Relatively inexpensive for a Ritz-Carlton.Location is great and dont really have to leave the circular road. Many restaurants and bars inside the circle.Very friendly staff and they all remember everyones names. Rooms are big. Lounge has great view.

Now this place is very very nice indeed. A large hotel in a very central area located close to many embassies, this place has a lot of class. Rooms are large and the entire hotel is immaculately clean. There are one or two small maintenance issues (where doesn’tbut nothing that would detract from a quite luxurious stay in a fine hotel. The jewel in this hotels crown has to be its staff. From arrival to departure, every single member of staff acted as if it was their personal responsibility to make everything as easy and as good as possible for us on our short stay. Breakfast was superb with huge choices available laid out in a high class fashion in a beautiful restaurant. Would we come back? Absolutely yes. In a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

after all these years, the hotel still really comfortable.pro- front desk staff- breakfast staff- comfy bed and pillow.- good showercon- tea in the room could be upgraded better brand considerinh the Ritz brand- amenities is generic,- no one was helping with the suitcase when i checked in last nitein spite of the cons, it was still a good stay and hotel.

We had an excellent time at the Ritz..unlike some,this is a true 5 Stars hotel..The donuts at breakfast is extra tasty..Special thanx to Evita and Celine..We hope to return to the Ritz for new years eve celebration.

For this price, my room card works after like ten attempts. The design is luxurious but not useful, eg I cant even find a proper make up mirror in a big luxury room, booked by my company. The service of the staff is top notch, maybe even too many people

Perfect place for business and stay(cation). For weekend, they have special program for kids to join but during weekdays, not recommended for family with kids. Excellent service though.

Overall I was very happy with the experience at this hotel. Theres no question it is what you would expect from a 5-star hotel in SE Asia. The food is excellent (at least at breakfast and dinnerand its easily walkable to shopping, although a little farther from the major tourist areas. The gym is extensive and they have an outdoor "jogging track." However, I do not recommend jogging on it because its fairly narrow with sharp turns and slippery when wet. Its a nice walk, though. I only with they had a couple exercise stations, like pull up bars, on it.My only significant complaint is that although the staff do an excellent job of learning your name and greeting you, they seemed to get backed up quickly, at least that was my experience in the club. Specifically at breakfast and dinner, theyre quick to take your drink order, but it may be 15 min before you get your drink (if you get it). If youre in a rush, dont sit at your table expecting them to bring it.Overall, though, I would love to stay here again.

Stayed for two nights. Rooms were very clean & tidy.Service was impeccable. Staffs were very helpful and polite. We once ordered for an in-room breakfast early in the morning and they served it right on time.The food itself was very tasty. On the breakfast buffet, there are plenty of options to choose from, and pretty much everything were very good.Even though, yeah, the price per night is expensive, but for a one-off occasion, it is very worth it.

+: spacious room, nice bathroom-: front entrance was closed when i was thereThis in my 2nd best choice after hi kempinski(grand deluxe)for a room if i dont count other factor such as view and location, i even prefer this room than the one i got at marina bay sands. very spacious for its price, i really like the bath tub near the window, pool have decent size, gym pretty complete and theres also jogging track.my unpleasant experience just that one cleaner boy asked me from what room im from when i was walking near the gym. i get it if its gym/ pool staff is the one asking but this one i feel just judging people from appearance

2 minuter sedan på GoogleThe service was amazing. We did not get the room that we booked because it was under renovation but instead we got upgraded. The personal were incredible, so eager to make us pleased and help us with everything. We were there on our honeymoon and they had decorated the room so beautifully and we also got a lot of chocolates and sweets, even a beautiful handwritten personal letter to congratulate us. It all felt very personal and amazing.Special thanks to mohamed rizki and June.

The hospitality of this hotel exceed my expectation. All staffs are very kind, especially the front desk named Mia who gave us room upgrade just because the room i ordered still in make up process, and Ms. Celine Suthiono form Asia restaurant who escort me and my family to more private table to have breakfast as the main place has been occupied by some groupsMe and my family definitely will come to this place again for the hospitality.Thanks!

The best hotel for Staycation!! Completely facilities for family actually...spacious room,delicious breakfast at Asia restaurant, pools so gorgeous Bali vibes, gym so complete and they have kids corner. Love it....

