Delicious bruschetta and pasta. Ruth our server was super friendly and very helpful in making our selections. Wine was also very good. Fun atmosphere!

We arrived at the restaurant for lunch, 2 adults and 2 kids.The aglio olio dish was really disappointing and didnt taste well. The pizza was nice as well as the dessert.The place dont have bathroom and the nearest toilet was a disaster so we had to go few floors down the mall in the middle of our dinner

A decent place in a good location. However, the food is a bit mediocre and the value for money is average at best. For example, the pasta dish I ordered was pretty big but the pasta itself was not the worth price.

If you dont have a reservation you will likely wait an hour. We were there are around 2pm. Staff was super friendly. We ordered mushroom risotto, Fettuccini, and Margarita pizza. Once we ordered the food was very quick to arrive. The risotto came with a spoonful of parmesan cheese in order for the waiters to serve more clients i guess. The risotto lacked some flavour. Ive had better. All else was pretty good. Prices were a little high than Italian Ive had in the past but all good. When the bill came I asked about an additional charge. It took about 10 minutes to pay as the waiter had other tables. They advised it was an automatic tip, 34 shekels. This wasnt advertised anywhere and I wondered if it was legit. I paid anyway.

Excellent dairy food.Service was good. They owned up to their mistakes which is rare in these parts.

Excellent breakfast. Not your run of the mill restaurant. Lovely atmosphere. A nice place to go for a special occasion or just to enjoy.

Lovely restaurant, lovely ambience. We were group of six adults and we were seated promptly. However, we waited close to fifteen minutes for our orders to be taken, which was okay because conversation was so good. When we finally summoned a waiter, we were served by Itai, a friendly, helpful and charming young man, whos sense of humor made us less aware of the delay in getting our food from the kitchen to our table. Food was good.

Food was excellent and service was great. Gali was very helpful and quick. Will definitely be back.

The food was great and service we got was very good given the amount of people. Entrance was chaotic, took us 20 minutes to get to our reservation even though we booked days in advance

Best restaurant in Jerusalem! Located in Mamila, just in front of the beautiful view of the old city, the food is amazing and the service is incredible!

Great Italian restaurant.Big dishes, great inside service.I wish the restaurant had a better system for pre-schedule, its real big mess on weekend-nights for those who wait for their reservation..

We came in starving and waited for 17 just to be acknowledged. No water or bread were served until I called out a waiter who said they dont offer either only to pop up a few minutes later with the exact thing.We then placed our orders and waited another 20 minutes for them to arrive.I ordered the Diablo Fatuccini and it was spicy (yay!but the pasta was too al-Dante for my taste.The pizzas are big and good. We had the Margarita and it was enough for 3 people as an appetizer for a pasta entrée.The salads are huge! Can definitely be a main dish, but we were told that each adult must order an entrée because of our group size (9). When I asked why is it a requirement.. They couldnt answer it. The hostest shrugged and said - policy.For what they charge, Id expect much better service, shorter wait and a nicer attitude.I wont be bringing any more foreign friends here (too embarrassing), and definitely wont come again myself.Save your money and eat downstairs.

Very average food. Ok service. Don’t even have a restroom, you have to go out into the malls bathrooms. Nice decor though.

The pasta was ok only, nothing to brag about. The wait was very long and the service was fine only.

If not for the waitress I would of giving them -1 star if I could .no bathroom the food was terrible way to expensive.their were 3 of us no one finished their dish .spoke to the nice waitress about the lousy food and got a free dessert which made us feel she cared about our displeasure .

Nice place. Bad food.We went to this restaurant as a group of six adults.We ordered from multiple different sections of the menu. Nothing we got was something special.I got the pesto pasta. I specifically asked for them to make it extra spicy. The pesto itself was bland as could be. No nutty or basil taste. There were a couple of basil leaves on the bottom of the plate, it seemed that they were added after the fact.The pizza, which was supposed to be well done and crispy was not. The tomato sauce on the pizza was like the rest of the food, bland.We ordered two types of fish. And the ‘house cocktail’ -probably made from a pre made mix, as they couldn’t change anything in it.Portion sizes were ok.For the price vs quality - this is a would not recommend.Probably will not come back.Service was ok. If a bit slow.—kosher—

We ate here last night the service was ok, but we found a hair in our pasta when we got a new pasta we were charged for it, and waited an extra 20 minutes until the 2nd pasta was made.

