Little Caesars Pizza in Waukesha

I came here to get some pizzas but they’re once again closed.

Hardly ever open, google needs to be updated for proper business hours. However when they are open they get busy but still efficient. Will still get pizza there when possible.

Gone are the days where you can just conveniently stop by for a Little Caesar’s pizza (at least in Waukesha).I understand things have been rough since the hit of the pandemic but at least try to have a consistent schedule. These guys are literally closed all the time.

Currently helping my brother move to a nearing neighborhood, we wanted pizza and came here twice in a row. Both times at 8pm, the site says it closes at 9pm. Both times it has been closed at before 8pm. An hour earlier than said.

Mfs are always closed, even if it says it’s open online 😐😐

Love it now , as I did 40 years ago . Will go back !

They should put a sign outside that says " Open when we feel like it ". People behind the register are all mouth breathers that look like they just got done smoking a spliff behind the dumpster out back. Yet these are the people that want a higher minimum wage for doing basically nothing but being angry they have to work....gimme a break!!

As a former GM, I have a severe soft spot for Caesars..I still remember cooking the sausage lol.Still the best value and always fresh. No frozen dough discs here!!Id honestly still work for them if they paid more. 😆

Ordered online food was ready about 5 min after the app said it would be, which wasn’t a problem for me. They were busy I could tell. Food tasted great!

Have your door dashes ready, you mid as well turn off door dash if you are running that far behind. Was told 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be picked up 5 mins prior.

Fast and courteous staff, pizza was fresh and breadsticks were perfect

Of the dozens of times I have showed up to this location in the last six months it has only been open ONCE. Recommend just looking for other pizza places on Sunset because this one is the never open.

Place is super slow... no such thing as "hot n ready" here. Knowing that, I called in for a deep dish pepperoni... they told me it would be over 1 1/2 hours. Lots of better options on Sunset than here, but the kids like it.Also, make sure to call before going to the store as they are often closed during normal days and hours. I assume it is a staffing thing, but its been going on for a couple years now.

Why does this place have the weirdest flippin hours? Its 830 on a Friday night and its closed. The t-mobile store is open later on a peak pizza night than this place

Im not one to leave reviews but I have given this location too many chances!! The guy with red hair working the register is telling everyone 15 min wait for food when its 35 minutes!!! Lets talk about the same guy wearing one glove to touch the register, cash, the walls, food and his own drink without changing it!!! Garbage over flowing on to the floor in food prep area and employees socializing MORE THAN WORKING! This explains the 35min wait! This location is rarely open anymore and I can see why! Management doesnt do something youre going to lose customers! Im done Ill take my business to papa johns from now on, they are way cleaner and better customer service! Plus I can get my food faster! Go elsewhere youll thank me!

The pizza is good and cheap; but theyre closed so often. Its extremely bizarre. The hours on Google change constantly but theyre always varying. Today we called to order for pickup and the answering machine told us to order online. On the website, it says "Online Ordering Coming Soon!" so I have no idea how to even order food. We managed to get through on the phone as I write this. I dont blame the employees. Theyre understaffed, overworked, and underpaid; Im almost certain of it. I blame the general, district, and regional managers or their equivalent. I think they forgot they run a Little Caesars in Waukesha, WI.

Have stopped here a few times when it says its open and its never actually been open. Waited in the parking lot to order from another place and saw 7 people within a 15 min span try to go in. Better off going anywhere else if you want pizza

The hours on the website and on google are inaccurate. This store is closed more than it is open. We catch ourselves going there when it says open online and then come there to a closed store with no lights. I dont really understand how that works or why that happens. It is just unfortunate because it is the only Little Caesars around this area. Since COVID hit, the restaurant has not been the same and its who runs the business not the food.

Was in the store, workers decided to shut down the store because it was to busy, really? Laughed as they locked the door, stopped answering phones. Whomever owns this store should be furious. I understand labor is hard to come by but your current workers are going to put you out of business.

I gotta say, the food was great but the cashier didnt distribute the correct change amount. He was suppose to give me .80 something cents and gave me like .69 ~ but also, while he was taking orders he barely looked up or at least smiled. Not enough customer engagement. Thats all.

Even when you order in advance, you can still look forward to waiting for 45 minutes. Muskego location is further away, but considering how comically awful Waukesha location is, it’s worth the drive. Plus muskego has a drive through.

I love little Caesar’s pizza but I ordered 1 pretzel stuffed crust pizza and one normal stuffed crust pizza. Neither pizzas were stuffed crust and didn’t notice until we got home.

Ive had issues with a lot of Little Caesars, but this is by far the worst that its almost hysterical. Most the workers there are incompetent, theyre always turning off their online ordering and they dont like to answer the phone either so, its pretty annoying how the automated voice continually tells you to go order online. Some days theyre only open from 5:30 to 8. Worst Little Caesers Ive EVER been to.