One of luxurious hotel around Jakarta. Strategic location quite close to alot places and malls (by vehicle ofc)The room is not really changes until now (classic looksand super spacious compared to hotel room nowadays. They have pretty much everything you need iron machine, hair dryer, even weight scale and complete facilities like gym, pool, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. They prepared a takeaway meal since we checked out quite early in the morning.A great experience while staying at Jakarta, for a price.

Of course now this hotel is older....But you cant beat the service level at ritz!!The room size is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is satisfying.

Great place to enjoy your weekend with your family. You can also ask to borrow their baby crib and the kids can join a fun workshop on Sunday morning to make slime and balm perfume.

DO NOT STAY HERE.Ritz Jakarta failed the entire Ritz brand.I’ve arranged for an airport pick up, and received confirmation emails from the “Guest Recognition” team (as I am top tier member). But, NOBODY SHOWED UP.Their concierge team messed up, supposed to email me with specific information on their whereabouts (and a reconfirmationbut they did not. Even after an hour of my flight landing, I am just sweating buckets waiting for the hotel. The alternative is to risk a local taxi.If a 5 star hotel cannot even manage an airport transfer properly, I doubt they could manage the room’s cleanliness, service and your food & water hygiene properly.Give this hotel a miss, and stay with others.**update: after calling the hotel twice to rant (long distance call mind you), a Ritz “rep” appeared, and guess what? He made me sign on a paper and called me a local Silverbird taxi, and I had to wait another 20 mins to get into the local cab. Absolutely trashy service, no apologies or whatever so

Excellent service. My requests, such as printing and using computer, etc. were fullfilled.Nice breakfast and good hospitality by staffs, namely Ms Olivia and Ms Ratu. Nice chatting with them. Former gave me detailed information about my shopping guideline.

Its an older hotel by now but the service is tip top and almost everyone speaks good English. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

There was a really nice atmosphere and the people were very nice. We were constantly helped at the restaurant and got a lot of extra free stuff. The main hall is really big and luxurious and the room was big. Definitely recommend! :)

Services are excellent, location is wonderful, room is spacious, daily housekeeping & its a clean environment. Ritz, Mega Kuningan delivered but there are some areas for improvement. I would have rated an overall 5 but I have to withhold a 1. However, in terms of room, services & location, its all 5s.I enjoyed the afternoon tea time. The executive lounge offers wonderful views of the business district and the staff at the executive lounge club were excellent.Overall, a pleasant stay.

You had a business trip to Jakarta? Or in need of a place for big conference? This is the place!Although.. this hotel is a bit old IMHO, i dont really fancy the lighting in this hotel, some area were a bit dim, also the service here need some touch & thorough monitoring because i had a problem in reserving rooms and meeting package.But apart from that, the room were great! Great view, great bathroom, huge work-table, great pillow (: ..and you get separated clothing & storage area (((:So, yeah.. this is a hotel for business people alike, thats my conclusion, lol

Terrific Hotel! I would give this place 6 star if possible just for their customer service. Such wonderful staff across the board from Front desk , Guest services, Concierge, Breakfast restaurant , the main entrance area , the transport desk, the 26th floor restaurant and the room service. Every one of them just is so courteous , cheerful and always willing to help. Its almost magical. This is a rarity in most of the western world specifically after having traveled across major US cities. The breakfast spread is amazing and caters to al cuisines. I even found south Indian Idli Sambar. They have a amazing healthy juices and delectable pastries. I cant find a reason yet to rate them lower.The unfortunate part is now every other hotel is held to this gold standard by my personal benchmark

Really feel disappointed with the service of hotel specially for guest relation and marketing communication. Bad service and so arrogant (marcom). Working on the hospitality industry but 0 attitude for services. I already talk to the manager on duty and only say “sorry” and i lost a lot things for my cheap price traveloka and westing my time. I trying so hard but nihil. Maybe because of this hotel is one of the big company so their no need small costumer like me🙂. Hopefully they can fix it for the better and next costumer. Thankyou

widely known for its spacious room. Premium service comes with a rathe pricey home PCR testing (considering pcr testing no longer compulsory for foreign non-quarantine travelers during mid April). Fits a Bonvoy standard. My colleague was happy during his 3 nights stay

A fine property. I felt there are tone down in general amenities given (such as 2 bottle of water vs 4 expected from the standard of these luxurya bit dissapointed that we are mixed in one floor with those doing quarantine (noticed the tables setup in front of the doors). Breakfast is okay. Service is okay. Room is excellent as always. The Ritz Kids is awesome. Pool is great.