Nice food, terrible service.We had to order the same dishes to 3 different waiters.Finaly canceled glass of wine, after waiting halfway through dinner without it.Too noisy and lack of good atention.

Waitings too long but the food is good. The location is nice next to the old city and with a view for some to the walls. However the price is excessive.

We love Luciana. The food is delicious. They have some very creative dishes as well as all the traditional Italian favorites. Desserts are always outstanding. Enjoy!

Decent food although you will have to wait for it. Pappardelle was warmed up and not a generous portion and was plated very blandly. Small menu, needs to be improved. Nice decor and ambiance!

Luciana is a dairy Italian restaurant located in Jerusalem. I have been to Luciana several times and have always had a pleasant experience. Their staff is pleasant, their prices are reasonable and they keep it clean. I love the restaurants decor and the food is really good. Their presentation of the dishes is nice and the food is fresh and tasty. They have a variety of cocktails and an excellent wine selection. We arrived to the place for a reservation at 8:30 pm the hostess that was “in charge” at the entrance was very bitter and non friendly at all, literally we were in front of her in the line waiting patiently and she just let in other people that had reservations for the exactly same time and arrived later, the waiter was very polite and showed us a difference face, a friendly and caring one, te food was good but not worth the price honestly.... sorry guys you need to make an effort to upgrade that place that has a lot of potencial but the execution right now is very wrong.The two first stars are for the food and the time service, the other one I’m just giving it because the waiter was really into giving us a good service and care about our opinion, but honestly the place is more a 2 star out of five.

Excellent service, good location, good food but far from amazing.Avoid the root vegetables risotto, I found it too aldente.

Fantastic. We ordered the mushroom parmesan risotto which was creamy and delicious. Perfectly cooked tuna over a root puree and red wine reduction. Genuinely dont have a single bad thing to say about the food. The waitress was a bit snappy but overall not so bad. Highly recommend overall.

We arrived here for the buffet on Friday morning. We were very disappointed after the recommendations we heard from the food from other days. This is not worth your time and definitely not your money. We were surprised to see that there was no omelet stand, barely enough vegetables to make a salad and a small amount of main dishes that had to be filled every couple of minutes because of the small portions. Very disappointing. There are a lot of buffets on Fridays in the area, do not go here.At least there’s a fountain.

Very good restaurant! Good service, large place that also have outside seating, and the food so delicious! the price is a little high from the average but worth it. Love it and will come again.We ordered Focatcha Kapraze 44₪, Venetian Salad 67₪ and Ricotta Ravioli and Spinach 76₪, it was hot and very very good. Enjoy.

Lucianas is fantastic. As someone who eats in non-Kosher restaurants, I can attest that this is as good as any one of them. Its beautiful Italian food done Kosher with not a single meat dish in sight, but you wont even miss it as the variety is excellent and everything on offer is delicious.First thing to notice (especially when going at nightis the stunning decor. Its reasonably simple, but elegant and makes you feel like youre in some magical place. The service is good, though when busy, it can be a little slow. But the food is worth waiting for.I went there twice while on vacation in Jerusalem and the first time I got a cheese and mushroom pizza and the second time I got a heavenly Caprese Focaccia with ripe tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and pesto. Sooooo good.Prices are reasonable and you can stroll through the mall afterwards to burn off some of the food. If youre ever in Jerusalem, and looking for a good Kosher Italian place, you cant beat Lucianas.

The place is nice, food is good the desert are amazing, it is in the right place, but it is a huge room for improvement in customer service

Food was absolutely out of this world and very fresh . However slow service and rude waiter inhibited my experience however I would go back in a heart beat
