LoCo Food - Brunch restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan
Nice food but a little bit higher priceStill shall have a bite sometimes!Egg roll is crispy and burger is so juicyNot sure eat-in environment but I take out 2-3 times every month which can tell I like their food
I thought the egg roll pancake was the best but the radish pancake impressed me more. The hot sauce was really hottttttt, use it with cares :)
Great service, friendly staffs, delicious food and love the milk tea.
This burger has so many components and it was very yummy. Really liked the hash browns
Ordered on Uber Eats. Why is this so expensive? A fairly standard bacon + egg dan bing is 140nt and, frankly, not exceptional in any way. The egg inside the roll uses WAY too many green onions which just overwhelms the taste of everything else. Paid 90nt to upgrade to a cranberry smoothie and it was... fine? I dont get it - why is this 2-3X as expensive as better alternatives?
Not really my style, although the egg roll is crispy. But the crispy part is thick, which is not the style Im looking for. Actually, the Meihao breakfast near by is way BETTER! Love their egg salad egg roll(蛋沙拉蛋餅). Crispy like Croissant. If you don’t want to make yourself freezing. Aware their juice. Which is extremely ice cold.
Taiwanese egg roll style . This store start service in early morning like 6 am and finish by 2pm. Unique style of egg roll, burger and sandwich serve with drink. You can take away or eat at store which have around 10 tables locate behind the store. Overall taste is nice, service is fast and reasonable price. I recommend eat at store or bring it to nearby park enjoy your morning walk.
I had coffee and beef burger. The party is pretty juicy and the veggies that went into the burger were all nice and crunchy. I’m really satisfied with the bun cuz it’s not just the soggy and nappy buns you get at regular neighborhood breakfast shops. Coffee is pretty nice for its price too. Would visit again.
Yessss to crispy 蛋餅!Ordered no. 1 and no. 6 they are all delicious. I could eat them all. Don’t forget to add their chili sauce, it’s so 🤤🤤Super fast service too even though they get pretty busy with eat-ins, take-out, and delivery orders.
Not bad but not great. I ordered the double bacon cheese burger. It was good, but it was too small by itself. I dont think there was an option to add fries either. The seating area is very small, cramped, and noisy. I didnt want to be in there longer then I had to. The only cutlery that was available was forks (self service).Queue outside and place your order. If you want to eat-in, tell them while ordering and then go to the seating area around the corner.
The egg pancake omlete things are amazing... My descriptions are getting worse and worse haha. You make your order at the front of the restaurant and you walk around the back for seating.
Brunch of the day!A very nice place to your taiwan famous wrap.It is yummilicious and definitely a coming back place to have when visit taiwan!!!
Awesome egg wrap! Combine with chili! Perfect combination!!!Menu are in chinese but can asl for recommendation from counter!
The burger was huge and the omelette crepe was pretty good and crispy. They also provide a really good chilly sauce for those like an extra oomph! The only let down is that when we ordered the smoothie, it came in this really weird packaging. Was quite messy and kinda hard to carry around. But otherwise its good! Decent price for a nice Sunday brunch
Good food :cutie store and delicious food. Banana milk is the best and hash browns is good. ❤️
Delicious Crispy 蛋餅 (egg rollbut quite pricey. Can find similar food at cheaper price. They do have quite a wide selection of food though, and the juices are good too. The ventilation is kinda poor and the ceiling is chipping. There were pieces falling on us! Don’t recommend eating inside the shop.
The fried egg roll is yummy but in small portion. Recommend the one named “Paul” on the list which contains sausage. No ingredients is listed on the menu and you have to ask the staff. Hot milk tea is good, soya beans is just ok.
The 蛋饼 here is probably the best in Taipei. Dont bother with the burgers though. And expect a long wait on non working days
Visited for its high reviewed. We got a Chilly Beef Burger, TW Fried Pancake with Pork, Mocha & Latte, for total 433nt.Burger is ok, big portion. Pancake is great, their sauce made a difference.Quite pricey for brunch level, lets say more to Cafë place.Ambience is ok. Staff is friendly.Tw fried pancake is recommended, might be back for that.
Egg rolls were good in general except for the veggie one with corn fillings. We also ordered the burger, the cheese was not melted because the burger is not hot enough. :( I bet the burger is precooked. I ordered mocha and could not feel the coffee at all.We did love the skin of egg rolls, it was crispy on the outside but soft inside. The textures were different from what we had before in a good way.We don’t think we would be coming back.
Its pretty tasty, and the smoothies are cool and refreshing. The brunch is a bit American inspired but still keeps the asian influence
Super generous portions and tastes reallyyy good. Great balance of savoury and tart flavours. Seats are limited so you may have to share tables or order to-go.
You have to order first at the front even though you will have there, not to go. I ordered chicken salad and berry juice. It was good.
A nice little cafe hidden away off the main road. They’re usually busy so by the time we got there (10-10:30amthere was already a long queue but within 15 minutes you’ll be able to grab a table. We ordered a take away and sat on the wall opposite the cafe scoffing our egg roll. It was delightfully tasty and inexpensive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Delicious Taiwanese egg crepes (Dan bing), where everything—sandwiches, burgers, egg crepes—are served in mini cast iron skillets. Kind of overpriced (NT60-75, or up to $2.5 USas far as these go in Taiwan, but you pay for the ambience / cuteness factor. In order to seat down and eat, you have to purchase a drink AND your meal has to be more than NT100, per person (excluding small children). So even though I wanted an entree and fries to meet the NT100 minimum, I had to get a drink as well.
Very delicious breakfast... bacon egg roll and grandma’s sandwich with rose coffee... NTD375 for 2 people...
