Loggers Tap House in Roseburg

Went there on 10/16/22 had the worst service I have had in along time, placed our order for 4 people. After 30 minutes 2 orders came out, no drinks no appetizers nothing till the 2 dinners came out and we had to say something. they didnt seem to care that it took so long and it was like we were bugging them to do there job, honestly I dont think Id ever go back, it was that bad, food was cold, but decent. Spent over $100 for cold food and poor service, and it wasnt even busy :(

Spent over $60 there last night which is expected nowadays. The chicken strips were not worth $17 they were super tiny and had zero crisp to the batter and were served cold. The french fries also were not crisped at all and both were cold like they’d been sitting forever before the burgers ever finished. The burger I ordered came with no cheese so they had to take it back to fix. Years ago loggers had some beer battered chicken strips that surpassed anywhere else. We were hoping they would be similar to the before quality but these were laughable and not even served warm. The waitress was decent but she came back from a break with her cigarette in her ear and completely made the whole area disgustingly filled with burnt cigarette smell and as a non smoker that’s not okay. You come in from break put your cig away and wash your hands before coming back out to customers. The only thing that was good was the pinwheels and my husbands beverage. This was the first time eating at the new location and it was highly disappointing. My brother who’s no longer with us used to help manage the old loggers years ago and I wish it’d go back to when the food was that good!

Excellent. We rolled up with no one in the dining room or parking lot but decided to check it out regardless. We were not disappointed! The staff made you feel like friends and were very attentive. Drinks and food were perfect as well. Would recommend. Also, the little one who put crystals in her eye makeup was just a doll and we adored her, as well as the lady who made my margarita. Super nice people. Thank you for the good time.

So my son and I went out to have lunch and I was never so disappointed my bill was 55 dollars for two little pizzas one that we found several human hairs on we quietly brought to the waitresss attention so she took the pizza and had them make another one which we found three more hairs on I was quite discussed and asked what was the issue the waitress said that my account would be credited back for the lunch so I call to Verify that that was going to happen the manager got on the phone and said that he was going to Reimburse only 20 dollars of a 55.20 bill I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone if the manager would’ve done with the waitress said she was going to do reimbursed the total bill I wouldn’t have had any issues they brought us two pizzas with hair on both of them and I’m still left and discussed the pizza sit on the floorboard of my vehicle like I said I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone in my opinion they should have reimburse me for the amount of my lunch because I didn’t eat but a couple pieces of pizza before we found the hair on the first pizza in the first place I will never eat there again more tell anyone else to either

When calling to order all I get is this is alisha please hold, then nothing else so we wait for 10 minutes an the call drops. Tried 2 more times different phones and was greeted with so little as can you hold then back to holding. . . . Lost my appetite

*Obscene* prices for greasy, mediocre pizza in a small Oregon town: $57 for two pizzas (one large, one mediumthat dont even have organic ingredients. Cheeseless pizzas literally dripping grease. At first we thought the prices were a result of the move to their new location, but nope: friends assure us the cost to eat here has always been outrageous. Dont get me wrong: the pizza doesnt taste bad, but for the price, they should be providing complimentary drinks, sides, and an Uber home when the meal is done. Subpar all around. Wont recommend them to anyone (in fact, just the opposite), and definitely wont be going back.

Customer service was tepid. While I was waiting to order, the assistant manager waited on a customer who walked up after me.

By far best beers all around in Roseburg. Stout, pils, citra and NW ipa all great.

Food was good service was good it is a little loud inside and evening sun issue. Pet friendly.

Tasty pizza. The Vege and Spotted Owl are favorites. Nice new facility on Stephens St in Roseburg.The mushrooms could be more fresh.

The Hawaii food truck was awful. No flavor & chicken was cold.All the good reviews must be from employees.Will not return.

On line order allows beer, however the restaurant only serves on-tap beer.Our pizzas were mysteriously "given away" at last minute. Accommodation was given as well as refund on alcohol. Pizza order redone and was very good. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Opening night they said.

