What a wonderful restaurant! An experience really. The photos do not do it justice as it is the overall ambiance and experience of being here. Great atmosphere and delicious, interesting dishes. Our group of four got a pretty good cross-sampling of the menu, and we all left happy and full. It was also nice to get a visit from Chef Micki at the end of the night, after he’d delivered the goods for us so excellently.

It was a really good food, nice atmosphere and we were well looked arter. What else to wish when youre out for a treat?

One of the best restaurants on the north coast, small is better applies here, the list of gourmet dishes appeal to people, I had a tender white tuna with arugula salad bed and it was the most delightful seafood entrée I had in years, the service and the prices were very reasonable. Great restaurant , l great food and service

For me this is by far the best restaurant around Puerto Plata. And one of the reasons is that it is the same service, quality and nice tastes every time, no bad surprises. For me living here I am thankful.

The best restaurant in this area.Micky is a very creative chef. He is in the league with Michelin chefs.You would be surprised how he combines Mediterranian style in his little Paradise environment.Cheers!

For special occasions and all visits, Miki serves it up right! I had the salmon with blue cheese sauce. Fabulous…including the sides! Los Tres Cocos is a place not to miss!

Thank God we found this restaurant! 1st of all, the owner, chef Micky was amazing! Not only is his food incredible but so is his attitude and personality. He constantly came out and make sure food and service was good. He is also an amazing person. Thank Micky!The restaurant offers food for all kinds special diets and preferences. If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Amazing food, service and decor, very clean too. The server was professional and knowledgeable. He first inquired about food for our boys and made an excellent recommendation. Food for the boys was served before our food which was so convenient and I wish other places were this accommodating to kids. The boys were entertained by birds most of the time. We had their days special: Mahi Mahi and a NY steak and both were perfect. The Chef came to greet us and check on our experience. I could not recommend this place more.

I meant to post this 5 month ago when I visited Puerto Plata.By far the best restaurant I been too in Puerto plata. The food was absolutely delicious and pricing was reasonable.This is definitely a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed. Only regret posting because I want it all to myself lol... enjoy!!!

Went there six months ago and celebrated my birthday it was the best place to eat, I have been to many restaurant in different states and I found that this place is the best in price, presentation, flavors, attention and Service, I will recommend it to all my friends going to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. My first time here! This place is perfect in every sense of the word. It is run by the owner and he makes sure everything runs to perfection. He is also the Chef! From ambiance to the menu options of worldly cuisine to the presentation to the taste to the service. I can’t say enough about LOS TRES COCOS! It is a hidden gem!

Visited this restaurant for the first time. The service was great and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Amazing food. Great environment very chilled and low key.

Nice place for intimate dinner. Great service. We had a small issue of finding it with Google Map. Also, if you missed to make right turn you might end up driving extra 5 KM to make a U-Turn. So, be sure to review the location details and drive slow as you approach near it.

I love this hidden gem, very romantic spot for a dinner date. I took the wife for lunch and we had the whole place to ourselves. We sat on the back patio and was very cozy. Wifey had the tiger shrimp in an amazing cream sauce. I had the New Zealand lamb chops and ate every single one. Tip,; ask for pepper sauce you will thank me later. Be sure to try the warm brownie with raspberry Ice cream. The host and chef deserve 5 stars

Had heard about Los Tres Cocos 🥥 but could not make a reservation since they never answered phone. We were in the area & stumbled upon it by chance. Went in to make a reservation for another night & stayed for dinner since it was a slow night & didn’t have to wait. Had the Angus steak done to perfection! Also Calamari rings as appetizer. Looking forward to going back soon. (For reservations call their cell phone instead; I was told the internet is down, permanently?)Great food & awesome service!

The food here was phenomenal, service was top notch, the chef/owner came out and made sure we were good and that the food was done to our liking. The atmosphere was great, quiet felt private. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a finer dining experience in Puerto Plata.

This is a wonderful experience. Most restaurants we visited were very "local". And though enjoyable, and on vacay, Im from the northeast. I dont want to wait 45 min for a chkn sandwich. And they lose tons of money not following up on needing anything. Not the case here. Top notch surroundings, food and service. Your seated among the trees in a breeze, enjoying a cocktail. The salad with feta and olives is heavenly and enough for 4, though you might not want to share. We ordered the Schwabenphanne( porkloin w mushrooms over baked mac n cheese), the chile salmon w capers and the whole beef filet. Dessert was cheesecake w homemade raspberry sauce & whipped cream and chocolate cake w vanilla ice cream. Nobody shared!

Everything was very fresh. Cocktails were really good. Ahí Tuna was amazing. Cordón blue was a bit dry and from what I seams, a bit undercooked. It was swiftly removed off the bill. Owner came out and greeted us which is a nice touch. I’d definitely eat here again. Street getting there could use more lighting. Overall a pleasant experience.

Food was average. Was expecting so much more considering the price $$$$. Owners should consider reinvesting some money in the restaurant, very cheap tables, uncomfortable chairs , bright laundromat style lights... for some reason the waiter didnt return with the change ... given that the tip was already included in the bill. Wont ever go back... better restaurants in Puerto plata for half the price.

I visited Los Tres Cocos for my birthday, everyone was very accommodating, the food was delicious. The chef/owner came to our table to introduce himself was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who visited Puerto plata.
