The food was delicious!!We had excellent service, my coffee was never empty.Ill be sure to visit again.Highly recommend!!

Ill start out by saying my family and I did not order any food here. We were in VA Beach for the Alice in Wonderland event on October 22nd. We had been walking around for a bit and wanted to get some drinks and chill for a little while. So we went here. My mom got a couple of cups of coffee and I had a soda and a water. My son got a water. And my daughter I belive had a fountain drink and also a water. We did not order waters bc we are cheap. We ordered them bc thats what we wanted and we werent hungry. We just wanted to get refreshed and then continue our game. The waitress was very very nice. The man that was working, seating people, was not nice at all. I believe he may have been either a manager or the owner. He kept making super rude faces at us. So I looked around trying to see why. There were other people in there so we werent keeping them from closing. Also, there were plenty of available seats so we were not keeping other people from being seated. I suppose we just werent spending enough money? Then at one point he actually pointed at us and loudly "pfft." Like whatever sound you think of when you read that word is what he did. While pointing at us. We still tipped $10. But it was just rude to be that way. The waitress was great. Sorry we didnt spend more. Now we definitely wont ever.

The absolute best breakfast bar… the Greek fried dough is the best!!! Crispy and regular bacon, four different types of eggs, pancakes , waffles, biscuits , gravy (homemade), fruit , etc………..this will be our go to when we visit Virginia Beach! The man who works the bar is a pro!

Food was not the best. The food was old and dry and the fruits had a sour taste to them. The drinks had no flavor it was basically nothing but water. I wouldnt eat there. My honest opinion

I was extremely disappointed that they were broadcasting Fox News on both their TVs. Pushing this greedy agenda of hype and fear and disinformation is not a pleasant pairing with breakfast. I would suggest something more innocuous for like the weather channel or sports. Better yet, how about encouraging conversation with real humans and remove the TVs. But until then, I have no more money for such a divisive setting.

Their breakfast was good. They have a menu or you can do the buffet. We had a wonderful waitress two days in a row. She was fantastic.

Great food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. My son and I particularly recommend the French Toast. Buffet was very affordable.

The eggs were perfectly cooked. Thinking about the potatoes make my mouth water now. Taste like Grandma is holding class in that kitchen. I havent been satisfied with breakfast anywhere else.

This log cabin pancake house is located at 1614 Atlantic avenue Virginia Beach Virginia in between 16th and 17th street. Whenever we’re at beach we prefer to eat at this place and today we stopped there for breakfast because they buffet option too so you can eat whatever you like to eat and buffet is at very affordable price and besides meats you can eat eggs like omelette, French toast, potatoes,bread slices, and there pancake for which this location is known. They got different kinds fruits too. Customer service is excellent, restaurant got plenty of seats to dine in, tables chairs,sofas, everything is clean and neat. There is parking in the rear , nice place to dine with family. We feel safe and comfortable to dine in there

A bit pricey @$18 for a breakfast buffet food wasnt bad but everything seemed to be coated in butter and greese not a healthy breakfast, pick the prices from the top

the buffet is excellent..we will always go there in our upcoming trips to Virginia Beach, loved it.

This place always has an awesome buffet and the family who runs it are always kind and accommodating. Best breakfast around, hands down

The server was awesome !! The food was not so great. The food bar was limited in what was available and it looked like some may had been there for a little bit. We ordered off the menu instead and for eggs and bagel was more expensive than the buffet. I was not impressed for the cost do 4 people to eat. $80

It was ok,. They push their breakfast buffet but it was nothing worth writing home about at least for the price they charge. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Probably wont go there again.

It was just ok, there are so many better places in the area. The food was nothing special, and slightly overpriced for what we got.

Nice breakfast buffet. Fresh Watermelon and Muskmelon were good. Pancakes and french toast, bacon, seasoned potatoes. Other fruit container looked like canned fruit cocktail...instead, they really should have fresh Pineapple. Staff were friendly and on top of making sure plates were cleaned up and soft drinks were replenished.

The absolute worst beakfast in the USA. By far. I would rather eat the sand on the beach. We had a party of 8 and all 8 people could not even eat their food. As a matter of fact this is the second trip that we made to this restaurant. The first time we all thought the food was terrible but figured the chef had a bad day. Nope. Even the bagel was terrible. Shells in the eggs old sausage you name it. Payed over $140 also and i swear i wouldnt eat it if they payed me too. The manager said they crack alot of eggs so there is bound to be shells in them.

I took my son and his teammates for breakfast today and I was disgusted by one of the waitresses called Angela! That lady was so nasty and rude to customers. They were a family of Spanish people in the restaurant and she yelled really loud:”Did you speak English?”It was so diminishing! The family was so embarrassed!I will not give them my money anymore if their employees are coming at customers who supposed to help with their wages that way! I used to love that place but it is losing its touch.The buffet breakfast food used to be the bomb but now it is no longer the case! Everything is watery.They need to step up their game!

I love food.This will be my go to when we come back for vacation. I tried all items on the breakfast buffet. It was amazing.

