LongHorn Steakhouse in Ponce

The place is nice and the service was good. But the food wasnt that great. Me and my son ordered the sirloin and it was mild meaning it taste nothing. My eldest daughter ordered pasta alfredo with "churrasco" and the waitress told us there wasnt "churrasco" available which was weird since she told us about the best steak was the "churrasco" few seconds ago. And finally, my youngest daughter ordered mac-n-cheese and honestly that looked like from the box of Kraft mac-n-cheese. The flavor wasnt good also.Overall, the food wasnt that good and is overpriced. Next time, we go to a local steak house.

I love coming to this Longhorn it is located in the Municipality of Ponce Puerto Rico in the plaza del Caribe mall. This Longhorn makes the best parcha mojitos so far for me,the steaks are tasty and juicy,you could also sit at the bar now,they have wheelchair accessible entrance,wheelchair available seating, handicap parking and masks are still required. The staff was very attentive and informative when ask about items in the menu.

The food was undercoocked, dirty silverwear and plates, cold soup and never saw a refil of my beverage. This place used to be good, service and quality are at their lowest.

Last time Ill eat in this restaurant chain. The food is not the best but is expensive... Dont let you change sides, not even they dont have it. The waiter told me they would put some lettuce ("tallos" romaine lettuce)

Fast cooks, good waiters but 4 stars for the tight parking lot and lousy outside access road.

They were very attentive and pleasant to my aunt who is 94 years old.

I come often to this Longhorn. Service is fine, but steaks are hardly ever the correct cut. The biggest issue I have is that one cannot enjoy the meal w/o having to wave off gnats (mimes en Puertoriqueño). Last two visits same issue.And unlimited bread does not exist; unless, you have to ask for more which is uncomfortable to do.

I really like LHSH, especially the Flo stake; it is a very tender cut. Acompained with shirmps and rice, brpp....something out of this word. BTW, the driks ares great. At least at Ponce.

was my favorite; it was ok a few years ago / some items of the food came cool and somewhat rationed (sweet potatoe side didnt came as always: it was the half with a pinch of butter and cinnamon was missing 😡/ I know costs has rise but their prices got excessively high / there are local restaurants with better prices and nice plates / very disappointing experience 🤨

Clean, organized, prompt service and I felt secured as they were following the Covid 19 protocols. Will return again.First time since covid started I finally visited a restaurant.

Short line to get in while they checked everyones vaccination cards or Vacu ID on the phone.Good service, a bit slow since the place was full. Food was nicely cooked and the beer nicely cold. Of course, some prices are absurd for the amount of food they serve.

Prices on the Puerto rico longhorn are much higher than US. Food quality was excellent as always. Also they would not give us the employee discount. This again was on the longhorns in PR. Staff was excellent. Upper management in corporate needs to bring back all of the employee incentives.

Appetizers were really good but my steak was medium rare when I ordered it medium well. They took it back to the kitchen to cook it more but it was still medium rare.

The food at Longhorns is good without been wow. It is definitely not very affordable but it isnt very expensive either. Id say is a glorified fastfood that makes a big a big buck yearly obviously but it doesnt pay their employees well for all the work they ask them to do.

It took 3 attempts to get my steak cooked correctly. Ultimately, the manager was very responsive and sol ed the problems. My thanks to her but the question arises as to why it was so difficult to cook a steak to the required specification. The bartender was also very effective and friendly.

Food meet the expectations that one would expect from LongHorn. The only complaint was out of over six servers tat that seamed to just walking around, our waitress took an exceptionally long time to serve us and get replacement drinks. In one time it took 18 minutes to get a refill, and while waiting my wife finished her drink. And she had to start waiting another 15 minutes for her refill.The quality of the food earned 4 stars, and the waitress earned 1.5 stars.

Its a place I go on a common basis. I love the food and the staff is always checking on if we need anything. On rare ocassions you can find it kind of slow but its usually due to the high volume of people. Overall very good.

Long Horn never disappoints because it is meat the only way it was meant to be served. The Ponce locale is rather new and is being kept in tip top shape. The drink selection is wide as it has all your Long Horn favorites plus a few local drinks. Its a great place to bring the family and bust your buckle with a load of meat. The wait staff here is always very kind and attentive. The only thing that I would recommend they change is their prices. Its a bit on the expensive side but they do have affordable options. That said theres not many USDA certified choices around so I take what I can get.

Liked their food but was surprised they did not have special lunch offers for lunch like the rest of the restaraunts near by the mall area.

Food is great, but dont order off the specials list. The meats are tinyyyyy and you will still be hungry. The best appetiser is the sampler at a reasonable price $12.99

The restaurant was empty but they made us wait 10 minutes to be seated. The greens they used in salad were the pieces that should have been thrown out and it was smothered in salad dressing. It took 25 minutes to get our main plate after we got our salads. The churrasco was over cooked, tough and a cheap cut with no flavor. It seemed old. They offered to give me a new plate but I refused. The service was very slow. Over priced and will never go back. No compensation was offered, the manager did not stop by and when we left the people at the door did not say thank you for coming.

Fantastic! Large facility, cozy, met up with a friend I hadnt seen in years and it was the perfect setting! (6 peopleThe service was incredible and the place wasnt noisy. All of our food was phenomenal! As expected from Longhorn! 10/10 will visit again!

Nice and friendly staff, food was delivered to us as we ordered it, no mistakes. Our waitress was very kind and serviceful. As this is a chain quality is consistent, nothing out of this world really.

Been there twice in past two weeks. Wont go back. Caesar salad is drenched in dressing, wilted, and just gross. And I tried it on two occasions. Steak Sandwich was fine. Bar tender service was good the second time, pretty slow and forgetful the first time.
