Too many kids running around the restaurant (spurs)Disrupting everyones meals and conversations..the food and services were nice though..

Excellent customer service and Child friendly. Was served by Mary, a polite and caring waitress.

Currently called Golden Eagle Spur and not Loswani. The food is amazing. Good playground for kids and nice ambience for a date or a regular eat out. The cocktails 🍸 keep coming especially during Happy hour.

Spurs is a first class family friendly restaurant with a large play area for children with very safe hard plastic rides on astro turf. Great food.

Delicious 😋 food and very good service. Ill definitely be going back

Beautiful setting very tastefully furnished lovely play area for children. They also have two conference halls. Very helpful staff and a very friendly manager who took time to take us round the facility. Most importantly the food was very well prepared. Definitely worth a visit.

Used LOSWANI for a birthday party and we enjoyed great hospitality and ambience.

Only 2 out of 5 menu items available Sunday evening. Maybe do a smaller special menu for slow days? Also turn down the loud music. Rather inappropriate for a lounge.

Very nice place to be. The coffee was very good and the food too was great ( pan fried pork chops n mashed potatoes)The inner room we sat in got too hot and we noticed it didnt have any ventilation and no fan to spin the air inside.They can play soft music in some areas as they dont need to turn the whole place into a sports bar as some people may be wanting to have a quiet n easy discussion

The worst lunch Ive had ever, n paid 900 for it, meat was burnt the beaf was full of bones and very large pieces of meat, n a bread knife to cut cut the pieces of meat. Try it at your own risk ESP the lunch

If you are looking for a quite place to unwind after a long day, Loswani is your place. The music is chill and the food is good too. The service is also really nice. Theres enough sitting space outside for those who do not find space in the buidling. Really love their mandazi. I just wish they had more varieties on the menu. It is quite limiting.

Always a refreshing experience every time I visit. The ambience, food and service always spot on. Plus a choice of indoors and outdoors seating. That it is touching the road makes it easy to access whether driving or using public means.Only draw back is that it doesnt have a place for children to play if you have a family outing in mind.

they are mainly focused on providing the best qualities of flesh varieties of meat, fruits and vegetables, prepared and cooked by professionals in hotel and catering industries to suit customers satisfaction. They also provide modern society conference rooms and private business meeting rooms with modern internet connections and screens projections.

Its clean,staff are welcoming and friendly there has been an improvement with food though I cant say much about alcoholic drinks since I dont drink

Didnt really live up to expectations. The restaurant is just a plain room with tables.. :( Kiambu Road really needed an up place... Launch day was super though... Been here a few other times, they (ownersreally need to step up... The building is falling apart from inside, Chinese furniture is not living up to (theirexpectations... But the chef and staff really try to deliver the best. Best of luck guys.

this place is horrible if you are coming for a meal. twice i have eaten here and gotten stale food on both occasions. staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I waited for more than an hour just to get stale food. and simple drinks also took as long. NEVER EVER coming back

A nice hotel along Kiambu Road opposite the Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology. Nice food and fast friendly service. The only downside is that the music is too loud all over the bar. It would help to have soft music in the dining area. A good place to watch soccer with friends. Elegant bar with huge screens for you to follow the action easily. The loud music ensures you dont get to listen to the commentary or have decent conversation. Fix that and you have an easy place to hang out. Because of the music, it is definitely not child friendly. I hope the management can fix that. There is a playing area for children at the back but would be hesitant to take children there for the reasons above.Enough secure and organised parking.

This is an amazing after wedding party place. I know it has a beer bar on the front but the back side is amazingly good for the after parties. The service though is abit slow and they seem not to have warm alternatives for the frozen beer. Anyway I still recommend this place and will be back to sample the front restaurant experience soon.

Great food. Service is so great. The waiters are polite and friendly. But the food takes too long to be prepared...

Id give a higher score since its such a good establishment but the service staff can be a tad disappointing in terms of speed and attention to detail. Otherwise a great hangout joint.

Wonderful place to take an afternoon/evening break. You however need to invest more on staff in order to make them be and behave professionally. Courtesy is paramount!!

A good joint for covfefe and light drinks ;along Kiambu road. Loswani has a bouncing castle in their backyard that will keep the little ones busy as you catch up with your better half.Very warm and professional staff. The food and bitings (especially chicken wingsare delicious!

Can do better on food offering. Pizzas are good, but the other meals need improvement to give value for money

clean hotel , slow service passed by had a black forest and some yogurt ...the quality was substandard for the price we paid. They have a bouncing castle to keep kids busy.
