Little Caesars Pizza in Marietta

I walked into the store just to get a simple pepperoni pizza. There’s a lady at the front with this huge backpack and several of her other things taking over 30 mins to find whatever she was looking for. I walked out and decided to go through the drive thru. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to. I will not be coming back. Last Sunday they had nothing ready and now this Sunday they’re extra slow. Sundays must not be their day.

I placed an online order around 9pm and never received an update it went into the oven at 9:04 but nothing after that. I went ahead and drove out and go there around 9:40 and the workers were cleaning up preparing to close and my order wasn’t ready. They obviously did not care about fulfilling their orders and I still don’t have my food so far after 1 hour. Complete and total failure to perform a basic service.

Waited an hour only to be told we werent actually getting a pizza - and then they closed

The kids taking orders are rude . And I ordered my pizza n wings at 7:38. It’s 8:14 and still nothing

I ordered 3 classic pepperoni and one old world fanceroni pepperoni and 3 crazy bread sticks and never got my old world fanceroni pepperoni

I was charged incorrectly, I asked for it to be fixed. The employee claimed that it was charged correctly. I pulled my statements from my previous visits and I was charged incorrectly. On top, waiting over 15 minutes for a pizza here is insane. They claimed the pizza would be brought out but they locked the door and forced everyone to walk to the drive through window, in front of cars may I add. I requested a refund. I will not be coming back here.

They didn’t even season my crazy bread! Besides the pizza it was alright, one step they forgot to do

They dont always have what you want and or get your order wrong...

Im giving this place 1 star because of the bad service and childish attitude of the young kid with the braids working there.

Called in order Gustavo was very rude he was yelling in the phone when I asked why online it said $10 but he charged $ 13 he says ok well it’s $13 with an attitude.I get there to pick up my order I asked Genesis what was the name of the person who took my order she said she didn’t know I will not be returning to this location until they learn what customer service is and why it’s important

I wouldn’t recommend this place management is not qualify The service is very poor ,

So me my husband and our 2 year old are sitting here waiting on two cheese pizzas with extra sauce and we see one of the workers holding one of the customers orders like it belongs in the trash PLEASE DON’T EVER EAT HERE and we still don’t have our order smh

Today wasnt a great experience but everybody has bad days and theyve been consistently good to me over the past two years so Im still going to leave five stars regardless of today. I still love you Little Caesars even though you treated me badly today. I wont take it personally. But if it happens to many more times Im going to have to break up with you. LOL?

RUDE!! I called them and they picked the phone up without saying anything andhung up on me! I called back and their was no answer! They definitely lack customer service skills and overall professionalism! Will not spend money at this location !!

Fast and great service and the food was well cooked .

Literally went and ordered a pizza and it looks like they been eating off the edge of the pizza and put it in the box . When I called to dispute no one answered.

I went on Mothers day Never again! The line to get in line was horrible but the people were nice. My niece lived near by so we went to her house to wait for text when they were ready. I dont like their food that much to wait that long but my sister was paying she wanted to wait.

Called ahead to place order and when arrived lobby was closed and line in drive thru extremely slow when trying to call to see if food was done all I got was a short answer of “we are closed and then got hung up” this was still 40 minutes before closing time.

It’s a lot of children in her playing and not working. They need an adult s supervision at all times because they never have anything hot and ready.

Just mess up too often. Like say a pizza is cooking and 15mon later say sorry we forgot. Prob due to all the cutting up going on being teens, but still.Gave it another go. Ordered on app.An hr later pizza was finally ready. Me and 3 other just waiting as the employees played inside. Ridiculous.

This place was ok until something happened to all the staff. Last week there was only one rude guy who told my hubby "No pizzas, n-word!" And that was on my childs birthday!

The staff was nice but ended up waiting 45mins for a cheese and bread when they told us to wait in our cars. Eventually walked in and it was ready and I told them 3 times when they came out what I had. 45mins is crazy, maybe needs new management. Wasnt like they had a bunch of orders.

Stopped by during my lunch, Was greeted at the counter by the gentleman with curly hair. Ordered the hotnready $5 lunch special , quick and easy! Although they were out of Pepsi, the pizza was delicious, for 5 bucks you can’t beat that. Definitely making this store part of my daily routine!

