Little Sprouts Play Cafe in Wauwatosa

Highly recommend Little Sprouts to all families with young kids!! I’ve been coming with my kids for years ages baby-5. It’s my go-to for a friendly, bright space with good people, lovely selection of toys and fun and coffee!! I’ve hosted a b’day party as well and would do it again. 😊✨

Cute! I’d say 3 and under is probably more accurate, especially if you have rambunctious ones. It’s adorable, clean, and full of really nice people and amenities. It’s clearly made by people who know and love little kids.

Had my sons first birthday party here, I had mostly adults and 5 kids under 5. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, the coffee and toys. The staff was very helpful helping me decorate and manage my time. My family and friends couldn’t get over how cute it was. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend and have future birthday parties here.

We did a Santa play date here and it was fantastic! Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do and play with. And the owners were very friendly!

Love the lay out and big windows to let natural light in. Clean, fun environment, friendly staff. Will be returning!

celebrated my sons first birthday party, the kids had a great time. gorgeous decorations :. Lots of toys for the kids. Clean and friendly staff. The inside of the goodie bags was a disappointing it had hand made coloring book. The rest of the items didnt get any better . I got the most expensive package. Wish they had more chairs to sit the adults and more then just coffee for drink options. will defiantly go back for the activities not sure if ill celebrate another birthday party there.

I took my nephew here to burn off some energy. It was clean and my nephew had fun. The snacks and coffee was also a plus.

My family had an amazing party. It as cute as the photos. Small and perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of toys to play with, only four books in the entire place to read and all had a very political liberal agenda. Looks are very deceiving based on photographs for their website but the Shorewood location was a huge disappointment. The only positive was the lovely lady working at the front desk. Also no snacks or Refreshments to be able to purchase except complimentary coffee. Would definitely not recommend nor will we return.

Havent played in person yet, but the online shop is awesome! Excellent selection of cute, unique items for a variety of ages. Helped me finish my holiday shopping and will certainly use for gifts in the future too.

Super fun and clean. Staff is always really nice. Can’t bring food from home but they do have a decent sized menu.

What a beautiful place to let my two girls play and give myself some space to breath. Delicious snacks to order and coffee available for the grown ups. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the perfect place to go on those cold days when you need to get out of the house. The atmosphere feels magical, even to adults. Parents, you need this place. I wish there was one closer to me.

I have three little boys, and we have been visiting Little Sprouts Play Café nearly weekly for two years now. We’ve had a family membership for both of those years, because we’ve loved it so much.Little Sprouts is clean and bright. They are consistently rotating toys in and out with new additions all the time. The staff is welcoming and my boys adore them. The food options are great.It’s an all-around wonderful place to connect with other kids and adults in our community. I highly recommend anyone with small children check it out! Oh and coffee is included!

I have so much love for this place. My kids can go play for hours while I can drink coffee and actually relax for once! My 3 year old tells everyone about this place and how much fun he had!

This is a perfect little get away for my one year old and I to get lunch, play, meet other kids/parents, and just relax. The staff is friendly, the cafe is adorable and clean, the food choices for both mom and baby are great. We went today for a couple hours to get lunch for both of us and play and the total bill came to $5! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Thank you for offering such a great place for parents and kids alike :)

My wife and I stopped here for a couple of hours with our 2 year-old son. It was hot out, so this nice, cool play café was a welcome respite. Our son enjoyed his muffin for a snack, and were glad there were wipes in the restroom since we forgot his at our hotel!

My two year-old loves to play here. She stays entertained for hours with the slide, tree house, playhouse, kitchen, garden, dress-up clothes, dolls and strollers, and art supplies. It is really wonderful to bring your small child to a place which is fun and safe and designed exactly for them. At the same time you get to enjoy a coffee and a snack in a spacious, light-filled and comfortable cafe. There are a wide variety of interesting activities and classes for kids of different ages. I wish there was a place like this close to where I live. The care and attention to detail here is impressive and my child and I really enjoy the play cafe experience.

Beautiful space with friendly and accommodating staff! Brought my 6-year-old for the Easter Egg Hunt and stayed for the snacks, activities and engaging toys. Great first time!

Gorgeous play space with fun, classic toys. Clean, tidy, and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and wish we lived close, as we would return!
