Hot delicious stuffed crust

A friend of mine went here to do a door dash delivery, once asked how long it would be to see if the order should be passed to the next dasher or if she should wait, the employee directly told her it would be longer now. A second employee said she looked like she was going to shoot up the place. Honestly shame on this whole business for simply allowing your workers to be, one this rude, and two this inhuman towards another human being. Management really needs to get these workers under control. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this experience. Totally uncalled for and not okay in the least bit.

Ordered take out on Saturday October 1st. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, they gave them to me right away. The pizza was really good, especially for $6.99 a pizza

Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it’d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes for an employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counter and helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able to ask and was told “it’s in the oven, sorry baby.” And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time I had to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on a pizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

I’ve never seen a Little Caesar’s with a drive thru. You just drive up make an order and that’s hand it through the window (like any other drive thru - it’s just different seeing at a pizza establishment). So interesting and cool.This was a clean Little Caesar’s they had plenty of Hot and Ready as it is near James Madison University. Good service. I would come again.

Ordered there fir pickup ready in 10 min. Cheese bread and 2 of the peperoni/bread sticks. Yummy. And way faster than DoorDash

Great and cheap however they Forgot my 2 liter of soda...

Placed order over the app... sorry of wondering how my 2ltr of mountain dew ended up as 20oz Sierra mist and the bread sticks I ordered somehow arrived with the crazy sauce missing.

After being told that they would bring the pizza out to me, I waited 20 minutes before going back inside. I got home opened the box and the pizza was burnt. This is the second time I have received a burnt pizza from them. They could have kept me as a customer, however offered no compensation for my time and gas. Will not be going back!

This place does not care about you as a customer. There are many places to choose from in the area-go there before ordering from here. The manager is extremely rude and will yell at you. He is on a huge power trip-please humble yourself-no one is trying to fight you, they are trying to be treated with respect as a customer. No wonder they can’t be open every day due to staffing-I would not want to work for a company where customers are treated like dirt. Dominoes has $5.99 pizzas, and has awesome customer service-if there is a problem they do everything to make it right. They will also bring it right to your car. Just one example of what’s in town. ANY pizza place is better than here. Go anywhere but here. The store is also extremely dirty, and I witnessed an employee not wearing gloves.

Food is always fast and delicious!! Staff is super nice and friendly.

Food is ok but they said your food is in the oven pull around to the front and made me wait 25mins then when I went inside and told them I had been waiting they said oh it just came out. Ummm no it didnt it had been sitting there. No more for me thanks but no thanks!!!!!

I ordered a pizza here yesterday, the girl on the cash register was nice! I feel as she needs to be the manager, because the service was terrible. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, and was told it will be ready in “10 mins”. Here is the thing, if you know that you are busy, please be truthful, 20 mins went by, and I arrived to get my pizza, only to be told that my pizza wasn’t ready.people were littery eating pizza in the back and messing around, that is what breaks are for!! Then 10 more mins later, I finally get my pizza, only for the pizza and pizza to feel like I’m eating cardboard. I ended up having to eat it anyway because it was the only thing I had at the time. Who ever the girl is with the curly hair, she should be a manager,! If she isn’t, already. I won’t be returning.

Went thru the drive thru, got the cheesy bread was told 15 min.wait,so I went around the big circle, 25min.s later got my order, headed home only to findout when I got there their were no sauces.What a bummer, lesson learned. No sauce, no heartburn

Staff is really friendly. The pizza is better than what I can make myself. The taste gets better with the more beer I drink.

Service staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered Italian cheese breadsticks and they were delicious as always. I top it off at home with fresh spinach. It only cost me around $5.60. That usually last me for two meals at $2.80 a prepared meal, not too shabby.

Didnt get this guys name that was at the drive-thru this particular day but he was attentive courteous and fast thank you for that

The GM Brandon went up znd beyond to fix an error on me and my wifes order even through in some wings snd bread sticks great improvement from the last gm.

I’ve Gotten pizza and wings here few times and they were fantastic, service is great in drive thru pick up window , quick and fast service , nice friendly Staff.

I went to this location last week and it was best experience Ive ever had both people I came in contact with cashier in drive thru and the guy who carried out my order was very nice and polite. The pizza and Italian cheese bread was the best Ive ever had at this location, nice cooked and toppings distributed evenly. Thank you for great service and great quality food.

One of the best bosses I have ever worked for. Never thought I would find that in semi fast food but the owner is a great franchise owner!

Tried the Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza and it was okay. A little dark though. It made the crust just a little rubbery. I would definitely try it again it wasnt too done.

Not the best pizza youll ever eat but for the price its a great deal and fast / easy for those nights ya just dont wanna cook

Love the drive-thru, and the pizza was actually cooked to perfection. Whatever theyre doing to the crust, dont quit.😆

Marcos or Marus..couldnt remember but this guy is awsome...I so hope he gets a raise. I came in a while ago and this man was doing pretty much everything. I felt so bad for him but he workes so hard. He service was awsome. Breadsticks are great.

Long lines tend to occur for the Drive Thru Window after 5PM. Never had a mistake happen with our order and fast service when you have custom orders.

This place is awful Im calling corporate on m on Monday . I ordered a cheeser cheeser pizza which on the commercial says hot and ready. I go through drive through and pay my money. I wait 15 mins for my pizza I get home and it is warm not even hot. I call them while my kids are in the middle of eating it and I ask for a new pizza and the owner says unless I take it out of my kids mouth and put it back into the box and bring it back that I cant get it remade. Do not go here

Its worse than youd expect for a Little Caesars, definitely other ones are better, just overall quality tanks.