This place is ran by teenagers. I mean a 17 yr old Store Manager? Really? They are at times unprofessional.......smh. they have no adult supervision. And 14,15,16-18yr old teenagers working with no adult supervision?? I dont know how their Corporate Office allows this......

When I got my pizza it was cold do not order from this place the service is very horrible

Been going there for a couple years to get a quick 5 dollar lunch combo. Last two times Ive been (at lunch time), the lazy clowns just say they have no dough to make them. Sad.

I walked in to order as I was in the area. After I ordered the cashier asked which car I was in and then brought my order to my car. I appreciated the less contact/best practices in place at this store.

Served burnt pizza and the manager did not want to replace.

I understand businesses are short staffed; however there are 4 employees in the store. The guy who took my order acted annoyed and bothered, as if our presence was a burden. We waited OVER 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza in the parking lot. Rude!

The manager wouldn’t give me corporates number but that’s okay because I found it. Ordered delivery through their website, never got my soda that I paid for. Manager told me he cannot refund me or get another soda sent to me. Literally the worst customer service ever

Staff is terrible and rude. Placed an online order for some cheese bread, and arrived 10 minutes after my order was scheduled to be picked up. Attendant was rude, appeared to be underage, and told me it would be 3 minutes and I should park out front and wait. 30 minutes later still no food. I wish I had not ordered online so I could cancel and get my money back because this is absolutely insane.

I went in to get a regular $5 Pizza and the manager got real nasty with me and asked me to move to the side if I wasnt going to pay for my pizza right then and retaliation all because I asked him if the employee that came out of the restroom did he watch his hands because I didnt see him watch his hands and he got angry with me and told me to move to the side if Im not going to pay for my pizza right then and he told me once I started recording him he changed his attitude and said he asked me nicely which he did not ask me nicely and I think thats very unprofessional for a manager to say something like that to me because Im a radio DJ and Im just a regular customer but I will be making sure that I broadcast about this episode on the air and thats a guarantee

I ordered online 1wings BBQ,1 Caesar wings,cheese bread and 5 meat pizza. When I got there they said they had run out of wings and promised to refund me back my money for chicken. 3 days later they charged me for the whole order, when I called to find out they said they cannot refund because I took pizza and cheese bread.they were saying I can go back and get the wings. I didn’t need wings 3days later I needed them the time I orderedThis is the worst store to order food online

Im giving three stars because I came through the drive-thru and I ordered the new pizza that you guys have the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and when I got home all I have is pepperoni cheese pizza with cheese stuffed crust but all in all is still good

Ordered one pizza and crazy bread at 6:56pm. It’s not busy at all and it is now 7:33pm, i went inside and asked about my ONE PIZZA and they said they didn’t even know about it????? Like that makes 0 sense but ok, currently still waiting. Imagine waiting almost a hour for something advertised as hot and ready such a joke do not come here. Save your time

I had two issues with my pizza order.I was informed of the first problem when I arrived, that they had incorrectly cut my Slices-n-Stix pizza (all slices, no sticks. It was going to be an extra 8-10 minutes to remake it and I was super hungry and this felt like a waste so I said I’d take the pizza as-is and asked for an extra crazy sauce to make up for the error which they gave me.When I got home I realized that wasn’t the only problem with the pizza. They had only put pepperoni on 1/3 of the pizza so only 3 slices of the 8 were pepperoni pizza and 5 slices were the sticks (herbs and cheese. I called the store and told them about the other problem and they insisted I would have to further delay eating and bring the entire pizza back in order for them to remake it. This is not an acceptable compensation for me having to use up my gas to return to the store. I didn’t because in was too hungry to wait even longer to eat plus I would have felt ridiculous driving all the way back and waiting more time only to have spent the same amount and gotten what I should have received the first time.I told them I would just file a complaint and I used the feedback link in my email order confirmation. I’ll have to wait to see if a manager from the store contacts me (the girl on the phone who told me I had to bring the pizza back told me she was a manager but I’m just not believing it as I’ve been told this before at other stores just to push me off.)

Ordered a deep dish pizza that turned out to be not fully cooked. Raw dough throughout!! Do you know when I called to let management know what happened they requested that the pizza be brought back to the store.....Wow?? During Covid?Who does that? Accept a mistake was made, and replace the pizza. Real simple guys. Glad I didnt get sick.