Loggers is currently in between locations. I enjoyed loggers in their old location by the mall and the best part in my opinion are the cool monthly specials they always seamed unique. Loggers is still open in Winston and will be opening this location by the Red Barn soon. I am hopeful the location by the fish ladder still moves forward.

They were moving locations. The special said dinner Chicken Cordon Bleu, but they were only willing to do it on a pizza or sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with no bread and got what I wanted! Husband ordered a beer and the tap blew so they gave what they had for free, but didnt offer him another choice of beer.

We waited over an hour for a very simple order of salads and other finger food. Two salads of the five came out 20 minutes before two others. We had to go get out on utensils and dressing. After asking about our food we were treated rudely by the woman working the front counter. We ended up canceling the rest of our food after waiting so long and not being treated like customers. Rude service, slow, and not worth it.

Food was good as with the service. Place needs update, a bit gloomy for my taste but may not be with you. I like they introduced online payment. Scanning QR code and online payment make it faster and convenient. Food + QR Code payment = 4 stars for me.

Love the chili pizza! They have great monthly specials, but I wait all year for this one. Mobile ordering was easy, staff is great, and love the food.

I had a bowl of chili. Wonderful. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Not much flavor. Needed something. Well go back & try another dish. They have quite a menu. More than pizza. Quick service & nice people....

Best place in Roseburg,Or that I have been to for good food, great service and cold beer. Been there a whole bunch and each and every single time they are consistent. Today my wife and I had an early dinner before we enjoyed a movie at roseburg cinema. Joshua R. Was absolutely fantastic! Whoever hires the workers at loggers knows exactly what to look for in people. Joshua R. Is the epitamy of what a waitor/waitress or just customer service should be everywhere. I dont like to leave reviews, only when a severe impact was made, usually its for bad service. It nice to write a positive review for once. GO TO LOGGERS! IF YOU HAVENT, YOUR MISSING OUT!

Joshua R. was amazing. He made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend going here. Its always been a favorite of ours ever since we moved here in 2015. Thanks kindly for always treating us like family.

Loggers is fantastic they have great staff especially their server Taylor. The food is always good and although sometimes the service can be slow ( due to lack of staffing the Servers make sure you are informed and taken care of. A++ in my book.

Our FAVORITE thing in the world is the Garlic Spotted Owl but in a tortilla wrap! 💥💥💥 Cajun tots… oh my goodness! Once a week… no skipping! So good!!!(We minus mushrooms… but don’t tell Sam. 🤫)

Friendly staff.... Good food, amazing beer selection at a fair price. Fun local joint. Out of XL long sleeve tees but not enough to warrant knocking it down to four stars but.... I wish I could have bought one.... 😪😪😪😪Glad the Holiday Inn on Harvard Ave guy recommended it...

Great food! I love this place. But..... This is the second time Ive come in and ordered a "starter". Pinwheels this time. The first time I was comped and was barley given a "sorry". Yesterday Ordered the same "Starter" and pizza. It all came at once. Why call it a starter 🤔. Barkeep was rude when I said I will not pay for the "Starter".

One of our favorite spots. Staff is friendly and attentive. We always have the brisket sandwich when we are in town. Food is always top notch and they have a good selection of beer on tap.

We went there for lunch and there was no grill service, only pizza and salads. However, that actually worked in our favor because we had one of the best pizzas! They are wood fired and our dough was light and crispy. We had pepperoni and mushroom, both of which tasted delicious. We can see why they win awards for their pizza.

I love loggers but the last time I have gone we were seated, ordered, received our drinks, then was told the grill was closed and had the choice of only pizza.Not there fault just wished i was sooner informed.Note to self, make sure the grill is open.Awesome staff, cooks, bartenders... Just wish I was told sooner.

