Best pho hands down is this place! Its soo good that I am almost scared its ruined pho for me phooooo good and if they ever went away Id spend the rest of my life crying. The two guys that run this place are sweet, they put on cartoons for my kids and are very thoughtful and hard working people. I read a review below about how they want cash tips and their debit card machine doesnt allow you to leave tips and they were rude to someone because they didnt have cash to tip when paying w debit which is entirely not true and I almost think that person had the wrong restaurant. Ive been coming here for over 4 years and Ive always been able to leave a tip when paying debit everytime and Ive never ever been treated any way for a huge tip or a decent tip. They always just give tons of little green candies to me and my kids. I could probably fill my pockets with all the candies they offer they are just really nice people and I dont feel like they are in it to get rich but to make a living and bless us with good food so that review totally rubbed me wrong.Support this small business or else we wont have this amazing soup with bits of celery in the broth (is that the secret???🥰)

I used to love this place. I’m not sure what happened, but the meat is over cooked and chewy now. I don’t always carry cash, and he chose to get a card machine that doesn’t allow tips. He threw a fit when I used it and guilt tripped me about not leaving a tip when I didn’t have cash. Another time I did bring cash because I’m a big tipper and he kept all of my change without even asking. I would’ve left it for him but that was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hate leaving bad reviews but several times he’s treated me rudely and gave me almost no meat or chewy meat. I’m good. He’ll be my emergency pho place only from now on. 💔

I only live a few blocks away so this is my go-to for pho here in the Tri-Cities. While its definitely different than the Vietnamese style pho I am accustomed to on the west side of the state, its some seriously tasty soup! Good service too. The same two guys seem to be the only ones working there and they do it all.As a bonus they now have some Thai Chile plants growing outside with ripe peppers. If youre craving a little more heat than the traditional jalapeños pick a few red ones and drop them in your bowl. Yum!

Im from Michigan, found myself far from home in Richland, and I was starving! Do not let this little hole in the wall fool you by how it looks on the outside. The food is FANTASTIC!!!Authentic, delicious, and just an all around amazing meal. My husband ordered the Daily special, which was a small beef pho with 2 sides of egg rolls. I got the shrimp fried rice. They had the spicy pepper oil right on the table for us to add as much spice as we wanted. It was perfect! One of my fave meals in Washington.The family working there was so wonderful. If I ever find myself in this part of the world again, I would definitely come back.

My family and I love this place! My favorite is beef Pho and butterflies! We have never had a bad experience here!

I used to love coming here because the food was so good, its hard to find high quality pho in the tri cities so this was my go-to place.Unfortunately, the last few times Ive visited have been sub-par both in food quality and service, so Ive changed my rating from 5 stars to 3

Hidden inside this nondescript little entrance is some of the best Vietnamese/Laotian food I’ve ever had. Seriously; it’s not the fanciest place, but don’t let that detour you. The food is AMAZING. The sticky rice is straight out of heaven, and the peanut sauce is what fountains must expel in food paradise. The Pho is perfect. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. This is how much I love these guys food, I always ask for a little container of their chili paste/chili crisp hot stuff. It comes in a container the size of a Pepsi bottle cap, and all u have to use is a quarter penny sized dab. Trust me, use more and it might scald your mouth. But the thing is, it’s as spicy as anything I’ve ever used in my food; but it also brings the greatest flavors out as well. It’s phenomenal. I don’t know if they make it there or what, but I would bet they do. It’s kind of like a secret treasure, that chili oil/paste/crisp...I’m not kidding. I NEVER throw away the stuff I don’t use, I just add it to one single little container. And it sits on my oven at home, and goes into just about anything I eat. I’m just telling you, this guy could sell his chili spice alone and make money. But luckily he makes awesome food to. Go in and give it try. Support local businesses. I ordered a combo WITHOUT tripe and got a bowl full of tripe, I ordered chicken satay with cucumber salad and peanut sauce, and didnt get the peanut sauce or the cucumber salad! and of course I got this all togo, so I didnt find out until I got home...

The shrimp and veggies pho is delicious but they need to keep clean the place.Please 😊

Most amazing Pho I have ever had the privilege of eating. They have some amazing hot sauce paste in a little jar at the table. It is SO spicy. Ive never been so happy about not feeling my lips.Customer service is amazing. I ordered a super bowl size pho and only got a large. So they gave me a medium size on the side. Amazing food. Amazing people. Comfy atmosphere.