Would of liked for the employees working on making the food to at least wear a mask. With everything going on you would think this establishment would like to give their costumers that piece of mind. Our cashier wasnt really helpful either, when ask if he could get his employee to wear one while making our food he looked at us like we had insulted him and his crew. Maybe Im Exaggerations or maybe yall are taking covid to lightly.

I called three other little Caesars with no help they didn’t open till 11 they actually open at 10:30 at this location so you can deliver pizza to people for lunch in a timely manner. But not only the times of this location but Genesis and her brother were so helpful. Just the help they gave me over the phone and then when I came in to pick up my pizzas I just greatly appreciate it and I wanted them recognized for their exceptional service.

I just had to get the new special called slices and stix. You get 4 slices of pepperoni pizza and more than enough (8garlic cheese sticks.

A cheap eat.There cooks have gone slack as of recently,(had eaten a very crispy, well-done $5 hot and ready last visit).Normally this is a good location, due to volume, the staff here tends to be on point" with their service...Hoping my last visit was just an off visit, I still recommend this location if its convenient.

Ordered online so that I could pick up at the beginning of my lunch break from work (thus saving time). It was obvious from the panicked look that I got from the woman at the pickup window that nobody made the order. She told me it was in the oven and i need to wait in the parking lot. End of story is I ended up wasting half my lunch break waiting outside for my order that was placed in advance.

I came to the place late about 15 minutes before closing there was one person in front of me where I made my order I was told it will be 15 to 20 minutes for pizza will be ready being that it was the specialty pizza and not hot right I agreed and was patient. The pizza was delivered within 15 minutes. The service was standard. Nothing over-the-top. The pizza was a little over cooked and not sliced or prepared to the best that it could have been but overall its Pizza and it goes down the same!

Decent Pizza and A Drive Thru Window!I bought an Extra Most Bestest Cheese Pizza (cheese pizza with extra cheese for $6.00). It was pretty good.Great quality/priced pizza for toddlers and kids.Only complaint is the same complaint with most Little Caesars Pizza restaurants:*** They dont cut their pizzas all the way through. This means, when you go to pickup a slice of pizza, the whole pizza pie lifts up instead of one individual slice of pizza (dripping scolding hot cheese/sauce/toppings on your hands and burning you in the process - OUCH!!!!!). This especially bites when you are trying to grab a quick slice while driving your vehicle. Second degree burns can cause a wreck!Also, its in a run down part of Marietta, GA near several city project housing units which invites several people begging for money and harassing you while you wait in your vehicle for your pizza order.Best advice, order online through the website and go pickup your pizza order. The website will tell you how long until your order is ready. The app for android/iphone is difficult to use and doesnt have as many options that are available through the Little Caesars website.Sincerely,Jacob

I ordered mushroom, pineapple and ham with a dip of garlic butter This was not the normal place I order this pizza nor was it as good either. The crust had salt on it. I did not get my garlic butter either. The taste could have been better. I generally enjoy this pizza just not this time. Maybe next time. Customer service was good. Price was good. Pizza was hot.

Fast fast fast, great pizza, its very affordable and the service is now top shelf. This crew is the best ive seen there since i first started going there. They dont mind making you a fresh pizza at all. Two thumbs up!

This location off of Fairground Street sucks! Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order or even say hello when I walked in. Said something to a cook and nobody still came up so I left. Management is never around when you need them and they never have the specials $5 or $6 hot and ready, Ready!! Extra most bestest pizzas look like theyre smaller than the regular also. Ill never go back to that location.

First, I drove to the drive thru because I had 2 young children in the car, but the drive thru was blocked by a person in a car having a conversation with an employee. Then, after sitting there for several minutes, another employee came out to take our order and asked me to drive around the building and wait for my pizza to be brought out. We waited 20 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be "Hot n Ready". The 5-meat pizza was under cooked! This type of service is unacceptable.

This place is pretty good. I dont particularly care for the regular crust. But the pan pizza is good with the caramelized cheese around the crust. The only thing is the crust is a little under done in the center so always ask for them to cook it extra well done then its perfectly greasy and crunchy on the outside and perfectly spongie in the middle