AMAZING! Cant compliment the restaurant or the staff enough! It was our first time eating here today and Heather was our server. She was FABULOUS and checked up on us often, went above and beyond for our table, and served us some delicious food. We tried the deluxe pinwheels today with pepperoni and mushrooms, buffalo wings, and their widow maker pizza! The price was VERY fair considering we got a pound and a half of wings.I will be counting the days until I get to come back for sure and will be dreaming about those pinwheels until then! If you dont get anything else, definitely budget for the pinwheels! Thank you SO much for the great service and delicious food!

So this place needs some work. Food is 10/10 and so are the drinks. The service however is like a 5/10 maybe even less. No hostess was at the front when we got there so we stood there upwards of 5-10 minutes. We finally got seated and ordered some alcohol which was amazing, but also took 5-10 minutes to show up at our table ( btw there was no one else in the restaurant except for us.In other words I would recommend the food and drinks 100% ,but waitresses need more training and so do the bar tenders

I always enjoy Loggers when we go there. This time we ordered a plate of their boneless wings with the sweet thai chili sauce. I like the fact that their boneless wings are actually chunks of chicken and they are always hot (tempwhen they come out and the sauce is a family favorite for us. We also ordered the Garlic Spotted Owl pizza. The pizza was good on its own but we figured out real quick that if you dipped it in the sweet thai sauce it was great. The food as usual was great. The service was as good as can be expected as they are short handed and also they had a family reunion and a birthday party going on so it took a bit to get a table. Once we got our table our waitress was quick to get our orders and between taking care of the birthday party she made sure we were taken care of. I always enjoy my experience when we go to Loggers and this time was no exception.

I love Loggers! I mean yes, its a small town family owned and friendly bar so its a little greasy and a little dim, but honestly the food is good and the servers are friendly if busy. its no five star place but it is good comforting eats! Also, those pinwheels. I love them so much.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a Canadian Bacon and fresh tomato. Every time I have had this kind of pizza elsewhere during the last 60 years has the tomatoes put on top of a hot pizza but my pizza came with a box of flavorless cold sliced tomatoes in a styrofoam box. The pizza lacked any tomato flavor...did they forget the tomato sauce?? And no detectable Italian seasonings at all so basically a bland pizza that I ended up throwing the remainder away after two slices and wasted $20

A quick pint and a garlic spotted owl pizza to go. The pizza was great. It took about 40 minutes to come out after we ordered. Dim atmosphere were sports on all the televisions. The service was good.

I was a little unsure when I saw the menu items here. Beer batter coated French fries? Nevertheless I had the BlackBerry jalapeno hamburger and fries and was pleasantly surprised. The hamburger was well cooked but still juicy and the flavor combination was phenomenal. The beer batter fries were way better than I would have ever guessed. Especially with goop to dip them in (fry sauce)

Nice place first time here. The staff was very friendly the decor was definitely of a wooden loggers Tap House. Good selection of beers. The food was good I had a French dip sandwich they had a great little tinge of smoke to it and tasted wonderful. My wife had the turkey BLT said it was really good she had the tots and I had the beer battered fries both were very tasty. The bathroom was a little dated and cramped but all in all good experience well come back again.

Great place with some character. Greeted warmly at the door. Known for their burgers. Served half beef half pork. Mmmmmmm!Respectable beer list. Restaurant next to a saloon. Good for families.

Great locally owned casual dining. Good service family/pub atmosphere with separate bar. Nice place to catch a game or catch up with friends. Locals rave about the pizza but warn that they the take time to do it right. Family friendly.

My wife enjoyed the Spring Roll salad - she said it was a little spicy. We had mozzarella sticks and pinwheels for appetizers. For pizza we had a pep with cheese and a Mediterranean with half veg and half regular. I was very surprised by the number of menus options.The place was clean. It took a little while to get seated, but it was a really busy night. The employees were noticeably friendly even though they were very busy--its the mark of a good place to work or get food; both of which garners my support.Nice enjoyable atmosphere that has a small home town feel.If you are looking for food outside of the usual chain restaurants, this is a great option.
