stalking them. Shortly , yo girl ,or pretty, will do for them.

Lucky Strike is consistently good. The alleys are well maintained, the staff are fantastic, and the drinks are inexpensive. My only complaint would be that while they do have alley balls for use there could be a bit more diversity in the weight and hole width. There was only a single 11lb ball with fingers that were adult sized in the entire third floor and my friends and I shared.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They charge entirely too much for what you get. My sister reserved a lane for her bridal party and we got there around 9:30pm. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks and had to wait 2 hours to recieve them. Our drinks were gross and you can tell they added water to the alcohol the food came even later and we were so frustrated we no longer wanted anything. A few bridesmaids ordered iced tea that came with absolutely no ice, so we were served ice seperately. The staff was irritated when we let them know we no longer wanted anything even though we waited well over an hour and had every right to be frustrated. I will NEVER go back to this place.

We had a company event here and the whole thing went smoothly. From parking and getting parking vouchers to an attendant who serves the group with great service, this was definitely a memorable experience. Thanks!

Stopped by with a frat brother and his lady from out of town. This is a great bowling alley /club/lounge. Its dark with nice blue lights. Great drinks and the maybe the best chicken quesidia ive ever had. And to top it all off, i won the bowling match too.

Just in terms of the Bowling aspect, it was great and unique. Ive never been to a bowling alley that is this dark but it was a unique experience. I went at about 2pm and it was COMPLETELY empty for the entire hour I was there. The prices are fair, on average with other bowling alleys. The only thing that could have been improved in my opinion was the customer service. But definitely a fun place to go with friend and family, COOL environment.

Wonderful bowling alley hidden in the Center City. Its quite expensive if youre the sole payer, but the price kind of evens out in a group of 4 or more. Come fed; food and driks are expensive too, though I recommend nacho shareable (I got it vegetarian with guac and it was deeelish!)Staff is nice, but rather busy with the crowd.They accept lane reservations online, do that to save time!Happy bowling!!

I was in town on a layover and when i paid they took my debit card and never gave it back. When I was handed my receipt i asked for my card. And they said they dont know where it is. After 30 minutes they couldnt find it and I needed to cancel my card. However, they called me the next day to tell me they found it. Which does me no good because its already canceled and Im already out of the state! How do you charge a card and not keep it with the receipt. My seat was right next to the machine!!!! Im on a business trip and have to fly around without my card because who knows what they where doing that the card magically vanished and then suddenly reappeared the next day. I was there Friday afternoon and it was pretty empty. The white Russian was not worth the hassle!!!

Bowling and drinks. Perfect combination but I find this place a little too pricey for nothing extra special. You need a good company to enjoy it here. Its just okay

The place was great, I personally enjoyed very much. I loved the customer service from the waitress. The only thing was the waiting time but i won’t take off a star because while I waited I had an amazing burger, delicious. Definitely going back.

Its a fun place to go to socialize and shoot some pool. The atmosphere aims for swanky.Id use it as a girls night out but its a bit pricey so dont go in expecting to save money.

Great atmosphere; While I only experienced happy hour on a Friday night. Plenty of space, cheap specials w/ bowling, ping pong, and pool. Will return.
