Little Caesars Pizza in Acworth

A bunch of teens work here. They refused to answer the phone a quarter after 9. They close at 10. We drove by to see if they were just too busy or closed. We pulled in, and there was 1 customer inside and 1 at the drive thru. The employees were sitting/standing around having personal conversations, drinking sodas etc. A few kids noticed us standing there but still would not come take our order. 1 girl wasnt even in a uniform and just had a large tshirt on and hopefully some shorts. The service itself ruined our taste for this place.

Wouldnt recommend anything from here customer service was horrible asked for food to be done a certain way but they proceeded to do whatever they wanted and everyone was a manager and seem to think it was funny... Dont know who store this belongs to but need to get better staffing...

The last 3 visits here unfortunately,I did not walk out with any pizza. It left me quite irritated more than anything. I have watched this particular location slowly decline over the last year. For this last visit the employee stated to me that they do not provide hot n’ ready pizza. She also stated that it’s to their discretion if they wanted to or not. She also stated that it would only be designated to a certain time of day late in the evening. All of these statements were made in the same visit by the way.I understand that quite a few of businesses changed their policies, rules, regulations, etc. in order to accommodate the changing economy. However, one of Little Caesars signature services was having hot ‘n ready pizza. I don’t believe I know any other pizza places that did that. If this is the case if they’ve done away with this it surely is ashamed. My experience here was surely not what I had anticipated.

3meat treat good pizza

3rd time ordered from here with family and it was delivered with things missing. This time we ordered six things, received two, and got the runaround on the phone when trying to get it corrected. Unreal. Never again.

Never have a problem when I order from this location. Good people, good food, rarely have to wait for my order.

Didn’t put any toppings, just a plain cheese pizza.

Love the lunch special, very good and hot.

Meal deals are awesome for the money - especially with all these blue prices and blue inflation. Only thing is - they aren’t readily available. Most times than not, they are completely out. Study your foot traffic and prep accordingly for.

What is there to say. The pizza and bread sticks are good and the staff is friendly. Exactly what you want for a quick meal.

They take the time to make pizza just the way u request it every time will a smile served

Didn’t get my entire order. Called. Absolutely NO help. So NO REFUND AND NO DRINK!!

Food was pretty good for the reasonable price. Service was prompt and friendly. The drive thru pickup process is a bit awkward to maneuver if more than 1 or 2 cars are in line.

Even the pizza that I waited for wasnt that good. Sad to say. Will try again at a later date.

Great location, fast service, and they always do a great job on our pizza. Sounds crazy, but considering the volume of pizza they go through and they prize your paying for it (next to nothing), theres essentially nothing to complain about. Great job, Little Caesars!

Pizza was made incorrectly even though the receipt was correct. Make sure you check your pizza BEFORE leaving the store because you will have to drive all the way back with your uneaten pizza if you want them to make it right. Won’t be going back for sure.

I am not sure if there has been a change in management but the workers has been a slow decline over the last few months. You can come anytime of day and no pizza is ready and the customer service is horrible.

Best bang for the buck. Large pepperoni for $5.50 without a wait (most of the time). Hawaiian is very good.

Currently been waiting 30 minutes for basic pizza they said would take 10 minutes. Pathetic. Don’t come here.

The hot n ready pizzas are never hot and ready. Always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes

First Time I tried the calzone pizza twisty thing, and I dont know what pizza nerd LCP has in thier test kitchens, but that thing is AMAZING! Give that person a raise. 😁👍

Terrible service. Waited in line along with seven other cars for over 15 minutes for a pizza. There wasnt any preparation for the 5:00 rush hour.

Needed a quick lunch. Stopped by here and picked up the lunch combo . The pizza was fresh and delicious. Friendly staff af fast attended service. Mars hill/ Brookstone location.

I showed up, after order was placed, about 10mins before scheduled pickup time. Pickup window personnel informed me that order would be ready in just a few more minutes. I circled around, got back in line, order was ready to go (still before scheduled pickup timeand everything was received by me in excellent detail. Great products, great service, and great price. I highly recommend this Little Caesars location (among many other locations Ive visited).

Amazing.. after I ordered online my pizza a bar code was generated and all I had to do was .. get it scan my code and get my pizza. Awesome technology!

I was a little surprised that my pizza looked good.They might want to add a few more of the toppings that customers pay for.I purchased the stuffed crust, which actually wasnt bad tasting.It was hot and ready.Im just waiting for those cinnamon sugar cookies to come back that they gave you when you went to the drive up window yrs., ago.Those were yummy

My lunch was great and it worked out to place my order, run to the bank and come right back for the additional items I ordered.

Always good and quick pizza and bread sticks! I know people, most are the ones eating and not buying, who complain that its cardboard pizza. We have friends and kids at our house every weekend during college football and if were not grilling its always little caesar , usually get 6 or 7 pies with sides. You cant beat the price for how much you get. Those who complain end up eating it anyways. Keep up the great work, its fueled our college football Saturdays for many years. Go Dawgs!!!

Worst Little Caesars franchise by far! If ordering online or with the app, good luck getting your pizza in the time given. Will move on to another pizza joint - never again!

Great pizza. They make their dough fresh every day. And use 100% real cheese. And a large pizza is only $5.00. You can order on line for pick up or delivery and they have a pickup window. Fast service and friendly employees

At 8:30 they have zero pizzas ready. They also have zero business. They want you to wait 20 or more minutes for a pizza, but the girl inside says "everything is off". Failure of a business.

