LongHorn Steakhouse in Prattville

The bread and chicken fingers are so tasty. I also love their broccoli! I always get mine double steamed, because I don’t like it to be crisp at all. Something they use to season the broccoli just gives it a unique flavor.

Came in, the host was nice and made sure we were aware of a wait due to it being the weekend. Was told the wait was about 20 minutes, which isn’t bad. After the 30 minute mark I noticed there were people who came in after my friend and I get a table before us. When I went up to the host we were informed that our reservation was canceled and they weren’t sure what happened. We were given the next available table, but still had a bit of a wait before we could order and another wait to get our food. Everyone we spoke to was nice and apologetic about the situation so I wasn’t upset or anything. I would go back.

I ordered the chicken fingers, sweet potato and house salad.The chicken fingers were great but they were too small. I left there still the hungry. The Margarita was fantastic.

Best steak that I have had in a long time. Service was great, and the wait for my steak wasnt long. This location in Prattville is superior to the location in Montgomery.

Food was awesome but I dont know of our server had a bad day/night or what but Ive had better customer service. I pray things get better for her 🙏🏾

That eats at the longhorn steakhouse in Montgomery probably twice a month the food is always excellent and on the slight chance that its not they make it right immediately. The servers are a little slow at times and forgetful but I believe thats due to the restaurants man understaffed. I would highly recommend this place

I have eaten at steakhouses on the low and high end of the spectrum. The Prattville Longhorn is top tier. I did ask for extra/heavy seasoning, but my outlaw ribeye was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I didnt even have to use a knife 😩. The stuffed mushrooms were amazing. I will be back before the week is over...thats how good my food was!

The outlaw ribeye was cooked to perfection and the sweet potatoe andbrussel sprots were delicious. Fast and friendly service also.

My mother and I really enjoyed our meal. The staff was on point and ready to get us what we needed..Nice and quiet

Arrived before 5pm, so not crowded yet. Service was ok, but not exceptional. The porterhouse was well seasoned and tender. The lobster & shrimp chowder was also delicious. All the sides - fries, asparagus, broccoli were too salty.

I understand we had to wait but it was my sisters birthday we had a party of 8 and they still wanted to wait even longer but the waiter he was so nice I dont remember his name but he was extremely nice love it will be Back

What an awesome meal. The waitress was exceptional. The food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. I have the chopped steak and the Wild West shrimp. My wife had the ribeye hers was delicious and so was mine. We will definitely come back to eat here again.

This is a awesome place to eat at in Prattville. I would have loved to get the strawberry shortcake free since it was my birthday, but its OK. I did get ten percent off because I was staying at the hotel next to Longhorn steakhouse. The food was delicious and cooked to order. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our server Janice was totally amazing. Veey knowledgeable about the food items.. She is 1 of the best server we have ever had at any restaurant. The food was fair, hamburger steak was lacking flavor on a scale of 1 - 10 it was struggling to be a 3.

Everything was outstanding as usual! We had a large party with several young children. The staff was patient and attentive. We never got low on drinks and the wait for food wasn’t very long at all. Still one of my favorite lunch spots in town. #prattvillelocal

Always good food and good service. Love the firecracker chicken wraps for the appetizer and the parmesean crusted chicken is a favorite main dish. A bit crowded on weekends past 5pm. Try getting here around 430 or you may have to wait for seating.

Food was really goodThings are just not like they use to be , the steaks were not cooked correctly

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! OUR server was fantastic, she picked in my husband and my teenage kids. The food was incredible! Only regret is not knowing the servers name....I would only want her from now on. The food was great but SHE was Fabulous and fir that, I thank you!!!!

We enjoy Longhorn, but what impressed me most was how well the waitresses handled our 5 table party! They did an outstanding job with all of us.

This was my first time at Longhorn Steakhouse in Prattville, AL. They promptly brought us a little loaf of excellent bread with butter, etc. along with our water. Im sure the steaks are great, but we got the grilled salmon on a rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli. It was REALLY good, yall! They also provided an ice cream sundae free for my 86 year-old aunt because we were celebrating her birthday. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Good food, great service (with a SMILE!), and reasonable prices! Loved it!

We were sat quickly even though they were pretty busy. The server was quick to take and delivery drink orders. The food was very well prepared and came out in a timely manner. Only negatives would be a lack of up selling in general and no enticement to order a desert before dropping off the check. It is possible the server was more use to working weekday lunches where the quickness of dropping the check is vital.

Food was good, service was good, as always but there was this sour smell that tainted the experience.

I use the pickup & food is always fresh & good.So glad that y’all have started the curb side pickup.Really disliked going to the bar to pickup.

So, we the family went out for a bite after church. Sat down to a nice meal. Our server was great and attentive and very helpful. Her name was Rachell H. The location in Prattville AL. The whole table, x5 people, enjoyed our meal. Its been awhile in getting good service, so I do look forward to another visit

They are disorganized and the food quality is bad, this might pass a restaurant in small town but its very disappointing. Most orders where sent back and showed up late. Save money and try another restaurant.

The Longhorn in Prattville has always been our "go to" place. Weve tried other restaurants but no other has consistently good food and excellent service. If I could give this restaurant more stars I would!

The service, food, and drinks were great. Our first time at this location but it wont be the last. The wait wasnt outrageously long and they were decently staffed. Food came to the table in a timely manner and it was delicious.

