Little Caesars Pizza in Beaumont

My pizzas where being put in the hotbox when I walked in and the young man carried all 12 of them to the car for me.

Ordered ahead on the app. Received text that my order was ready, however when I went in to pick it up it was not... The lobby was full of people there were pizza boxes stacked up in the back that hadnt been put in the Pickup Portal or handed to the customers, I literally sat there and watched the cashier dig through a few of them Call out names and clear the lobby.... I waited at the store 20 minutes after I got the text that my order was ready before somebody that had enough sense came in and looked for my order and found it sitting with all the other pizzas behind the counter.IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THE STORE!!!The cashier was busy on her phone making personal calls most of the time I was there. It was freaking ridiculous.Stay away, do not even bother with this place.

Was hungry for a pizza and went by here to get one and while walking in there was a black guy and his 2 sons walking in just before me and as we stood there in the lobby there was a guy counting money and the register so we waited. and waited. and WAITED. Finely he looks up and goes to the end of the counter and looks back to people in the back and a black girl comes walking up to the front like she really didnt want to be there and asked the black guy what he wanted and he made his order. and he backed away from the counter so I could order but the girl just turned and went to the back and didnt even acknowledge me. I was stunned and I looked over to the guy who just made his order and he looked stunned too. I then said "I guess I dont get to order" and walked out. This place is the worst and racist place I have ever been too. This girl needs to be fired. This is a bad mark on this company and sooner or later she is going to get this company in a lot of legal trouble if not corrected. I have been eating there for years but this has turned me off to this place. If I could give -1 star I would.

Rude workers stood there, 15 mins no one said anything. No one tried to take my order.

Excellent pizza for the price, especially the Detroit style. Every time Ive ordered online or ahead of time, my pizza has been ready for pickup when I get there. Most of the employees Ive come in contact with are also friendly, but there are those few who seem like they dont want to be there.

Employees were uninterested in providing customer service or providing outside lights making it hard to find after sunset. Said they were out of Promotional Thin Crust Pizza. I left SMDH

I’ve been going here for 5 years and it has gone downhill sometimes the pizza is fully cooked or some slices doesn’t have cheese very dirty in the cooking area.

Dont even know HOW this place is still in business. They have a huge water leak from the ceiling by the front checkout. Only thing keeping it from falling everywhere was a 5 gallon bucket to catch it on the counter. The staff were ok,but definitely need a better workplace to operate from. I didnt eat from there,ordered for my mother who clearly loves Little Ceasars to deal with the wait time and horrid conditions there. Someone should really contact the owners of that particular shopping center to have them fix those leaks. You shouldnt have to pay for a leasing space and deal with those conditions!

Ive never been able to recieve a hot and ready from this place.. like ever!! its always a 15 min wait which I dont mind but when it says hot and ready my plan is to just grab the pizza and go...its 11:25 am no one is here but me so not even 1 pizza is ready?

Delivery was quick, pizza was hot, but it came from a store I dont normally order from, and theres no sauce on the pizza! Is that now a "topping"? Thought sauce and cheese were automatic.....smh

They dont answer their phone. When they do answer it, it is to hang it up again so it doesnt ring. I even saw them take the phone off the receiver. The owner is losing a lot of money.

Waited 5 mins to order at the counter, and then drove over to Dominos.

It should not take over two hours to get a hot n ready. Ive been told there would be a wait at plenty locations never more then 45min till now. This location use to be on point but over two hours is ridiculous.

Ordered 7 pizzas walked in 20 mins everything was hot ready

I have gotten pizza here many times, but today I experienced something that is all to common these days. My order, of a single cheese pizza, was 40 minutes late. The two poor employees there were exhausted and overwhelmed and trying their best, but could not keep up with demand. I blame management. I could see in their faces and their eyes and the way they said "were short staffed today" that they do not work somewhere they like to work at. Whomever runs this place has made an environment that is not worth working at or else the employees would show up and be wanting to cover when someone is out. If those in charge cannot make this a better place of employment, they should up their wages to compensate. If this wasnt a one time issue, they will lose more workers. As I waited and waited here, I met several people who will not return. For everyones sake, I hope it was only a one time problem, but for this one sad day of business, here is a one poor rating.

