Lorca Restaurante Español in Ensenada

Seems like they are just trying to figure out the right thing to do it was very very hot in there they tried opening the doors and that just blew all the papers on the floor the napkins paper plates etc so they finally turned on the air conditioner just as we were leaving. But the food is fantastic I had the best catfish I have ever eaten. My wife said her Chinese food was just great.

The waiters were very attentive and satisfaction guaranteed.

Delicious bfast place

It was an interesting experience. The server was quite knowledgeable and the service was quick and efficient. The food wasn’t great though. They had a strong start with the mushrooms and bacon, but that was it. The Spanish tortilla was very hot, but a bit bland for my taste. The paella came out quickly but it was also a bit bland. I don’t think the restaurant is bad I just think maybe they had an off day.

The food was excellent. The service was exceptional. The owner greeted us and spent a few minutes at our table. We spent a long time and we were not rushed. Wines are very good.I recommend Lorca restaurante Espanol any time.

Went for breakfast. Plenty of options to choose from the menut, the food and service excellent. Prices are reasonable. Gets crowded specially on weekends. The party must be complete to be seated. One and a half hour time limit once a table is assigned to your party. Credit cards accepted. Valet parking available.

Its s an excellent place for dinner, we ordered mushrooms scampi and Paella Valenciana, affordable prices. Highly recommend. 110621

I have been to this place two times. The first time I was there, my experience was okay. I think it was due to me not ever having Spanish food/ paella. This time I ordered completely different food and my experience was excellent. I think some dishes require an acquired taste. Once you know what to order, the food and place can exceed your experience.

I have no idea why I never visited this place before. I hear great things about it. Went for breakfast. So so good! They bake the pan dulce!!!! I had the chicharron with red salsa. Make yourself a favor and go! They have parking and take credit cards.

Excellent restaurant with a touch from Spain located close to the Tijuana Downtown area. The food is delicious especially the paella and the prices are very reasonable.

Great place, not this nice looking when you pass by but we were very happy surprised. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Definitely will be returning and recommend.

The paella Valencia was very nice and the restaurant waiters were very friendly. Im glad we found this restaurant, we will be back again for the paella for sure.

My visit was in US celebrated Mother’s Day 2017. This is a Spanish restaurant, small, cozy, friendly, fairly priced, overall great experience. I tried the paella and I liked it. I had flan for dessert and it was good as well. The coffee though, was light on the flavor side, I wish they had BOLD coffee, but then they have other beverage options too, especially wine. I recommend Lorca.

Amazing experience couldnt expect better. We were a group of 8 guys who came to TJ for a bachelor party. Without a doubt, this was one of the best restaurants we have been to. The ambiance was nice and cosy.The tapas were delicious and coated 6-8 dollars a plate. Each one of us at least ordered 3 tapas and shared. The drinks were good too.The waiters were attentive at all times and always kept an eye on us. Then they called cabs to make sure we got back to our destination safe. They even fixed the fare which was more than fair.These guys sent above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with my visit. I ordered paella and it was nasty, just a few pieces of chicken, and the rice was overmoisted, as well as the main ingredient wich is called azafran, it was of a very low quality. Im not going back to that place.

Lorca is always wonderful. We both had bacalao for lunch and the fish was cooked perfectly. Great ambiance and very proficient staff.

The quality of the food was bad. As gor the service was loosy. As well for the food to be served took on average an hour. This place was expensive and not worth the wait time.

Family oriented , solid tapas at competitive price, parking a little tight but at least has its own, limited wine selection. Over all a nice place if you are in the mood for Spanish food.
