Good tea-house. Very nice place.

Fair price with tasty food. You couldnt look a shop like this elsewhere.

The place is crowdy and rowdy, the food only ordinary myanmar teashop snacks and tea. Price normal.

Love the place, love the location and more importantly, love the food there. Would love to have breakfast everyday.

The best place for breakfast in town.I especially like this branch of Lucky Seven more because of the taste,quality and place of the branch.The price of the menu has been a little bit raised lately but the quality and menu havent been changed since I first went to the shop. And still happy to go there again and againIt has been amazing how they can maintain their quality over the years and Respect them.

I couldn’t get enough of lucky seven whilst in Yangon and there’s a couple of Venues around. They’re always busy but the tables turn pretty quickly or they’ll find a table to stick you on. The roti and mutton curry for breakfast was a favourite of mine as well as the speciality tea.

As it is close to my apartment, I frequently go to this teashop especially in the morning. Actually, it is a restaurant with a variety of delicious meals rather than a teashop. Besides, it has a long historic experience in the cafe industry in Myanmar.

One of the best mutton curry we have ever tried. Staff are friendly.

Nice place.Service is good and quick with reasonable price and good taste.But in the morning, it is very over-crowded due to insufficient space. It also has no electricity back up engine, so whenever electricity went out, you have to have your breakfast under almost dimmed light and in hot room.

When I have visited the shop early morning at Saturday, they have already so many locals to eat foods. I have a mohinga with fried pea, and a cup of milk tea. It was so cheap, fast to serve, and good quality of food. I want to visit again next time.

Extremely delicious food for a decent, but not crazy cheap price. Ordered a mutton curry and pork belly on rice for 7,500kyats. Service was good, place was clean and food was really tasty. Like other reviews its a nice local place and I feel like its a fairly sure thing youll get a good meal here. Worth a stop to any location in Yangon.

Nice enough place, overstaffed with 15 year old boys who have nothing else to do than stare and pretend not to, not necessarily a bad thing I suppose but a little annoying. The chicken curry was decent, but the tea was just ok and I couldnt get the difference between the 3 types on offer.

Definitely a local favorite. Food is amazingly delicious and the atmosphere is very lively. Although you may see the waiters running around quite often. The staff are also very nice and patient. You can pick up the items you accidentally left there, they keep the items until you go retrieve them. Not 100% hygienic but I can say its cleaned repeatedly. They are closed on holidays.

Prices are higher than I expected for a tea house but food is good and service is very fast and efficient. The English menu is a big plus and the curries are highly recommended

This place is crazy hectic but I have to applause the staff for taking our order without writing it down and getting it right. We came in a little lost but they found seating for us pretty fast. The food is good and great prices. The chicken came cold though. Also, the tea was way too crazy sweet.

Excellent and worth the walk from the hotel! Place was packed when we arrived at 9am. Loved the mohinga, samosa salad and iced laphet yay!

Fantastic for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Very busy, good vibe, great food. Very local but with English menus. I enjoyed trying the different levels of teas. Some items are sold out after 10 or 11, so the earlier the better.

This is the best food deal in town! Location is away from most tourist spots, but definitely worth the trip. Great outdoor atmosphere with lots of greenery and cheap, delicious food. I had mohinga, samosa salad and sweet tea for only 2200 kyat!

I just enjoyed this place. It is right in the middle of authentic Yangon with lots of street vendors to experience.The mohinga and other items that I had were very good. The prices were very inexpensive, the staff was very good and nice and they attended to you quickly.It isnt a Michelin restaurant, but I liked the atmosphere. I was the only American in the place, but I felt perfectly comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend (and have already recommendedthe Lucky 7 Tea House to my friends that live in Yangon.

This place is highly overrated. Ok for snack foods and small meals but no traditional Myanmar or Burmese cuisine meals here.Prices may sound like cheap but not cheap for the small bits you get.Decent place to relax and eat a breakfast or light lunch, drink all the free hot tea you want.No dinner here, this place closes at 5pm.

Good place to try local food, clean place, good food, efficient and helpful staff. Tourists can request for an English menu. A must try is their special Lucky Seven Tea - a sweet black tea with added spices. I always drop by here for breakfast.

Was having breakfast here everyday while in downtown Yangon and they served amazing foods! Everything was cheap & reasonable. Full of choices to choose from the menu. Love the milk tea!! This place is famous among locals, too, so it can get crowded. Just steps away from our airbnb guesthouse. Perfect local experience.

First time in Yangon and had amazing breakfast here. I love the food here especially mohinga and puri with potato curry. Tea was sweet but you can add more water too. Love the atmosphere here as many locals have their breakfast too. Would have come back in future.

Decent mohingya. Nice atmosphere. Very big place frequented by locals and visitors. The milk tea was very nice. Appetizers automatically placed on the table and you pay per piece. They are open everyday but close early on Sunday at noon.

Can have sweeten tea and some food.It can say a clean tea shop. But not available brew coffee, just instant coffee.For the locals, food are average in price and taste.For the tourist if they wish to have cheap food, it is good place.

Underrated place.Went there 3 times it was so good.Service is quick, efficient, polite enough, reminded me of Hong Kong.My favorites: puri set, so air and light / duck patties / mutton patties / mohinga / lucky 7 tea.

For both locals and foreigners, this place has earned a reputation for its hygienic, delicious, fast and various dishes and services. Although as spacious as the serving area is, trying to park a car in the narrow street should be carefully considered. Opens from early hours till afternoon. I love this place personally for some traditional breakfasts and dishes.

Didnt expect much since it was touted as the place to go by tourists, but prices were reasonable. This bowl of boiled gluten noodle with pork ribs was pretty good, and cost only 1600kyat. Do ask for the prices though, the english only menu doesnt state prices. (Our meal of 2 drinks, 5 chicken drumsticks, the bowl of noodles and endless flow of tea was 6300kyat)

The 49th Street Lucky 7 is the original, and is the nicest one with flowers protecting customers from the sun, and giving out a nice smell. Big crowd always but theyll find you a place to sit, dont worry. Best tea around , and very consistent. Get the Pote Man version if you dont like exceedingly sweet tea.

I had the Burmese mohinga as breakfast , together with a super nice milk tea. This place is inexpensive and the environment is clean.Is not really a traditional Burmese restaurant but Burmese mixed with indian food.General they are all nice, and their milk tea is a must try drink, please order a small 1 ..if you cant take strong tea.

My guide took me here late morning on our tour of Yangon to experience Burmese Tea. The place was buzzing with people chatting with friends over a drink and snack - like a Starbucks in the West. The tea was more sweet and milky than my usual UK brew but very drinkable and came with green tea too. Snacks were savoury - good samosas, and spring rolls. Service was very swift with a large number of happy young guys trying to outdo each other. Well worth a visit

authentic tea house with decent food and very local atmosphere. But half of the menu was sold out when we arrived at 10 oclock on a Sunday morning. Pretty cheap and good place for a true local experience. Dont show up to hungry though.

A very popular place with locals from morning until it closed around 17/18 hour. Affordable and clean though best not take its ice. It serves Myanmar cuisine--Indian, Chinese, and varieties of other ethnic dishes.

Fairly extensive, english menu that contains a lot of noodle dishes in addition to other things that seems to serve locals and tourist alike. Unsurprisingly the coffee isnt that great, but the tea is alright. Tons of seating, but the outdoor area is especially nice.
