Logan's Roadhouse in Hancock

Had some trouble with the Logan sirloin. It was just a bad cut of meat. But Faye got the replacement order quickly. Excellent job by Faye of taking care of her customers.

We went here 10/30/2022. It seemed things would go alright. I ordered a chopped steak well done because the chefs seem to have issues with cooking medium well steaks. Well, wouldnt you know it...they couldnt get that right either. When I first cut the steak it seemed medium well, the way I like it. I cut in the middle just to be sure, and it was good there too. So, Im thinking the steak is good to go. However, as I ate pass the middle it started to get bloody. Showed it to the server and she not so much as offered to have it taken back or get a manager...just simply tells me how she hates pink meat. Needless to say, we wont be going back, not that it matters; because if her attitude is any reflection of managements attitude, they could care LESS about their customers.

No to the fish... thought it was cod... but it was super fishy tasting.The service was decent, waitress was friendly.

Good steak and well-buttered rolls. Hard-working, no nonsense staff.

Shrimp scampi, Ceasar Salad, and the French onion soup are all amazing. Service was nice and consistent.

All our food was delicious although small things were missed when coming out of the kitchen. Burgers didnt have the burger sauce but not a deal breaker.

$15 for this entree!!!! Literally in the picture for the Maui Steak Skewers it shows 3 skewers of steak on top of a bed of rice. This is hardly what I call a meal. I understand that yes not everything you get is going to look like the picture, but this is definitely not an entree size of any kind! My husband ordered food for pickup and when we got home this is what was in the box. Such a huge disappointment to not actually being served an actual entree meal.

My wife and I came here to get something to eat before the loud and crazy show ft Brian head Welch.I ordered the pile high bbq plate. The BBQ pork wasnt that great and the buns tasted kinda odd. My wife ordered steak and Ribs she had to ask them to bring her ribs out cause they didnt bring them out the first time. I had some of those ribs and they were a little to crunchy. Our waitress was nice and brought our food out on time. But other than that we wont be back.

I was appalled by the manager named Brandon who was yelling and screaming at a female server in front of the entire restaurant. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. The entire restaurant looked uncomfortable as there were children present while he was screaming the F word for all to hear. I will not return to this establishment if this is the environment that I’m paying for.

Was a decent place to eat. Our food was slightly over cooked but tasty. Service by Aubry was outstanding!

Food was awesome had the biggest sweet potato ever

Paid $27 for a salmon Cesar salad add 2 crab cakes. I got a bed of lettuce (no dressing includedand 2 fried pucks with no crab at all. Please advertise as fried/frozen crab cakes do not advertise as regular crab cakes. Total waste of money

Have been here twice now and has been great both times. The service was fast and quality of food was super high. The steak was cooked to perfection. They so many different sides to choose from. The crab Mac and cheese is the bomb will definitely be back for more.

Service was great from the greeting to the check. Manager was very efficient to all the guests. Definitely going back.

Hubby and I enjoyed our meals. The rolls were ok, nothing special. I had the 6 oz sirloin with broccoli and mac n cheese and he had the 12 oz sirloin with sweet potato and corn. The steaks were fantastic! Sides were average although Hubby got a huge sweet potato he couldnt finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice steak dinner and the price is reasonable.

Server was too busy flirtingor hiding in the kitchen to bring our drink order, our salad dressing, the rolls we requested or anything else. She took our order and that was about it. Food was5 out of 10 rating. Will not return.

We dined in and service wasn’t good. Server was forgetful, got a side wrong, and didn’t check on us frequently enough. We ordered a meal to go for my son. Unfortunately, didn’t check the meal before we paid & left. The surf & turf trio we brought home looked like someone else’s leftovers. It was supposed to have a skewer of shrimp over rice. There was no skewer, only 4 shrimp, and barely any rice. It was supposed to have garlic and dill sauces, they weren’t included. But what was included were onion straws & ONE waffle fry which weren’t a part of the entree according to the description.