Ordered a premium stuffed crust pan pizza with some extra toppings and was disappointed when I got it home and saw the crust was overcooked on the edges and undercooked in the middle. Flavor was decent. I wouldnt order what I did again, little caesars best product is value/cheap pizza. Stick with the 5 dollar premade stuff.

Ordered through the drive thru verifying it comes with sauce. The cashier confirmed and had me drive around to wait 7 minutes. Once they gave me my pizza and cheese bread it had no sauce. Had to go in....when I did the two workers were talking to each other. I stood there for a few minutes....I started talking since they didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of them. Asked for sauce, they hand me a container half full. I said since this is only half full...can I get another one? Oh we measure them out. If you want another one it’s a dollar. A dollar? Even though I bought a pizza and order of bread. Yeah only one per order. Nickel and dime customers. Next time I will go to mellow mushroom down the road. It is more expensive but at least they don’t nickel and dime customers. Also pizza is a million times better.

In and out quickly with thier ready now menu. Our favorite is the thin crust pepperoni. A couple times had to wait a couple minutes but can beat hot and ready now served up piping hot. Great value. Easy stop on way home from work for us.

If you pay with only cash beware. Had an order or $22 and gave a $50 bill to pay for our order. I was told they have a policy against accepting $50 bills and was told to go to either Publix or a gas station to make change. We ended up having to get dinner from another restaurant.

They tell you they will bring pizza out to you but they dont. Waited 25 mins for pizza that was ready after 9 minutes. Then they wanted to tell me that it wouldnt be cold because it was in the hot box and technically pizza isnt old until after 2 hours. Never going to this location again.

They need to reassess the cooking times on their Ovens at the Acworth location. This is the 4th time I received pizza that was doughy and not cooked long enough. I even asked for well done on my custom order. Im trying the Kennesaw location next time. I shouldnt have to put my pizza in my own oven to cook it every time I purchase from them.

The manager of this store has no problem sending an order out wrong and then when you call and complain he doesnt have the courage to get on the phone to correct the problem. A piece of advice, it might be a good idea to put someone on hold when youre having a conversation you can be overheard. Very unprofessional

It was okay and would have been better if it was not the wait. But, theyre making great improvement. Staffs are freindly and very helpful. They are serving with a little smile and that is why the wait is somewhat bearable.

Love that its convenient at any time and I really appreciate the employees in making things right if there happens to be anything you dont like. Believe me , when you have 6 growing grandsons , pizza is a must at least twice a week at times 😊

We usually just use the app to order online and then pickup at the pizza portal inside the store. Great for the money and convenience. They also have a drive-thru pickup if you want to stay in the car. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The pizza is consistently hot, fresh and fast. Cant ask for more than that!

We have noticed that if we wait for them to prepare a pizza, because they didnt have any "Hot and Ready", the pizza seems a lot more tender and fresher tasting.But either way, the pizza, for the money and the convenience, is a very good deal. Especially considering its tastes as good, (or betteras other To Go Pizzas.

I purchased two deep dish pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese. The pepperoni was burnt and the cheese one wasnt at full size. I called and spoke with Pablo the same night it was purchased. I was unable to return to the store the same night, (he offered me free crazy bread for my next visithe told me he would have the manager call me on Sunday, 5 days after my purchase. Dana, the manager, did call me Sunday, and spoke with my husband, she called my husband a liar and that there was nothing she could do for us. Well, I will never buy from here, ever again! You have lost a customer due to your passive and rude conversation.

Pizzas are not hot and ready. They are ALWAYS lukewarm. So their branding sucks for hot n ready. I order my pizza usually with half pepperoni topping not only bcas i prefer just cheese, & my boyfriend prefers peporoni, but also it guarantees my pizza comes out hot and for this they charged me more for ordering it that way. The only location that does plus they dont make the pizza right; it always looks like its on a thin crust rather than a regular pizza. Better deal at Dominos or Marcos. Save your money- dont order from there- corporate office sucks! They patronize you and say someone will call and Im still waiting- 6 days later. So, middle finger up, boy bye, cas I ain sorry i post this!

Great pizza! Fresh and fast with real cheese! You can grab a hot and ready pizza or special order one and its done in 5-7 min. For $5-7 bucks? You cant beat it. Oh and the staff is wonderful....very polite and friendly!

Got 2 of the $5 lunch combos on the way to work and was given pizzas with the wrong toppings. Once I got to work and found this out I called the restaurant to let them know. I was told that they would be writing my name down and all I had to do was come back with the receipt to have them replaced. Well when I tried that today I was then told by the same manager that I spoke with that I had to bring the wrong food back in order to get this fixed, otherwise all they would do would be able to do is give me 1 order of $4 "Crazy bread" to replace to wrong $5 combos. The manager was very rude and disrespectful and kept interrupting while I tried to explain it to her. But I am convinced she realized that she was the one who messed up by not giving me all the correct information when I called. Rest assured I will be on the phone with the corporate office in the morning.

BEST Little Caesars EVER! The pizzas are always ready for pick up and even the "meaty" Hot-n-Ready is always ready under 5 minutes. The staff is super nice. We went through the drive thru last night with our two dogs around 9:30 and the staff was so friendly and gave our pups some snacks while we were waiting for our pizza. Usually pizza staff are rude and ready to be done with work after 9, but this was the opposite! Will definitely continue going here!