Unexpected seat in the restaurant. They have back room and order in front door. The food taste good, many filling, good combination and creative name. The price quite high for breakfast style food, but there are service and quality control there. You should get drink if you eat in. They have the chili to add taste but in oil condition. Good people, especially cashier and the waiter.
Great taste, fun atmosphere, happy people =)
Great Taiwanese egg rolls/crepes (whatever theyre called)! I ordered the Texas sausage hoping to get something like American breakfast sausage, but it was just a tasty hotdog wiener. Looking forward to tryng everything else on the menu, especially the hamburgers!
Food was decent - the roll was more crispy and fluffy as compared to those by the roadside though it was a bit oily... the taste of the doujiang not as good as those traditional breakfast shop...
Great place for Taiwanese egg crepes! It’s quirky food menu is bound to leave you scratching your head (wondering what did you order). Crowded atmosphere during peak hours, expect to share table with others.
Very popular breakfast shop with tourists. Short walk from the subway, already packed with a line when we reached. Order at the counter at the front before you get a seat. Service was cordial and prompt. The crepes were pretty good. Minimum spending per person (must include 1 beverageis 100NT, which is pretty decent. Will recommend
Although the indoor setting isn’t really comfortable. Still in love their crispy egg roll with various flavor choices!
等了12分鐘的熱鮮奶茶⋯⋯拿到時已經變溫奶茶。服務人員態度可以但是應該多留意一下⋯至於味道非常普通。
Popular place, crowded. Cosy seating. You can ask for english menu. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange for seats and took our orders patiently. Food was great and portion just nice!
Tried the egg rolls at this shop for breakfast. The rolls taste good with their homemade chilli. However I think the shop is a little small, with the crowd there it felt a little squeezy.
The roll was nice and price was reasonable. Each roll is approximately 75twd. We had their special and grill meat roll. My mocha was lukewarm(not sure if it is intended). The place is good for small groups as there is only 1 large table that can accommodate groups larger than 6 people. Will come back for branch again next time
Food was decent but we were unhappy with how we had to order one drink per person, even thought we didn’t like any of the drink options. They don’t even have water.
Interesting place to try a different take on 蛋餅, almost western in feel and flavor. Love the crispiness of the bing, but it’s a pity the skillet is basically just for show. A hot 紅茶 and their 主廚 skillet cost me 110NT.
Special local dishes and drinks for breakfast and brunch.Inexpensive.Sometime the plates is not hot enough.
Food is a Mexican Asian twist. Burrito is kind of small so be sure to order more !
We went there at noon, the seats were slightly squeezing but basically okay. The egg roll were delicious, crispy on the skin, great flavor for the filling. The drinks were not quite special though.Overall it was nice.
The eatery has been around for almost a decade, and is growing its popularity indeed. They are famous for their innovation in egg pancakes, dual-sandwiches, and burgers. However, my recent visit to this shop is rather disappointing. The prices have been increased a quite a bit that you will end up paying more than NTD100 for a simple skillet of breakfast and a drink. The ingredients dont seem to have improved together though. My simple order of meat and cabbage egg pancake (grandmas specialitywas served semi-cold. The cabbage filling was not spread properly that only roughly 3 out of 6 pieces got it. The dough was crispy, but too greasy and a bit over burnt. I dont see the purpose of the skillet anymore. For dine-in customers, theres a minimum spending of NTD100 per pax, yet they serve drinks in to-go paper cups. I probably would not want to return for a while most likely.
Many flavors of (Taiwaneseomelets to choose from, which is cool. Yet it’s a bit greasy...and the drink is just average.
Modern version of local Taiwanese breakfast! The egg crepes are good, I had the Grandmas pork and Pauls sausage. The assam milk tea is not too sweet and the kiwi juice is great. You can ask for an English menu. They have separate lines for to go. If you want to eat in the restaurant, you have to order and pay first in the front then go to the left side of the building to enter the dining area.
Go on a weekday non peak hour if you hate queuing like me. Heard from friends and seen from photos that the queue gets crazy during peak hours and weekends! Thankful we didnt have to queue.Personally Ive had better burgers and egg crepes/pan cakes. So if I had to queue 45 mins to an hour for this I would be very disappointed.Taste wise is fairly normal. We ordered a beef patty with bacon burger (手打somethingand 2 egg crepes (蛋卷), 1 of which is their most famous one (cant remember whats in itand the other has a piece of super savory boneless garlic pork rib inside (ah ma something one). To me the individual ingredient are good, such as the beef patty, the pork rib. However they dont blend well together so each bite I took it was just the meat overpowering everything, for the burger you dont taste the cheese, the veg, the butter on the great look bun, and of course the bun itself. We only tasted the meat, which we felt didnt do justice to the other great ingredients they put in the burger.Similarly for the egg crepes, We couldnt taste the cheese, the crepes, the veg or the sauce.I would compliment Loco of their coffee and their creativity on the menu.
Nothing to fault the food. Only managed to try out the egg roll. Its delicious. Apparently one of the top 10 breakfast shop to try.
Super affordable and food was delicious! Abit hard to find but it was all worth it! No English menu though.
Line was insanely long and they wont seat or let you order before everyone in your party is present. Good food though.
Serving scrumptious egg pancake rolls(or Taiwanese omelettes), this breakfast shop opens from as early as 6am to 2pm, hence an ideal place where you could have a quick yet still filling lunch. The crust of the roll was just crispy to enhance the mouthfeel without compromising the ingredients(pork, ham, veggies, cheese, corn kernels...you name itinside. For a price only moderately higher than what most traditional shops offer, you could enjoy quality Taiwanese omelette. Oh, there are also sandwiches and hamburgers on the menu for you to choose from.