There ok, kinda unprofessional very slow and never answer the phone. Called while going up there no answer. Got there called while ordering my food and they never answered even with no customers and 7 people working

Usually good and smooth, but tonight was backed up and took over an hour to get my pizza.

Ordered on the app at 6:15 pm and got told it would be done between 6:29 to 6:34 pm ended up waiting almost an hour and finally got it at 6:57 pm.

I wasn’t happy with the fact that I stood there for over 5mins before anybody said anything to me and there were about 7 employees there! The cashier didn’t ask to take my order. He just stood there with a stupid look on his face! Was told it would take 15mins for the pizza! After all the ppl after me got there pizza I asked about mine, for the pizza to had already been ready but name wasn’t called!

You want wings? They don’t have any. You want breadsticks? Nope. How about some cheesy jalapeño? Never. It’s a weekday before peak hours, doesn’t matter

Shout out to the big dog Julio or Jose I cant remember his name but he was working the front desk tonight. Great customer service, top notch best yet from there

The lady who took my order yesterday was such a gem food was fresh and very good.

First time in several years I walk into a Little Caesars and there are NO hot and ready pizzas! Ive been a customer of this location for many years and THIS is a first. Next time if I want Little Caesars, Ill have to drive across town. Pathetic! SMH

Ive been to that store at all times of the day, never have the hot and ready pizza. Always have to wait at least 15 mins, unacceptable.

Unpleasant, hot loud and noisy. Never has hot & ready available, always have to wait 10-15 minutes on a plastic chair in the hot and cramped lobby.

See picture below. Ordered online and order was supposed to be ready at 8:15 in the portal. Nothing in the portal. My husband was there until 8:40. There was no one at the counter to ask why it wasnt in the portal. I called 5 times in that time period and no answer. Food was cold and I didnt receive an item. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. It had gone downhill. The last time my husband was in there an employee cussed out a customer.

I ordered through the mobile app that estimated a 15 minute wait to be ready. Unfortunately they seemed very understaffed and argued with one another in front of customers, not a friendly environment. It took about 40 minutes to get my pizza, which is what every other customer there seemed to experience as well. The pizza i ordered did taste great though!

This is probably the best location out of all of the other locations. Never had any issues and pizza is always cooked/prepared correctly.

These guys are awesome. Every Saturday they donate pizzas for me to take to the homeless in Beaumont

Ordered for my coworkers and they enjoyed their pizza. The pizza was hot & freshly prepared.

I know they say they have hot n ready but the last few times Ive gone, they were out of hot n ready and the app seems to take forever. I feel like its just like all other pizza places. No faster in my opinion. They do have friendly staff and are always super busy.

Absolutely great staff! Always fun and joke around and everything. Its cheap pizza so you get what you get but honestly this is the best little ceasers in SETX. Cant complain here and i tend to go quite often 😁

Im having to change my once 4 stars down to 1 due to the fact that when I called at 9pm, knowing they closed at 10pm, to order a pizza they informed me that they were closing early. When I called back to ask him his name, he first answered the phone with only a hello and when I asked who I was speaking with he told me a worker before hanging up on me. Thank God the one on College knows how to stay open. If I were the boss, I would fire every single one of the employees that were working the closing shift on October 28th 2020 at 9:00pm.

Ive been to this little Caesar a lot and they always get my order right and the pizza is perfect everytime. Nice and professional staff.... Good work guys!

Good cheap lunch for the kids. Sometimes pizza is overdone and sometimes they are perfect. Bread is delicious and soft. Sauce is served cold so just go home and heat it. This location is good though overall. Use the order ahead on their app. Its easy and you dont have to wait usually.