My son and I took my sister to Logans Roadhouse for her birthday today. NEVER again will I eat there. The food was terrible. It was our first time and I wanted to go somewhere different. Our steaks had ZERO flavor and mine wasnt cooked to my liking. I sent it back to the kitchen. I told the server that it needs more seasoning. He said it was seasoned when he brought it back to me. I tried it and I had to use the A1 sauce to give it a bit of flavor. Im sure the server didnt cook our food. I left him an 18% tip. Our dog is going to be eating good for the next few nights. I cut some up for him, added a little burger seasoning to it and mixed it with his food.

Great dinner, good atmosphere. The meal was prepared well and served by a very nice and attentive waitress.

Our First Time Eating at Logans Roadhouse, Pretty Disappointing! Waited Forever for Our Food, and They Were Not Busy. Dads Soup came Out Cold. I Feel the Our Food was Subpar.

Logan’s is located within The Commons shopping center in Martinsburg. We have visited here multiple times, but, we do not go here a lot!This trip was as expected and the food was good, however, the club sandwich that we had was substantially smaller than most that we have ordered in this area with the pricing being about the same. We ordered with waffle fries although I am not a huge fan and they were as expected.The service was decent, drinks were kept full and the staff was friendly.

My wife and I havent gone out to eat in months and decided to go out. We mistakenly chose Logans. The staff was nice but the food was terrible.I ordered the full rack of BBQ Ribs and they were dry and had one swipe of BBQ across the top of them... Overcooked and very little sauce... the steamed broccoli side I ordered came out in a literal plastic baggie that I had to dump out onto my plate, and the broccoli was still hard and crunchy..... the BBQ baked beans are a joke too.The only good thing I had was my Barqs Root Beer.My wife ordered the Country Chicken with gravy and it was so greasy it was dripping...Ive ate here in the past and its always been a "decent" place but this experience was so bad I had to leave a review. Safe yourself the hassle and drive a little further to Texas Roadhouse.

The food was amazingly great. Server was very nice but not so attentive. Placed order - No Broccoli. How can you run out of broccoli! After waiting a fair amount of time, my meal came. Half way though the main entre, my salad showed up! Salad should have been there way before main course. Her comment was, they were fast! No, she was slow. After finishing, Appropriately she brought me the check. I was planning to use a credit card and placed it in the folder with the check and the server was no where to be found. I waiting about 5-10 minutes and paid cash and left. It was 230 in the afternoon and it was not that busy. I should not have left the tip I did but Im not that kind of person. But, the middle of the afternoon, not too busy, the young server should have been a little more attentive. She was a chatty girl, very nice but should have been a little more professional.

Logans is a chain restaurant and my experience up until now has been great. I never expect a Michelin star experience but I do usually expect to have consistently good fresh food and excellent service when I go to a Logans steakhouse here. This location fails in almost every way a restaurant can fail. Our waiter was kind but ambivalent most of the service more interested in socializing...i think. . Our water was never filled and we had to ask for silverware. We did receive a basket of rolls which were delicious but were never offered more Which is customary at a Logans restaurant. When my steak arrived it was burned to a crisp I mean literally black on the outside and tough on the outside I could barely chew it and returnedt he entire meal. The broccoli on my wifes plate was so mushy it fell apart. Our salads were a few pieces Lettuce a pile of shredded cheddar cheese one sad cucumber slice and stale croutons .... The vinegarette dressing was so Laden with preservatives you could barely taste the vinegar.... This was very disappointing very disappointing to say the least.. Our waiter did attempt to compass a meal or a dessert we refused....

Horrible service would not recommend, placed order via Grubhub over $60 recieved an order that wasnt mine, plust it took over 90 minutes to receive. Contacted Logans Roadhouse Manager was less than helpful and wasnt professional. Extremely disappointed and wont give them another try, Manager blamed Friday night and the Grubhub driver.