They only seem to be open when they feel like it, regardless of the hours on the sign. This has been going on for the last few years. Not worth the hassle when there are lots of choices for pizza on Sunset.

Terrible service.I tried to order a pizza but the system wasnt working, so I called but the girl on the phone refused to take my order a little while later she tries taking my order but sounds frustrated and mad at me so I hung up.I ended up ordering at pizza hut the gave me better quality service and took my order immediately.

I wish I could give negative stars for this terrible experience. We came at 5:30 which is the time on the door they stated they opened at but were not open. We waited until 6:20 and still no service! Previously we went for breadsticks and had old and hard breadsticks. A truly terrible experience.

Came today at 3:45pm wanting to get pizza and the store was closed even though the hours on your door stated differently. I’ve come to this location many times with in the past couple months and all times you were closed. All times I went and saw you closed is money you missed out on... and another restaurant profited on. I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s money your missing out. It’s not just that your closed the majority of the time that I do come but on days where your store is surprisingly open I’m often waiting more then ten minutes to get a pizza or I’ll get one right away and it looks like it was dropped and or over cooked. I don’t know what’s going on with little Caesar’s in Waukesha because over the past couple of years the quality and service has just gone down a lot and it’s a shame.

I received a gift card for little caesars and the closest one to me is in Waukesha. My son and I drove the 25 minutes to get there (6:15pmto find that the lights were turned off and there was no sign on the door stating why they were closed. The website and the hours sign clearly stated closing time was 8pm. The fact that I drove out of my way and ended up with nothing is NOT OKAY. At least post a sign on your door stating why you closed early. There were at least 5 other cars that pulled up to order food but yall lost out on that.

Called twice while we were driving to restaurants and no one answered. When we finally got there, it was closed. Looked up online to see if we missed their store hours and it said they close at 8pm... we got there at 6:30pm. Looked at the sing on the door, again said closes at 8. Multiple other cars, I would say about 3, pulled up and tried to go in as well.

Ive been going here for years and even though some reviews are bad I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. In fact my wife knows someone that currently works there and shes been told by that person to not go there. Last week I walked in and ordered a SAUSAGE pizza and a crazy bread. The staff was nice but after waiting 15 minutes the front clerk asked what I was waiting for and I said a Sausage and a crazy bread. He gave me the pizza and a the crazy bread out of the hot box. When I got home my pizza was PEPPERONI and so cold and stiff that I was able to pick it up like a Frisbee...the whole thing! It literally looked like it had been sitting there all day. My 6 year old daughter was the 1st one to open the box and immediately says "Dad. I think we got a bad pizza". No more benefit of the doubt. Im done with this location. GARBAGE.

Ordered on line and my wife went to pick it up and they had no idea of what we ordered at first. Then said its coming out of the oven now and turns out the whole order was wrong. They said they read the the order wrong. Really how hard is it to read an order and they make a pizza and bread sticks. This location has been going down hill for some time now. This now has become the last time we order here again.

Had to wait outside for several minutes as there is a 4 person limit for the lobby. No worries there, weird times. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Had to wait a few minutes, no problem there. Was asked again what I ordered, said pepperoni. Was given the pizza. Hustled out of there as others were waiting outside. Got it home to discover it was just plain cheese. Cmon... been a long day not driving back for a $5 pizza.

Man I love little ceasers but not sure what is up with this store. They never pick up the phone!!! 3 different times 5 minutes on hold never picked up. The store keeps saying not able to order online. They only ever have 1 pizza ready no matter the time of day and it takes 15 minutes to get one. What happened to hot and ready. Sucks that this is the only one close anymore.

ATTENTION CORPORATE-Whoever is running this store randomly closes whenever they want.The google time of close always says 9:00 PM, we’ve gone there several times over the last few months and they are never open until 9. Most times they’re locked up and closed before 8! The last three days we went to try and catch someone and they have signs taped up on the windows and nobody is there. Two nights ago we went there 30 min before close and there were several employees in there and they had all the lights off with the doors locked. This location is a mess.They randomly close whenever they want or just strait up refuse to open.I will never understand how this has been going on for months now and still corporate hasn’t figured it out and hired real staff or figured out how to pay better for at least a few good employees who will actually show up to the store and be open! Insanity!Update***Back today, it’s 12:30, they’re still closed! Signs on the door say open 12-8.

Came at noon on my lunch break to see the store completely dark, obviously not open. Had wasted my lunch break. I almost ordered online and am so glad I didnt as Id be out the money with no pizza! This location makes them all look bad! They couldnt even bother to respond to the bad experience when I messaged through their corporate site. Ill pay $1 more and go to dominos for better quality anyway!

