Incredibly disappointed, I enjoy good Chinese food and this was really not it. The most watery and tasteless sweet and sour sauce Ive ever had in my life. It shouldnt be allowed to serve this, really poor.

NEVER ORDER ONLINEWe ordered and the rider didnt arrive. We never received any calls as well and the restaurant told us that the rider was at our area. We asked the reception too and they confirmed no rider or delivery car has arrived.And worst, the restaurant does not care at all. Its a prepaid order by the way.

Very good food - we tried dumplings, sushi and beef. Everything was done perfect. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Watching the chef prepare sushi was also one of the nice additions to a very pleasant evening.

Had the peking duck and caramel pudding here.The duck was cooked more or less perfectly. The sauce was exquisite. Pancakes were also very good and greens were fine. Only note is that Id have liked more vegetables. Probably could have gotten some if Id have asked though.The caramel pudding, which was homemade, was really quite good. Great texture, great sauce and overall great taste. Berries on the side I also quite enjoyed. Some cream on top could have been great as well as a future addition to the dessert.Very friendly and kind staff. Very accommodating and fast.

Excellent quality as well as service orientationWe visited this hotel for lunch. Since we are vegetarians, we were sceptical about the kind of food we will get here, especially since its a Japanese hotel. Food however was a pleasant surprise.We had fried rice and salad, both the items were too good. Quantity was a bit too much for us to finish; however taste prompted us to eat as much as we can! Salad was quite crispy vegetables and rice also had good mix of vegetables in it. We wanted it more spicy, so they immediately provided us with spicy chilli sauce.We had mango ice cream for dessert and that too was very well made and served.Ambience was excellent, facing the fjords waters. Seating was comfortable.Service was superb and was always with smile!I highly recommend this hotel in Tromso.

The service here is terrible, we waited 10 mins for a menu, then another 10 for water. We got so hungry that we grabbed two items from the conveyer belt. The edamame was cold and the nigiri was old. We ended up leaving and just paid for those two items since we were completely ignored. We waited for 30 mins and they hadn’t even taken our order. It took a good 5-7 mins just to pay the bill. Do not waste your time!

Seafood is not fresh, shushi taste not good. Overall is not recommended.

If youve had sushi on a conveyer literally anywhere, this will be a disappointment. I understand this is a tourist town, but they are overpriced beyond comparison. They also dont let you order rolls to add to the conveyer belt. What you see is what you get... Small rolls, 2-3 per plate and nothing special at all. Staff was decent. 🍻

We ordered a 12 piece set for takeaway on a Sunday night. The sushi were okay:Positive:~The set has a good variety of sushi~CheapNegative:~The sushi were not made on the spot. It was all pre made and stored in tupperwares in the fridge. When I ordered, the "chef" merely took one one by one and compiled it onto a takeaway box. The fried sushi was also stored this way, thus, it was not crispy at all because it had been made some time back.~I had diarrhea the next morning. (disclaimer: I do have a sensitive stomach. For those who may have a sensitive stomach like me, perhaps, can look for fresher options)

Asian food. Try the sushi. And a wonderful waterfront view. The staff was very kind to arrange some vegetation dishes for us