Great foot but terrible customer service. Especially when you order delivery. They never put the sides asked for and just seem to throw it together forgetting things. This happens almost every time we order! Even if I call to remind them to make sure they don’t leave anything out, they still do every time! And if you call back in they’re rude and dismissive. Again just all around bad customer service

The drink I had was so good. I think it was Tropical Hurricane. The steak was cooked just right. The baked potato was huge. Only not so good was fried pickles. Didnt care for breading. The waitress was good. Highly recommend.

Weekly dinner with co-workers - waited almost 45 min to be seated. Server was kind but seemed new or unaware. We were starving and took us forever to get rolls, when drinks came, there were no straws given, so I got some from the seating stand, dishes were not cleared timely, certain food was not available, my filet was a mediocre cut of meat at best - I left half of it uneaten because of all the fat. Disappointed at best.

Typical "Chain Restaurant", good food and decent service. Like many restaurants today, they were short staffed, so our meal seamed like it took longer than it should have. This Restaurant was convenient since it was next door to the Hotel we were staying at. It seemed like a popular local Restaurant.

the servers deserve 5 stars all day, they greeted us quickly, and were so kind, attentive and just beyond! I ordered a buttermilk fried chicken with white gravy and fries with coleslaw.. The fries are amazing and the chicken tenders were crispy. But please put more mayonnaise on the coleslaw!!! That slaw needs moisture!! And not from from vinegar! The food is good, but in this day in age we need to support everyone no matter what. They work and try hard. The food is delicious and amazing! Logan Id love to come back and try your burgers!

Have eaten here before the food has always been good . Was there last night I tried the signature burger and a family member had the supposed wood fired shrimp . The burger was so dry I couldn’t eat it and the wood grilled shrimp came out fried . And it was still $70 . I will find another place to eat !!

Ordered Ribeye dinner with fried shrimp side. No cocktail sauce with the shrimp. The steak was thin, fatty and tough with no flavor. I was supposed to get side salad, even paid for extra dressing. I got the extra dressing but no salad. The manager Adam says is DoorDashes problem to fix even though DoorDash did nothing wrong, Logan’s failed to complete the order. The few times in the past any restaurant made error they dealt with getting fixed via DoorDash, not this manager. I was on my own. Never again!

Had a great time at Logan’s tonight. Our server, Faythe, was impeccable and made our visit easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. AND, the food was delicious! Get the pork chops, you won’t regret it

We were here for lunch on a slow day. We waited a long time for service. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than working, which seems to be the new normal. When we finally got to order our food took forever to come to the table. It was cold and 2 plates werent ordered to our specifications. I didnt say anything because I knew it was going to take forever to get a replacement meal. We have only eaten here twice and decided to take this off our eat here again list. My suggestion is to drive the 50 minutes to Ashburn, Va and eat at Texas Roadhouse. Im sure the bar crowd likes Logans, and Im sure they get better service.

walked in door never acknowledged by the six staff members standing behind podam ... server had excuse for coffe and tea machine being used so we had to wait for our coffee... she never clears a dish from our table and my six inch sirloin was maybe 3 if that not cooked at med pretty much well done. my best experience was at your location until Saturday? sorry I never do reviews like this. I love the location because its so Convention to my family and friends .

Service is good but the past few times Ive been here with my wife they seem to have forgotten how to cook. My wife and I were served Raw chicken twice... manager didnt even seem to care.

We visited on a Saturday, late in the afternoon, as a party of 12. They were quick to arrange tables to accommodate such a large group and had us seated in minutes. The wait staff was unbelievable attentive and cheerful, especially for these trying times. The food was magnificent I have never had a steak cooked more perfectly to specification, the others in our group agreed that their food was prepared well too. We will definitely visit again.

Had dinner Saturday night and sat at the bar. After driving 800 miles earlier in the day we were hungry and thirsty. Logans did not disappoint. Only suggestion would be is to sell the 22 oz barrel mugs.

