I really love this restaurant! Fresh seafood all the time. I hope they open soon.

First off, excellent name - you’ll never forget this restaurant. Amazing pasta and service - we stayed a little longer and they gave us each fantastic champagne on the house.

Lovely friendly place with good seafood and excellent friendly service. Located in a cool street too. Sorbet with vodka is an inspired idea.

The staff is so attentive. Customer service is excellent. The food is great. I had a citrus seafood salad and seafood pasta which were delicious. I will return.

Here in Florence for 4days and wanted something else less meaty and truffle, found this cozy restaurant with cute refreshing decoration. Seafood was very fresh and you can taste the original taste of the freshness. However if you usually like more strong flavouring then probably you will find this a bit too light. Price wise was okay not the most affordable place due to mainly serving seafood. Pasta portions are huge and very generous with the seafood. Worth to try it out :)

Love this restaurant! The staff speaks fluent English and sensitive too. We were served with peach juice for welcome drinks instead of alcohol. The seafood pasta was the best Ive ever tried in Florence. They even gave us free ice cream for dessert. Will definitely return here the next time Im in Florence.

Very delicious seafood pasta. Price was reasonable given that quite a lot of seafood in the spaghetti. One of the best we ever had in italy.

This place was "English friendly". They had menu in English and the wait staff spoke English well.The food was decent, but they came out in the wrong order. Our main course came first and before we finished it, the starter came. I had to ask them to slow down.They did not have house wine. So their wine was relatively expensive (in Florence standard), starting at ~20 Euros per bottle.

The service was good and the food was delicious. A welcome prosecco and limoncello sorbet digestivo! Very reasonably priced as well.

Must try for seafood lovers! Awesome hospitality, cosy ambience and most importantly fresh and yummy seafood! Best meals in Italy so far! Mamamia!

Service, food, wine, all outstanding! The host and waiter were all smiles and made us feel so welcome. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco (which was free I might add), followed by some pleasant conversation and recommendations on food and wine. We will most certainly be returning the next time we are in Florence. Did I mention the food was amazing?!

Maritime ambience married with attentive service. Well priced food and affordable wines. The only restaurant we visited on this trip that offered a prosecco welcome drink and a limoncello invitation liqueur at the end. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at Lobs. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was very cosy. I also like the decor. It was quaint, and made me feel right at home.

Had the pleasure of eating there twice for diner ( salmon and scallops+prawns). Both plate were really good and I highly recommend the place . The only negative I have is they only carry 1 beer and its not good (Messina. If you like fish/ seafood this is an great place at decent price .

The food was excellent. Seafood pasta was very tasty. Service was good. The waiters were very attentive. The seafood platter for 2 was a bit too expensive in my opinion.

The combination of crab and tomato sauce is great. Crab meat perfectly absorbs the taste of the sauce, very delicious.The restaurants environment is good, very comfortable. A glass of champagne will be served before the meal.

Has to be the best restaurant in Florence. Service beyond excellent , so friendly and helpful. Explained all aspects of the menu, recommending dishes and wine. Recommend 100%

This place is the best place for enjoying various seafood pasta, and better than any other tourist traps. The staffs were so kind, welcomed us with excellent service. definitely want to visit here once again if i will have a chance to visit Florence.

Not great...good service and pleasant staff...we ordered griddled seabass...very tiny portion ...just one small fish split between us...poor salad..

Excellent seafood and pasta! In a place where most restaurants serve red meat, this was a rare find. Portions were ample and food was really tasty. And service was attentive and friendly. If you are in Florence and craving seafood; this is definitely a go to.

Delightful seafood restaurant on a lovely alley. Fresh fish! A rarity in Florence- the other places I ate at definitely froze their lobster but this was very fresh! The crab was delicious as was the pasta.Very good service, none of the snobbery that can sometimes accompany food of this quality.Nice outdoor seating, would definitely go again if I wasnt leaving tomorrow 😫

Decided to end our final night in Florence with an apparently good restaurant based on reviews. BIG MISTAKE!1. When asked if made reso we said no and the waiter scoffed and shook his head when the restaurant was pretty empty2. Everyone got served free procesco and dessert except our table3. Lobster arrived without meat as shown in photo below.4. When asking for the waiter for attention he looked and ignored us5. The same waiter who scoffed and ignored us asked for tips which I thought was the biggest joke I have heardWill not recommend and will tell others not to visit. If you choose to order lobster with linguine please do check if it does come with the actual meat. Good luck.

Our favourite restaurant in Florence there is always a good welcome and friendly service. The variety of the fish dishes is good and well cooked.

Owner was friendly with great service and the food was awesome! Try their linguine with lobster and fried squid with shrimps, you won’t be disappointed!

I went for dinner. Nice atmosphere. Great antipasto misto (for two). Seafood of course. Fresh and tasty. Good wine list. Got a Sauvignon. Then I tried the Carbonara di Mare ...

Overrated restuarant with worst service! But great food. Waiter ask for tip which should be voluntary! No one will pay tip for such as bad service. The owner should include the 2 Eroup cover fee as default tip so that the waiter will treat customer well.

Excellent seafood pasta, truly recommended

The service is excellent. Grilled seafood platter was good but lobster was overcooked. The housemade linguine was fantadtic, simple and delicious. Free prosecco and dessert, that was a nice touch.

Moglie had a seafood risotto. I had baccalau with tomato sauce. Her risotto was mushy and did not taste of seafood. My fish was completely bland and the sauce was too sweet, like Ragu® or Prego® American sauce from a jar. Horrid. We had such wonderful seafood there in 2011. Darn.They offered only pane bianca, non integrale. Non salutare. Their olive oil tasted bad. Maybe never saw an olive tree.If you love the taste of seafood then stay far away from this fake seafood restaurant.

Great service. Its already highly rated probably for the great seafood, but the 2 guys working are cheerful and attentive. Great English. Even the spicy pasta was great. When not doing steak, do this.

Food was average! Slightly plain for my liking, came over from Cinque Terre which had much better seafood.Not too bad a place but wouldnt specially come for this!

We were welcome with a glass Prosecco, and ordered fresh oysters (excellentand the antipasti from the sea. Prices were very fair and we liked the variety from fish, octopus and mussels

Great seafood! We ordered fresh oysters, grilled octopus and assorted grilled seafood consisting of lobster, prawns and fish. Everything was delicious. They also give you complimentary champagne. The price is on the upside but well worth it. Very friendly waiting staff. When in Florence, make sure you visit this restaurant.

The service here is amazing! We have an 18 month old and they looked after her while we ate.

Best fish and seafood I have eaten for a long time. The staff is so friendly. It was a real pleasure eating here. You have to try the seafood platter. Its amazing.

Outstanding seafood and music, the grilled octopus and the waiter Claudius were magnificent. We are going back next week for our 44th anniversary dinner.

As a seafood lover Im totally satisfied with this place. The staffs are very nice and no problem to communicate in English. Ill recommend to all my friends visiting Firenze.

Good service, nice atmosphere and tasty sea food. We had the lobster prawn and mussel fettuccine for two and were not disapointed. Would go again if I had more time in Florence.

Have to admit that this is the BEST meal we have ever had during our vacation in Italy. Very nice and quiet ambient, gentle and helpful waiters, great location. Steamed lobster and seafood is a MUST! Spicy Pennetta tastes really good that each of us have finished a whole plate. Oyster is very fresh. Only that copperto is a little high, but its worth it. Highly recommended.