Great pizza for the price and everyone knows it is worth the wait. Employees work hard to get the pizzas out to customers as fast as they can.

I ordered a Thin Supreme Pizza last Tuesday evening! They were so Busy! Car after Car. Many customers ordered on line which is the Smartest way to order. I paid for mine then drove around and sat for 15min until it done. A Very Handsome & So Nice African American Gentleman brought my pizza out to me. I asked for 3 Pepsis & he ran back in & got them. I had to Tip Him! GOOD Customer service is Hard to Find along with Delicious Pizza! Thank you so Very Much!

I ordered two pizzas (one pepperoni one cheesethrough the drive through, and decided to add some crazy bread. The pizza was like warm at best, the breadsticks were a step away from being frozen. Before writing a 1 star review I sent them an email... over a week later and I have heard nothing. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to fill your pizza needs.

I wouldent even give this place a one star rating they got my order wrong 3 diffrent times after the 3rd i just asked for a refund and was refused one, the manager dident seem 2 care and the 3rd pizza was flipped over in the box and the sides were ripped apart

Great staff and Ive never had much of a wait! Cant beat Little Caesars prices and the new pizza portal makes it that much easier to get your food without a wait.

Waited about 20 min for pizza. Pizza was OK. They didnt cut deep enough when slicing so pizza was tearing apart, was a big mess. Slices were cut uneven...small and large slices. Front area wasnt very clean. Employees are not friendly at all, very rude.

Normally not big on LC. But I tried the garlic wings they have and Im hooked! The pizza leaves much to be desired still but always a great buy on the go! Worth going out of your way for the wings though. Pleasantly.surprised!!

This store is in town near work. Prices here are 12.5% to 50% higher than the store nearer my house. Taxes are the same so dont think thats problem. The same pizza is a dollar more here.

Ordered 2 Hot and Readys expecting them to at least be one of the two. 6 orders were handed out before someone recognized that our order wasn’t even put in. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was already paid for we would have left. By far the worst Little Caesar’s location I have experienced out of 3 states.Don’t go here if you are expecting your pizza to be Hot or Ready, let alone good quality.

Not the best pizza in the world but good enough for the price. They get an extra star from me for their "deep dish" pizza. Better than pizza hut in my opinion. Also, their $5 or $6 lunch special on the deep dish is hard to beat and you get a soda with it.

Pick up our online order everything was great except the order wasnt ready at the specified time had to wait another five min. And when we got home there wasnt any crazy sauce for our crazy bread sticks, had to run back and get the sauce all that was said was that they were (Sorry), to which I agreed to. Enough said

We just got two of the "Best" pizzas at the Harrisonburg location. They were really bad. The crust and pepperoni was hard because they were overbaked. And had the same amount of toppings as a $5 pizza. Paid more for bad pizzas. Called mgr and complained she said she would replace them. We tossed them in trash. Should not have to take pizzas back to store. Disapppointed!!

Bad customer service!! They have me wrong pizza and told me I had to bring it back in order to get right pizza. I was heading somewhere and couldnt come back right then. He said dont eat pizza but save it and bring it back another day to exchange. Thats company policy!! Wow!! It might cost them a dollar to make cheese pizza. I know it cost me more than that in gas to come back and bring pizza. How wrong is it to give the customer the cheese pizza since you messed up the order. You just lost a customer:(

The wings are good but dont get the spicy ones cause they just put hot sauce on top. I was expecting a signature hot sauce, not Texas Pete flavored hot sauce. Ill still go back cause them wings were bangin

I was just in this store and heard an employee arguing with a customer, apparently the customer had noticed and commented on the young lady not washing her hands after touching money/before making food...cashier got loud and obnoxious, yelling and making a scene. Manager just stood there, did not apologize to customer. I just turned around and left. Hell no.

They wouldnt even make a simple pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce on it without the pretzel crust. EVERY other little Caesars has done this for me without any issues. They refused to make it. How hard can your job really be? You work at the cheapest pizza chain in the country. Youre already at rock bottom and you still refuse to make a custom pizza, which I know for a fact is do-able. Do you really get paid enough to be rude to customers?Reevaluate your life.

These guys wouldnt even let my main mans order a pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce without the pretzel crust. Wouldnt even compromise even if we through more cash their way. This is the only little Caesars store weve called that wouldnt do it. Its not hard to substitute tomato based sauce with another sauce... I dont understand the problem here. The man was rude and sounded like a middle aged man that doesnt wear gloves when cooking, was fed up with working at a low income, bottom chain, average pay, crusty, knock off italian themed fast food pizza joint. It sadens me that they allow this guy to work there and answer the phone with a piss poor attitude and no customer service skills whats so ever. Yeah its just a pizza but lets be real.... Its freakin pizza (essential to life).

They bake their pizzas using the same heat and timer so some pizzas come undercooked, like the bacon pizza, or overcooked like the deep dish pizza. I dont know how they have a sarisfactory sanitation rating! They dont wash their hands and dont clean the cups that they use for toppins! My wifes mushroom allergy acted up even though we just ordered a pepperoni pizza! They stick their hands in the bins and eat straight out of it! How do I know all this? My wife used to work here. Dont trust some of these 5 star reviews, theyre more than likely employees told to rate their employer highly. Avoid this place at all cost, even if its your last resort. Never eating here again.