Both my pizzas were raw. Manager argued with me saying they werent raw. Ended up walking out with a refund and no pizza and wasted 45 minutes of my life. This place needs a new owner that actually cares!

Manager is extremely rude. Ordered online a stuffed crust pizza. Apparently they ran out and couldn’t even bother calling me. Picked up the pizza and drove 20 minutes to my home to find out that I received a $5 pizza. Won’t give a refund, had an attitude and insisted I was interrupting him while he kept interrupting me. Unacceptable. I guess that’s why they work where the work. Keep making pizzas for a living. Hopefully they’ll have another location to send you once yours loses its sales. Sorry not sorry.

So heres what you need to know:If youre going to get pizza here, you need to order it through the pizza portal so its waiting for you. (Download their app)Theres a chance that there may be some hot and ready if you just "show up" but if you go during busy hours (4-9youre in for the worst experience of your life.They have no system of keeping track of who was their first. You will spend 30-45min waiting. If theres a bunch of people waiting inside, just skip it for today.Other than those issues its a great place.

I placed an order in advance 12/7/19 for today 12/8/19. I scheduled it to be picked up at 11:30 a.m. Store says they open at 11 a.m. Nobody was there. Doors were locked. I showed up at 11 a.m and watched 5-10 people try to enter. I waited by the door as 2 employees arrived at 11:35 and locked the door behind them. Not a word was said to me. I had to knock on the door for them to come. They explained to me pizza wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half. I asked for my money back as I paid online. They did do that. This place is a joke and I will never return. This food was supposed to be for my sons birthday. Way to ruin it for me

November 11th 2019.Today for veterans day I wanted to enjoy a pizza. Its 1245 and they are closed. No pizzas are made and people standing around. Couldnt even come open the door and let us know why they are closed.

Im a loyal customer at this location. I called to place a pickup order for my kids and someone continues to answer the phone then hang up. For nearly 20 minutes. Usually have great service at this location which really is strange. Fortunately there are unlimited variety in Pizza places in time for alternative options. Its unprofessional to not prioritize phone orders.

I like this Little Caesars. The staff are polite enough and more importantly get your order out fast. $11 is a little steep for a deep dish 3 meat pizza though. Last time some lady in front of me bought every single hot and ready pepperoni pizza though and thats what I came for so I had to wait... That was annoying but no fault of Little Caesars. She must have been pretty hungry... but hey, at least mine was fresher. She could have called ahead though if she was going to do that. But some people lack things like common courtesy. Oh well mine was delicious. Ill be back.

Honestly disappointed. Loved it growing up and happy it came back. Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza and was told 6 minutes. All good. I waited for over 10 minutes and watched 7 people leave before me and 6 of which came in after. Pizza tastes enjoyable but the service was lacking. May or not try again.

I love the pizza and the crazy-bread!But its always packed and they never have enough pizzas when the rush comes. Waiting 20 minutes for a pizza that cost $6 is horrible. They should plan ahead and make more pizzas. Or better open a second Little caesars.

Came in last night. Got a deep dish 3 meat pizza, a regular pepperoni pizza and an order of Italian cheese bread and it was AMAZING. Great prices and fresh food that was ready in about 12 minutes. What more could you ask for! I will definitely place another order here in the future. Staff was friendly too..... No complaints!!

Was here on Halloween and it was one of the worst service experiences Ive been a part of. Made to feel I was a bother, I was told they arent making custom pizzas, fine, but he said it like I should gave known it. They also sighed when I asked for 2 breadstick orders. All I ordered was 2 large sausage and cheese, but two orders behind me got their orders first. The customer two begind me offered me his order, I declined.Wont be back but it sounds like a lot of people dont be either.

I had a big birthday party and ordered 10 pizzas only 4 hours ahead of time. They got them all done before 3pm! The pizzas were delicious and a big hit at my party. Very pleased with my experience. The only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is because little ceasars is not my favorite pizza place. We just got the pizzas here because they are the cheapest around and they have good pizza. Over all I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency and the quality of pizza they turned out in such a short amount of time. Great job!

Went here for pizza. It was extremely crowded...the line was out the door. We placed our order and then just stood to the side. When they had pizzas ready...they just asked the closest person what they ordered and gave them the pizza. Even though some of us were waiting way longer than that person. They need a better (more fairway to handle their busy times. Like a number system...or tell people to stand in an orderly line.

Nice staff that did not have all of the "Hot and Ready Pizzas " actually ready, but kind and helpful about it. I had a nice experience here with people trying to do their job, even if all of it was not done. I am understanding to product outages and they did not make me feel like it was my fault that they were out. Clean and helpful, worth a visit if you like cheep pizza.