I was on phelan and order by phone to a real human placed my order great customer service but the best was when I got to that location and the lady /front cashier was on top her game ,on point great manners quick service even dbl checked the boxes to make sure my thin crust 3 my hot wings and stuff crazy bread with. Marinara sauce was made hot and fresh even offered a bag for the lose items.i have roughly 25 years on fast food this cashier told me its her first job ever and she did it with ease during a rush time .

The site kept kicking me out. Then when it let me back in. I placed my order. Then when my son brought order home there was an extra pizza-cheese pizza that should not have been ordered. When the site came back up, it continued my previous order. Now the Italian bread was not cold and had a bad aftertaste. The supreme pizza which was for me had an aftertaste and was not cold either. It was a very bad experience that I will not repeat. I could not take the food back because I had to go to work. I want a refund immediately. I gave it one star because I had to so that I could post my review.

Firstly, the service was impeccable. The crew was working ridiculously hard yet still found the time to be polite and courteous and make each patron feel valuable. I drove the 10 miles or so home and discovered a problem with my order. I wasnt even going to call seeing as it was Little Ceasars and given the price point, why complain? However, I DID call and spoke to Cameron, the manager, and he treated me as though I had ordered a 4 course meal from a 5 star restaurant. He was incredibly polite and made sure I felt valued. He also understood my situation being unable to quickly go back up there and he cheerfully rectified the problem accordingly. Im not a big fan of pizza, but Cameron and the crew here have undoubtedly earned my return business! Thank you!

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza about a week and a half ago. They got it wrong and when I got home realized it was a regular pepperoni pizza. I called back and asked if they could deliver the correct one and they said they couldn’t. But they could put my name in the book and I could get a new one within two weeks. Called back today and asked if I made a delivery order if they could send my pizza they owed me with the new delivery order and the manager said no. Horrible, mediocre service. Definitely won’t be going back.

Drove through Beaumont on our way back to North Carolina. My son wanted a Little Ceasars 3 meat pizza. This had to be the BEST LC pizza we have EVER had. Not ALL Little Caesars Restaurants are alike. The quality, the look, the taste of this pizza was far above the quality of any other pizza we have ever purchased from Little Ceasars. I made sure to compliment them on what a great job they are doing. Very friendly staff. I took a picture to show our local LC what a LC pizza SHOULD look like.

We waited longer than we were told. I had to ask for my pizza. 20 minutes for 3-1 topping pizzas was a lil crazy. But the pizza was very good tho.

I went in to pick up a 5 dollar hot and ready and when I went to pay they took my card to the drive thru out of my sight to pay. I assume they used a skimmer machine to get my card info because a week later I saw a recurring payment set up for an online subscription that I had never even heard of. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else, we work hard for our money and we shouldnt have to worry about thieves while we are going to get a pizza.

Little Caesars is not my absolute favorite pizza and the parking is crowded n vety bust area in a little shopping strip. However, for the price you pay I find the pizza decent especially if you are willing to wait like twenty minutes for them to cook fresh. I really like the cheesey bread. Its usually always good in my opinion

I have never waited so long at little caesars. There were two manager on duty neither one wanted to help thr poor new lady in front.Felt like there plan was to make us wait than just take the cheaper pizza. Thank you the gentleman who was preparing pizza who thought i left and came back it took so long. At least ot wsd hot after wsiting 30 min.

They have new self pick up machine for online orders. I dont think the employees have been trained correctly on how it works. This is the second time that I still had to wait to pick up my order. They didnt put it in the correct slot, so when I put my order number in the door opened and nothing was in there. It was in the slot above. Then I had to get in line and wait to pick up. The entire purpose of online ordering was for quick pick up.

I ordered a deep dish pizza over the phone with half jalapeno and half breakfast bacon. When I arrived to pick the pizza up the front counter attendant is loudly holding to the back of the store what he needs help with. At first I thought he was hollering at me but then he greeted me. He pulled my pizza out of the warmer and I opened it too look at it. The pizza was burnt and they tried to tell me that it wasnt, even the manager! On top of that the manager was rude and told the attendant dont call me back up here for this again in a very ugly voice and in front of me! If you want rude disrespectful teenagers come here.