Man last time I was in Virginia Beach this was me and the woman’s spot! That was before COVID, I didn’t care for the food it looked and tasted different and without the love! I paid $10 for orange juice because we didn’t know the small glasses weren’t free refills. $18 for a plate is a pretty high price for what I got as well. Times are different but this place changed for the worse. Makes me sad because we loved it so much..

The staff is friendly and the food is great. They make their own French bread each day for the French toast. The slices are HUGE!They also keep the restaurant clean. Some places just do a quick wipe. Not here. They wipe surfaces completely and sweep after each table leaves.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Coffee was from the other day. Pancakes were rock hard. Sausages were raw. DO NOT COME HERE!!! AND I AM NOT REVIEWING THE WRONG PLACE! THIS IS ON THE STRIP OF VA BEACH!! Do not come here

Pancakes are great bacon and sausage good the buffet was a little cold though! Worth the money and staff are delightful!

Guy who seated us was friendly waited bout 5 mins for our waiter which they wernt even busy the tea was not fresh pancakes were not the best eggs were a bit undercooked but the waiter was friendly enough not a bad place but a bit pricey

Great service aside from when we first arrived and they tried to deter us by fabricating the wait time. Breakfast buffet was good and at a very reasonable price.

It was just okay. I like trying foods just moved down here. Ive tried sals 17th St pizza, Wangs kitchen andmany taquerias and all of them have met my expectations and made friends with the owners and all of them have got 5 star review from me but felt this place is more money minded than service. Never seen a waitress drop check when I took my first bite. It was my second time here. First time I ordered burger which deserved 4 star but my todays experience was not good. I would say just lost a possible regular customer. Thanks.

It was ok. We all got the breakfast buffet for $16.99 per person. There wasnt as much variety as I thought, but we left full. I wasnt impressed with the no free refills on soda.

As our tour continues in Virginia our hopes we’re not high, but as we took our first bites our spirits changed. We did not get the buffet but we had scrambled eggs with cheese French toast sausage links and waffles everything was great the eggs were fluffy and seasoned well. Moving on the the French toast you can tell it’s fresh I would get this again for sure well done!! Decor was pretty cool too

So i go here every year an have always love the place this year i was told i needed to go some place else cause i couldnt order what i wanted. I DO NOT EAT PANCAKES I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU WANT ME TO HAVE. I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE EXTRA INSTEAD I WAS TURNED AWAY. SO I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET WHAT I WANTED. Go to 27th st foods better anyways.

Great breakfast and the food arrived in a timely fashion. Get here early because they do close before 1pm. They also have an open breakfast buffet (25 items).

Buffet is a good value for the price ($16 after tax). A variety of eggs, both pancakes & french toast, bacon, sausage links, toast, biscuits, gravy ,a selection of fruits and plenty of other items Im leaving out. Friendly staff and a clean environment, I always make sure to visit when in VA Beach.

I was looking for a little local place to eat because they are usually the best places. My stop did not disappoint. I wasnt super hungry, so I picked a few items of the menu with the help of my very friendly waitress. My food was ready pretty quickly, with much bigger portions than I expected, and tasted super delicious. If Im ever in the area again, I will definitely visit again!

Great food ordered off the menu. We has the Mediterranean Omelet and Belgian Waffle with eggs. We werent interested in the buffet. We had prompt service and a short wait to be seated. Would recommend to anyone craving breakfast food for lunch in the Virginia Beach area!

Nice place with friendly staff. Waitress was polite and courteous. Coffee was good. French toast was really good. The fresh baked bread they use sets it off. Might wanna center around french toast n add combo with it.

Warm, cozy, family-friendly atmosphere set one block from the boardwalk. Casual and quaint options offer cook to order and buffet options. They followed all proper covid-19 guidelines while I dined here. If you want a quick bite or to take your time and enjoy the buffet this place is great. They sanitize between customers and overall looked very clean. They have great prices and a wide variety of menu options. I will definitely be returning here for a delicious breakfast if I ever return to the area.

Affordable great breakfast. Grits done perfectly and French toast tasted like my Grannys. Very friendly, attentive employees. They serve Mimosas🌺Still plenty of room during this time of stop the spread of the SARS-COV2 virus so we didnt have a wait for a booth to sit.

Fast seating. We had long waits at other places. Food is good. Buffet was good, they have you wear your mask and use a disposable glove when going. Good for a quick bite.

Really good service from our waitress and the person greeting and manning the buffet station. Was a little disappointed in the buffet itself because it advertised on the menu "over 25 items" on the buffet. It didnt look nor feel as if there were 25 items, but if you count the butter, syrup, sausage and gravy with the rest of the food items then I guess there was 25. You are better off ordering a meal. They do offer mimosas and other adult beverages. Okay, so me and the hubby actually sat here and counted from memory. There were 25 items. Opens super early!!!

Service was excellent and the kids and I had the breakfast buffet that ended around 2pm. They only replaced what appeared to be the most popular items, which was excellent. The other items that were not regularly replaced, like the Belgian waffles, while you could tell was slightly “old”, they were still good. Definitely a place to stop if In town and I would eat here again.

Place was great, customer service was fast and friendly. Its an all you can eat but still have a great order menu. My son got steak eggs which he loved and the wife a freshly made crab cake. I enjoyed all the items at the buffet
