This place does not dissapoint. Cooked my meat exactly as I asked, and did npt try and get crazy with the spicing. They give you enough condiments to make it your own. One of the best steak houses I have tried, especially for the price.

Food was great but very pricey also you need to be aware of what you order because they don’t understand if you want just beans they bring you a whole appetizer with extra stuff in charge you extra just beware on what you order. Great service also!

As we had one night before heading to airport and Managua doesn’t offer much to do, we found this place for dinner. Excellent customer service and nice ambience. It’s mainly a steak restaurant. Their churrasco (flanksteak is what they’re known for. As this can be a stiff cut, they prepared it perfectly...medium rare tender and juicy. We got the tenderloin which was prepared properly to a medium rare (Presidentebut not as flavorful but still very good. Recommend if looking for steakhouse in Managua. Sides are ok but adequate. Prices inexpensive compared US prices for a steak restaurant in the US but expensive for Nicaraguans.

Ok, so the meat is 💯. Soft, tender and juicy. They have vegetarian and pescaterian friendly dishes as well. However, it is pretty pricey because it is a meat restaurant. AND although the customer service is fantastic, I think the common misconception is that it is for people who are wealthy and that is the atmosphere and quality the restaurant wants to uphold. Also, there is no wifi. Pretty great.

Not to many restaurants leave you thinking about them like Los Ranchos does. Some coworkers introduced me to Los Ranchos a few years back and every time Im in Managua I stop in to eat there. This is a fantastic restaurant with top notch service. I recommend starting out with an Ice cold Tona or two, and maybe some 25 anos flor de cana. I always have the fried cheese and plantain appetizer. And for the main course you have to go with the churrasco steak with chimichurri. To say its good is an understatement. Its the best! If you are ever in Managua you have to stop in to eat and enjoy yourself, you can thank me later!

Ok so being from Florida and going to nice restaurants my standard is very high. I got to this place and I was like omg this is so amazing. The food was THE BEST. And the staff was nice and I got lots of food and more food. I cant even explain my love for the food I ate was perfect. The band they had playing outside was so good! My only concern was the children running (literallyaround when we were eating. These children belonged to a irresponsible customer who cant seem to control their children. The restaurant should have a rule against that.

Delicious meat dishes, with rice, salad and fries. Excellent service. It has both areas with or without air conditioning.

In my experience, dining and travelling around Nicaragua with a dog has been amazing. That was until I arrived at Los Ranchos. First they told us to leave the dog in the car during midday heat. Then they said we could leave it with the car guard, whom we dont know and unfortunately dont trust. Our dog is like our child and we arent going to leave it with a stranger, no matter how nice he seems. We finally agreed to tie the dog behind the door in the shade with water where she wouldnt be seen by incoming customers and wouldnt disturb anyone, but the owner then changed his mind after we did this and told us she had to be outside where we couldnt see her. He was rude and refused to reason with us. The manager tred to assist but the owner was adamant and so we left. Our friends who had already ordered their food and started eating left shortly after us - a bad taste left in their mouths from the poor customer service provided and the food not worth it. We will never return and are not sorry.