Dont let the exterior or interior make your first impression of the place. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! I havent had any issues or complaints with the food, drinks or servers. The Pho is my favorite here, never dissatisfied with the food here!

I have eaten there twice recently. The Laab is delicious and the Red Curry is excellent. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I will definitely be returning. Great work guys! Thanks!

I’ve been coming here for almost ten years now. I think I’ve tried almost every pho place in town and I am 100% certain this is the best place. EVER. Dudes running it are awesome too. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Went to get takeout and they gave us soup that was way to hot and melted the cups into the soup. We politely asked for new soup and they dumped the old plastic filled soup into new cups. This is disgusting and I will never eat here again.

Good service and tasty food, the portions were also generous which was great. It’s not a fancy joint just good food and nice people.

Dont expect a fancy interior, but do expect great service and amazing food. So glad my girls and I stopped by to eat. I just wished I had more room in my stomach! Im a huge sauce fan and the sauces that came with both the dishes I got were perfect. Even my sisters tofu pho was super good! I wanted to totally drink all her broth and she didnt even add anything to change the flavor other than some lime I believe. Thats saying how good the broth is.Be sure to leave with a Boba Tea because its the best Ive had to date. My go to flavor is Taro and it was so sweet and delicious even my friend who hates that flavor it loved it! Tasted like a blueberry muffin in my opinion but I aint complain! 😋

Dining here for the 1st time and IT IS INCREDIBLE! My daughter and I ordered a #1 Beef Super Bowl to share and it is plenty to say the least. Coming from Seattle, Tri Cities has let us down over and over again but this is 1 shop that has exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food great, we order 2 honeydew boba teas and they were 5 star, so with that and the accommodating service we will deffinataly be back soon!

Absolutely wonderful!! Great prices. Friendly staff. The small bowl is massive. They bring out sprouts, mint leaves, jalapeños, and lime wedges on a separate plate so you can add however much you want. The broth is my favorite of all the pho I’ve ever had!

Great place. Has been here for many years and continues to make nice changes as time goes by. Serving size, Price and flavors are all very good. As a SE Asian Traveler and Resident I can say this is very good food. Polite, clean and friendly. My go to place in the UpTown and TC area. Next time I am back in the USA I will eat here often. Seafood pho had only Imitation crab meat and couple of shrimp.Broth was good but seafood should have more variety of seafood instead of imitation crab meat.

My family really enjoyed it! My girls got the garlic chicken 2nd loved ot, my husband had the pho and was very pleased. I had beef laab my favorite dish and it was delicious. So glad we found this little gem of a restaurant today! We will definitely be back!

Ive been going here since I moved to Richland over ten years ago. Their prices are fair, huge portions, and they have the best pho in the Tri-Cities, hands down. They are one of a few places with boba tea too. Their fried rice is slightly sweet and caramelized to perfection.Easily the best sick cure: hangover, flu or otherwise. Please tip them, and eat up!I added photos of the menu for yall.

Rustic restaurant that might cause some to shy away. These guys have great food! Ive spent time in S. E. Asia and their food takes me back. Great seasonings and well made!

Ive had pho all up and down the west coast. Ive had lots of good bowls... Ok bowls... And some bad ones.. This place is nothing fancy. But the service is excellent and the Pho was top notch. Very flavorful robust broth. And the large did its job and filled me up. Ill be back!!

I have tried many pho places in the Tricities, and this is by far my favorite. It has an authentic feeling and plenty of noodles and veggies. Really delicious! The only thing I dislike about Pho Lotus Restaurant is the inaccuracy of the hours. On Google, it says the hours are 11 AM - 10 PM, but I have stopped by three times in the last month between 6 PM - 8 PM to show my boyfriend how amazing the pho is and they were closed every time.

Ive been eating pho for over 15 years from seattle to nyc and this place is definitely on my to go back again radar. The broth is off the hook and the people were nice too. Go try it!

Amazing food, especially the pho and the curry dishes. Fun to go to with friends and family. Family business so expect to visit with the little ones now and then.

Ive been a regular here for years. Love the combination pho, fried coconut prawns with sweet sauce, fresh rolls of course, and homemade Chai tea! Beats the canned Chai tea by far. Laab is also great and I love how spicy they made it they dont play around. Have to eat here at least once a month!

The food is pretty good. I usually get the fresh rolls and they are pretty good and the peanut sauce is amazing. It lacks cleanliness though. With a little bit of effort it could be an amazing local food stop.

Lately there food has been awesome. Be carefull if you ask for spicy hot you will get spicy hot. But it is great