Best Steak Ever...... The restaurant was very clean the staff was very friendly and fast.... Our waitress Taina was a wonderful young lady made sure we had everything we needed and keep our drinks full which is a plus for me.....I noticed she keeps a check on all her tables no one never had to wait for her to get what they needed.... All your staff are awesome and the manager on duty was a super nice guy....

The waitress was wonderful!!! This always make a difference for us. They are doing a wonderful job recovering from 2020. Keep up the good work guys.

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant BUT on June 21, 2022 between 3:30pm and 3:35 pm CST. The host had us waiting for more than 5 mins which build a line behind us. She arrived back with a defensive rude attitude that came out of nowhere and the young synthetic hair waitress followed up being sarcastic with us when we asked a question was enough rudeness for us to walk out. Perhaps both were having a extreme bad day!

The service was great but the $28.29 20oz OUTLAW RIBEYE had ALOT OF FAT ON IT. My father had the 8oz renegade top sirloin order it medium got it and had blood all in the plate Taylor took it back by the time a new steak was made all 5 of use were done with the meal and the new steak for my father was brought still had blood on the planet. It would have not been so bad if I had not recommend this place to them they traveled 300 miles to see us and had a bad dinner.Not worth the $119.36 we spent. This place is usually really good . BUT TAYLOR IS A GREAT SERVER AND A NICE GUY IF IT WAS NOT FOR HIM WE WOULD GIVE NO STARS

When I tell you the service is awesome!!! Quick and the food is delicious❤❤This is the one in Prattville. We went two days in a row. And they recognized and acknowledged us right away. I felt important😍

I went here just on a random night cause I wanted me a juicy steak and I must say I enjoyed it . We were greeted by some sweet waitress we just had to wait for 30 minutes… but I must say it was worth the wait … they were really good I got their mango flavored margarita it was so good also I got their shrimp of course for my appetizer it was sooo good and my fav steak .. it was juicy and had to take the rest home lol but I will return to this location.

Fantastic experience tonight. Camryn was great and the managers went out of their way to check on us. One even gave my son teddy grahams and made his night. Food was delicious will be back again.

Service was awful! Once the bread hit the table I asked the server and two host for ranch and waited 15 min and had to re-ask before receiving the Ranch. I order a medium sirloin and received a well done sirloin I sent it back and got a new one the new one was burnt all on the outside tasted like charcoal! Honestly it was an awful experience I’ve been waiting for my check for 15 min

We had the onion petals for our appetizer and they were very good. I had the 20 ounce ribeye bone in and it was cooked like I wanted, tender and tasty with a baked potato. My wife had the ribs and she said they were tender and had a good taste. Our waitress was friendly and kept a check on us. The only thing negative was it was noisy but they were busy.

We went about an hour before closing, food was great and our server was too!

Awesome food & service!!! A party of 11 had to wait over an hour for our table. We needed to be somewhere, so slightly stressed at seating. But we did not share this with wait staff, just glad to be seated. No worries, they had us served & out the door in less than an hour!! Food was wonderful, glasses were never less than half full, and everyone left happy & satisfied!!! Thank you, Longhorn!!!

Menus were dirty even when gave a new one. Iced tea was not good. Asked for fresh got same with very little ice. Waitress in the beginning wasnt friendly and never came back to table after asking fir fresh tea. A nre waitress came no names given on either person, manager wasnt very good either. Food was good. Service not so much.

My husband and I decided on a dinner out Thursday evening 12/13/18. We arrived just as their supper rush was starting. We were seated promptly and drink orders were taken almost immediately. The restaurant filled quickly with a company Christmas party in our section but the servers were on top of everything. They did an awesome job taking care of everyone. And our meal was outstanding. We dont visit Longhorn enough! Will definitely be back sooner than later.

Everything this evening was A1..the steak, shrimp, and lobster were all cooked to perfection and the margaritas set off the meal. The service was great and the food was superb, I could kiss the cooks!! The bar was a lil crowded but it was definitely worth it!!! We will be back 🙌🙌🙌🤞🤗

We had the parmesan chicken with broccoli thats covered in a lemon garlic butter sauce (we order extra sauce because its so good). This meal has become our favorite in the area. We usually have Rachel as our server but yesterday we had Curt or Kirk. He was new to town and from Texas. He was excellent. Best attitude of any server weve had in a long time.

Stopped in and ordered a 6oz sirloin with broccoli and crusted Mac and Cheese and let me tell y’all they did not disappoint. Steak was cooked great and very tasty. The Mac and Cheese was phenomenal and the broccoli was broccoli lol. The service we had was phenomenal and on point, the gentleman did an excellent job of serving us. Well worth the visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Longhorn. My waitress was very kind,and the food was fantastic!!! And even though I was eating alone,since my husband was having a minor procedure at the hospital,it was such a great lunch, it didnt bother me that I might look odd sitting alone.😊 Thank you Longhorn for a great lunch experience, and although its 30min away from me,I will be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!👍👍👍

We had a family of 12. The waitresses took great care of us. We never felt like a bother. They were very well trained. We also didnt have to wait over 30 minutes to be seated without a reservation on a Friday night. Delicious food! The Wild West Shrimp is our family favorite!

This Longhorn never disappoints! I highly recommend the firecracker chicken wraps, and I had the fried chicken sandwich today and it was amazing. I usually get a steak and its always cooked perfectly or the management makes sure they fix it. Vernies was our server and she did a great job! Well managed location!