Asked for my steak medium well so to be sure it would be cooked. This rare steak is what I recieved. When I called to complain the manager wouldnt even get on the phone to talk to me to see what the issue was. I was told to handle it through door dash. Horrible cook and customer service

I had to call and complain. I picked up my order. I asked this dude at the desk, they were not busy. I said "can I get a side of BBQ sauce with my order" he said yes and walked to the back. He came back less than a minute later and handed me my bag I said "wow that was fast did you remember the BBQ sauce" he said "yea I did" theres no sauce. Also theres no butter or anything with their rolls which is really annoying. When I asked if they served butter or anything with their roles the worker on the phone said “I don’t know”. That was it. She said to come back in for sauce. Gee thanks.

Didn’t realize medium meant overcooked? This place is not near the price it’s worth. This meal was gross. The bun was still doughy and tough to eat. The burger was chard to hell and back. Mac & cheese is just literal Kraft Mac and the broccoli was mush. You get like 10 pieces of hard fries. Skip this place and go to outback. Not worth time or money. Honestly not worth leaving this review but I’d hate to see others waste their money like I did. Wish I could get my money back

This was a last minute pick for our dinner while driving around Martinsburg all day looking for geocaches.We took a chance and rolled in around 4:40 p.m. We were originally told it was going to be a 45 minute wait, so we said we would pass, but they stopped us and said there might be a table freeing up soon. They were right....we waited for less than 10 minutes!We were seated at a nice big table. We had 6 people and we had plenty of room at our table. We met our waitress shortly after and she was very good! I really wish I would have gotten her name… but I forgot to ask and after the fact, no one remembers getting her name. She was full of energy and was very attentive to our needs.Even though it was Saturday, they still had a special going on that we could get a dinner with 2 sides for only $8.99! 4 of 6 of us took advantage of that deal. One of us ordered the potato skins appetizer for their dinner, and one of us ordered the kids meal hamburger.While we waited for our meals they brought out bread/rolls that were so fresh and soooo delicious!! We also asked for peanuts, which they offer if you ask for them. They just asked that we dont throw the shells on the floor.Our food came and it was great! The 4 people who ordered the meals all got the steak. It was cooked to perfection. 2 of us got medium steaks and the other 2 were medium well. Even though they were just 6 oz sirloins, they were plenty big enough for our dinner along with a baked potato and steamed broccoli which is what most people got. We did try the cinnamon apples and they were very good as well.The total bill came to about $82 before the tip. This was for 5 adults and one 13 year old girl. None of us were drinking alcohol so all we had to drink was sodas.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the Martinsburg area and wants a nice experience for dinner. It is family friendly and I would not have any problems going back there again!

Couldnt wait to eat here this evening! Spent $90 at quick glance I see that I have all my food, but when I get home I have no marinara for my mozz sticks, they gave me a wrong entree, and for one of the other apps, the sauce that was supposed to be on the side....was drizzled happily all over the place. When I called to tell them, they said they would remake my entree and correct the issues. So I went and picked up the remake, just to come home and see that the pork chops were barely cooked, they were still chewy! 🤢By this time I have already spent over an hour trying to get this food correct so my family can have dinner. I call back again to let them know AGAIN, and for all my troubles, Im granted with a correct meal in the future! Whoa!!!! Thanks Logans!

The place is really cozy and the food is always good! This is our new favorite dine in place near our house. We love it here! 💓

Anniversary drinks and dessert were great. Had a Prickly Pear that tasted Awesome! Server was was very nice and attentive. Great ending to our day of celebrating our love for one another.

Where do I start. What better place to start than with the salad, only our was brought out as I was cutting into my over cooked filet. I ordered and filet with a skewer of grilled shrimp. In the menu the shrimp were butterflied in half and at least 2 inches in length and layered over a generous portion of rice. Im posting a picture so Ill spare you the details. I also ordered loaded mashed potatoes which came with cheese and bacon that was it. They were dry and crunchy. My second steak was brought out by a manager who was extremely nice and though it was still over cooked it was at least tender so I went ahead took it. Though by this time my other food was cold and my husband had already finished his plate (he had salmon and thoroughly enjoyed hisso my night out to eat ended with a to go plate and an empty stomach. We wont be dining at Logans ever again....
